ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY.J DI PMB WIWIN SRI S SIDOARJO
Angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) merupakan indikator untuk melihat derajat kesehatan dan menilai tingkat kemampuan penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan suatu negara. AKI di Kota Sidoarjo tahun
2016 sebesar 66,34/100.000 KH (Dinkes Kota sidoarjo, 2017) dan AKB tahun 2016 sebesar 4,3/100.000 KH (Dinkes kota Sidoarjo, 2017). Penyebab kematian ibu yaitu perdarahan dan pre eklamsi. Sedangkan pada bayi baru lahir adalah asfiksia, BBLR. Laporan tugas akhir bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan continuity of care mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, BBL sampai KB dengan melakukan dokumentasi SOAP.
Desain penelitian ini menggunakan continuity of care. Bertempat di BPM Wiwin Sri S Sidoarjo. Pelaksanaannya tanggal 15-4-2019 sampai 24-05-2019. Subjeknya yaitu Ny. J” yang diberi pendampingan mulai kehamilan UK 37-38 minggu hingga KB. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder.
Hasil asuhan kebidanan pada kunjungan kehamilan 2x, persalinan normal, kunjungan masa nifas 4x, BBL 4x, kunjungan KB 2x ibu sudah mendapatkan konseling KB dan memutuskan menggunakan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan.
Simpulan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah asuhan pada Ny. “J” berlangsung secara fisiologis. Oleh karena itu diharapkan klien dapat menerapkan anjuran bidan selama diberikan asuhan kebidanan
Pengaruh Trust, Risk and Technology Acceptance Models Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dengan Minat Nasabah Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Sri Ismulyaty dan Wiwin Siswantini: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of trust, risk and technology acceptance models, perceived case of use, perceived usefulness, perceived of credibility, the customers' interest in using internet banking? And how to influence customers' interest in using internet banking to the decision in dealing with internet banking? As well as how to influence customers' interest in using internet banking mediates the relationship between trust, risk and technology acceptance models with decisions in dealing with internet banking?Discussion of the results of this study can be drawn the following conclusions: Trust affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, Risk affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, Perceived case of use affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, Perceived usefullnes affect the interest of the customer in using internet banking, Perceived of credibility affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, interest customers in using internet banking influence the decision in the transaction, interest customers in using internet banking may mediate the relationship between trust, risk and technology acceptance models with the decision in the transaction with internet banking
PEMBUATAN NANO KITOSAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE GELASI IONIK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik sifat fisik nano kitosan yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan nano kitosan dengan menggunakan metode gelasi ionik serta uji marflogi menggunakan Scaning Electron Microscopy (SEM) . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pembuatan nano kitosan dengan menggunakan metode gelasi ionik dengan perlakuan ± 2 jam dapat mendistribuskan ukuran partikel yang lebih homogen dengan pengaruh alat menggunakan magnetic stirrer, konsentrasi TPP, surfaktan dan waktu yang sesuai menunjukkan bahwa kerutan pada partikel semakin berkurang dengan ukuran partikel 278-350 nm

INCREASING REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN ECOTOURISM ACTIVITIES.
Regional competitivesness is originated from an internal forces that produce an
added value. The internal forces is based on technological innovation and
entrepreneurial abilities (Drabenstott, 2006). The innovation is illustrated as a fuel, while
entrepreneurship is the engine. Both are a source of employment, income and welfare.
An entrepreneurial ability of local people on ecotourism activities in the Bromo Tengger
Semeru National Park (BTS NP) has developed naturally (Nugroho, 2006; 2007;
Nugroho and Negara, 2008). The people are often involved in ecotourism development
programs held by the BTS NP. The author’s study (Nugroho, Negara and Purnomowati,
2010) proved that the ecotourism activities were economically viable than the
horticultural farm.
However, these experiences have not fully produced significant benefits in the
development of ecotourism. Characteristic of the ecotourism activities is a cluster (Fodor
and Sitanyi, 2008a, 2008b), which always put the local people in a less advantageous
position. The ecotourism cluster is an ecotourism organization (Prieto, Gilmore and Osiri,
2009) that involve the local people, non-governmental organizations, private actors, the
national parks and government to produce ecotourism entrepreneurship. The result of
research the author (Nugroho, Negara and Nugroho, 2009) shows that the phenomenon
of social entrepreneurship is an important component of conceptual framework of
ecotourism entrepreneurship. This requires all parties to act to be a social entrepreneur

This research background was based on the need to improve the knowledge of natural disasters considering that in Sleman Regency is a ragion that is prone to various natural disasters such as floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and landslides. This study aims to know (1) The developing of media puzzle map instructional as knowlegde based disaster material and natural disasters characteristics. (2) Effectiveness of using puzzle map learning media on material types and characteristics of natural disasters in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kalasan. This type of research is Research and Develpoment (R & D) this research use 4D model that is modified by researchers become 3D (define, design, and development). Development design uses a pre-test post-test control group design with respondents 26 students in control and 26 experimental students selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique to test the feasibility of media is quantitative descriptive, while the effectiveness of the media uses the T-test. The results of the study show (1) based on the assessment of the feasibility of the media by material experts and media experts showing a mean value of 4.4. This shows that the media is worthy of being used and included in the "GOOD" category. (2) Based on the pre-test and post-test assessment, the mean value of the control class pre-test is 68.84 and the post-test score has an average value of 84.80. While the average value in the experimental class on the pre-test is 67.88 and the post-test average is 86.73. Based on the results of testing the T-test data pre-test and post-test showed a significant value of 0,000, which means <0.05. This shows that the map puzzle teaching media is effectively used in learning because it can improve students' understanding of the types and characteristics of natural disasters
Study of Phaleria macrocarpa’s seed as botanical rodenticides for Rattus argentiventer and Rattus tiomanicus
Ricefield (Rattus argentiventer) dan wood rats (Rattus tiomanicus) are important pest in rice and oilpalm. Mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa)’s seed that contain toxins are expected cause a negative effect on rats. Method of trial used no-choice test, with 4 treatments and 10 replications. Rats were necropsied at 14-18 days after treatment for gross pathology observation of organ. The result showed that there was decrease in body weight of rats. Gross pathology examination that hemorrhages was found in stomach and infestines of rats that were given 30% of mahkota dewa’s seed. The use of mahkota dewa’s seed has not been effective to be a botanical rodenticides for ricefield and wood rats.Tikus Sawah (Rattus argentiventer) dan Tikus Pohon (Rattus tiomanicus) merupakan hama penting pada tanaman padi dan kelapa sawit. Biji mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) yang mengandung toksin diharapkan mampu menimbulkan efek negatif pada tikus. Metode pengujian adalah tanpa pilihan dengan 4 perlakuan dan 10 ulangan. Tikus dinekropsi pada 14-18 hari setelah perlakuan untuk mengamati perubahan patologi anatomi organ. Pemberian biji mahkota dewa menurunkan bobot tubuh tikus. Pemeriksaan patologi anatomi menampakkan terjadi pendarahan pada lambung dan usus tikus yang diberi 30% biji mahkota dewa. Penggunaan biji mahkota dewa belum efektif sebagai rodentisida nabati terhadap tikus sawah dan tikus pohon
