The Genealogy Of Pura Agung Surya Bhuvana In Jayapura, Papua
Pura Agung Surya Bhuvana in Jayapura is the eastern part of Padma Buana temple. Its establishment was initiated by Balinese Hindus and has become the center of Balinese Hindu socio-cultural activities and an important icon of Jayapura. This article discusses the establishment of Pura Agung Surya Bhuvana from the beginning and its development into the center of Balinese Hindus’ social and cultural-religious activities in Jayapura of Papua. This article based on qualitative research, in which all data was collected through observation, document studies, interviews, and FGD with several members of the pengempon (the temple’s servants) as informants and observers of Papuan culture. Data analyzed descriptively by applying symbol theory and structural-functional theory. The results showed that Hindus established the Pura Agung Surya Bhuvana at Jayapura in 1962. Before, the Hindus of Papua, whose dominantly Balinese migrant, carried out religious activities at Matra’s house. I Made Matra was a civil servant at the Papua Province government office. Over time, the number of Hindus who migrate to the city of Jayapura continues to increase. Therefore in 1979, Hindu leaders in Jayapura built the Pura Agung Surya Bhuvana for the needs of Hindus. Pura Agung Surya Bhuvana was built on Skyline hill in 1982 and it was inaugurated in 1990. In 2012, the Pura Agung Surya Bhuvana was renovated to be more majestic than before, and later on became a center of Hindu worship, the center of Balinese socio-cultural activities, arts center, Hindu religious education centers, and tourist attractions in Papua

membahas
sejarah (geneologi) Pura Agung

Jayapura
yang
diresmikan pada tahun 1990, serta diaspora dan
peranan
Jayapura
(Bab III).
Selanjutnya, buku ini juga membahas tentang keberadaan
PASB di era revolusi Industri 4.0 masa kini. Disamping sebagai
tempat ibadah umat Hindu, PASB ternyata berkembang menjadi
agama melalui pendekatan seni-budaya. Dalam kaitan ini, maka
pada Bab V sengaja diketengahkan topik merajut kerukunan me-
lalui seni-budaya (Bab V). Terakhir, Bab VI diketengahkan menge

tokoh masyarakat pengurus PHDI Kota Jayapura, PHDI Provinsi

Real-time dynamic partial order planning for memory reconstruction in autonomous virtual agents
This paper introduces a novel approach to generate narratives from the memories of in-game agents. We propose an agent framework to accommodate memory and perception in virtual agents. This system extracts agent auto-biographic memories as multiple partial narratives, and generates possible complete narratives. We employ a novel narrative merging and extrapolation technique to generate unique complete narratives based on partial narratives of multiple agents. This is used to generate unique narratives for specific narrative constraints. To generate narratives for massive open-world scenes we introduce a novel algorithm that generates dynamic partial plans of large action spaces in real-time. These plans repairs as per the user actions, there by generating a unique narrative for every different user interaction. We conducted a comparative study of our dynamic planning technique with existing planning techniques. Also, we tested our agent framework for a complex environment to verify its robustness.M.S.Includes bibliographical referencesby Bhuvana Chandra Inampud
Speaker Identification of Customer and Agent using AWS
As everyone knows that Sentimental analysis plays an important role in these days because many start ups have started with user driven content 1 . Only finding the voice is not be the real time scenario so finding the Sentiment analysis of agent and customer separately is an important research area in natural language processing. Natural language processing has a wide range of applications like voice recognition, machine translation, product review, aspect oriented product analysis, sentiment analysis and text classification etc 2 . This process will improve the business by analyze the emotions of the conversation with respect to the customer voice separately and also agent voice separately. In this project author going to perform speaker identification and analyze the sentiment of the customer and agent separately using Amazon Comprehend. Amazon Comprehend is a natural language processing NLP service that uses machine learning to extract the content of the voice. By using the speaker identification author can extract the unstructured data like images, voice etc separately so it is easy to analyze the business performance. Thus, will identify the emotions of the conversation and give the output whether the customer conversation is Positive, Negative, Neutral, or Mixed. To perform this author going to use some services from Aws due to some advantages like scaling the resources is easy compare to the normal process like doing physically such as support vector machine SVM . AWS services like s3 is a object data store, Transcribe which generate the audio to text in raw format, Aws Glue is a ETL Service which will extract transform and load the data from the S3, Aws Comprehend is a NLP service used for finding sentiment of audio, Lambda is a server less where author can write a code, Aws Athena is a analyzing tools which will make complex queries in less time and last there is quick sight is a business intelligent tool where author can visualize the data of customers and also agents. Primary Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Fallopian Tube in Postmenopausal Women: A Case Report and Review of Literature
ABSTRACT
Introduction
Primary fallopian tube carcinoma is the least common gynecological malignancy encountered in practice. It accounts for about 1% of all cancers of a woman’s reproductive system, and it is more commonly seen in postmenopausal women. Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the fallopian tube is a rare histological variant; only around 20 cases have been reported worldwide so far. The rate of preoperative diagnosis is in the range of 0 to 10%.
Case report
A 55-year-old P3L3 previous three normal vaginal delivery, postmenopausal for 6 years, type II diabetes mellitus patient presented with complaints of bleeding per vagina and excessive watery discharge per vagina for 6 months. Complete investigations and evaluation were done. Papanicolaou smear and endometrial aspiration were normal, and showed no evidence of malignancy. Taking age into consideration with duration of symptoms for 6 months, we went ahead with total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Intraoperatively, right hydrosalpinx was noted. Postoperatively, histopathology revealed right TCC of fallopian tube stage Ta1 Nx M0. Patient had wound infection postoperatively and was treated with IV antibiotics. Once infection settled, patient was taken up for diagnostic laparoscopy with omental biopsy and cystoscopy with bladder wall biopsy, which showed no evidence of malignancy.
Conclusion
It is more common for other cancers to spread to the fallopian tubes rather than for cancer to begin there. This diagnosis is rarely considered preoperatively and is usually first appreciated at the time of operation or by a pathologist. If detected early, fallopian tube cancer can often be successfully treated.
