No full textThe aim of this research was to improve the student’s activeness and learning outcome of social science subject in the understanding of Indonesian independence struggle through Jigsaw method implementation. The respondents were the students of grade VIII class B at SMP N 9 (State Junior High School 9) Surakarta. The data collection was conducted by interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The research used the interactive technique which was divided into three steps. The steps were, firstly data reduction, secondly data presentation, and thirdly concluding. Before the first cycle of this action research, there were 5 students with low learning activity and 10 students with low learning outcome. The result of the first cycle was the student’s activeness and learning outcome increase 15,62 % or 5 students improved their activeness and learning outcome. In the second cycle, almost all students had high activeness and learning outcome. Therefore, the implementation of Jig Saw method was successful to improve student’s activeness and learning outcome

MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA PADA MATERI MENGENAL SIFAT BENDA DAN KEGUNAANNYA DENGAN MEDIA REALITA PADA SISWA KELAS 1 B SDN SIDOMEKAR 08 JEMBER

Karena kurangnya kreativitas guru dalam menentukan dan menggunakan media sebagai alat bantu pendidikan IPA itulah hasil belajar siswa kelas 1 B SDN Sidomekar 08 pada mata pelajaran IPA materi mengidentifikasi kegunaan benda di lingkungan sekitar masih belum memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan guru hanya menerima informasi melalui metode ceramah, sehingga pemebelajaran memjadi membosankan bagi siswa. Untuk itulah peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan mengambil langkah penggunaan media realita dengan metode demonstrasi sehingga siswa diajak langsung meklakukan dan mengamati apa yang diharapakan sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: apakah media realita dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA mengenal sifat benda dan kegunaannya pada siswa kelas 1 B SDN Sidomekar 08, Jember. Dalam penelitian ini tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah sebagai berikut: mengkaji apakah melalui media realita dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bidang studi IPA materi mengenal sifat benda dan kegunaannya, meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar IPA materi mengenal sifat benda. Hasil dari tes menunjukkan kemajuan dari siklus per siklus. Kondisi awal sebelum penelitian menunjukkan aktifitas siswa kurang aktif. Kondisi tersebut berubah pada proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan pada proses pembelajaran siklus I dan II. Untuk hasil belajar siswa, pada siklus satu terdapat perubahan yakni mayoritas siswa sudah mendapat nilai cukup dan tidak ada siswa yang mendapat nilai kurang. Pada siklus terakhir terdapat ketuntasan belajar yang tinggi yakni digambarkan bahwa mayoritas siswa (88%) mendapat nilai sangat baik dan 12% siswa mendapat nilai baik.

Pengaruh Green Marketing, Brand Awareness Dan Price Terhadap Purchase Intention Tupperware
No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh green marketing, brand awareness dan price terhadap purchase intention tupperware . Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner terhadap 100 responden konsumen yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sample. Hasil persamaan koefisien regresi linier berganda bahwa variabel green marketing, brand awareness dan price berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention tupperware. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel green marketing dan brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention tupperware, sedangkan variabel price berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan pada konsumen pengguna tupperware. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara green marketing, brand awareness dan price secara serempak terhadap purchase intention tupperware. Sedangkan, hasil uji R2 (koefisien determinasi) diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,547 artinya variabel green marketing, brand awareness dan price memberikan konstribusi sebesar 54,7% terhadap purchase intention tupperware, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti misalnya seperti kualitas produk, citra merek, promosi dan lain-lai

Analisa Kualitas Web Employee Self Service (Ess) pada PT. Pln Uipjbb Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0 dan IPA
Get PDFPT PLN (Persero) West Java Development Main Unit (UIPJBB) has used an information system to make it easier for employees to access information and personnel activities such as attendance, leave, CV, information on the stages of requesting an Official Travel Letter (SPPD), and other related information. with staffing by using a web called Employee Self Service (ESS). The quality of ESS web services has never been measured based on user perceptions and levels of importance or expectations. This study intends to analyze the quality of the ESS web using WebQual 4.0 as a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions in the form of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction dimensions, as well as using the IPA method to analyze the level of conformity, compliance (GAP), and quadrants. The results of the level of conformity obtained from 22 statements were still below 100%. The test result statistic shows Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) worth 0,000 means that there is a gap between Importance and Performance on the ESS website of PT PLN (Persero) UIPJBB. The average of the overall level of conformity is obtained 93.53%, which means that the performance on the web ESS is still below Importance and users are still not satisfied. While the results of GAP analysis are -0.262 <0, then the quality of performance is still lacking and cannot meet the interests of users

Mailshop Plus membutukan once the existence of a system to facilitate the application of its employees in the data storage on information delivery on Mailshop Plus quickly and accurately. The methodology used is the methodology RUP (Rational Unified Process). In this methodology, the authors made several phases. In modeling the design of the program, the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). Modeling results in the form of use case diagrams and activity diagrams. The results of data processing information system development delivery in this web-based stuff can help employees Mailshop Plus in delivery of data collection. As well as the design of web-based application delivery services have achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of the Mailshop Plus.

ABSTRAK - Sistem informasi di jaman yang serba digital ini, sangatlah menguntungkan bagi para pemula usaha untuk bisa memperluas jaringan usaha mereka. Salah satunya melalui internet dan website karena merupakan sarana yang bagus untuk memberikan informasi mengenai usaha mereka kepada seluruh pengguna internet dengan mudah dan cepat. Mailshop Plus membutukan sekali adanya suatu sistem aplikasi untuk mempermudah para karyawan nya dalam penyimpanan data mengenai informasi pengiriman barang pada Mailshop Plus secara cepat dan tepat. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi RUP (Rational Unified Process). Dalam metodologi ini, penulis melakukan beberapa tahapan. Dalam pemodelan desain program, penulis menggunakan UML ( Unified Modeling Language). Hasil pemodelan dalam bentuk use case diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem informasi pengolahan data pegiriman barang berbasis web ini dapat membantu karyawan Mailshop Plus dalam pendataan pengiriman. Serta dengan Perancangan aplikasi jasa pengiriman berbasis website ini dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada Mailshop Plus.

CORRELATION BETWEEN AGE AND PARITY WITH THE RESULT OF VISUAL INSPECTION WITH ACETIC ACID (VIA) IN PEKALONGAN REGENCY
No full textCancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. The high prevalence of cancer in Indonesia needs to be monitored by preventing and early detection measures that health service providers have taken. Cervical cancer screening is carried out by Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA). This study aimed to determine the relationship between women's age, parity, and pregnancy 35 years with the results of the VIA examination. This research was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was the total population who followed the VIA examination in Pekalongan Regency in 2018 and obtained 216 respondents. Multivariate analysis in this study was using multiple logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between age and pregnancy 35 years old with VIA examination results (p-value:0.217 and 0.624). There is a significant relationship between parity and the results of the VIA examination (p-value:0.015). For health workers, especially midwives, should motivate married women and risk experiencing cervical cancer to carry out VIA examinations regularly. The Public Health Office should provide the facilities and infrastructure in all health facilities so that the public can carry out VIA examinations regularly, periodically in their respective territories.
