No full textAbstrak:Pada penelitian menganalisis unsur intris dari karya sastra yng berjudul “Radio Kakek Karya Ratih Kumala” cerpen ini memiliki keunikan tersendiri terutama cara pengungkapan isi ceritanya sehingga penulis merasa perlu menggali unsur intrisik yg terdapat dalam cerpen tersebut, adapun metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis cerpen ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tokoh utama yaitu Kakek serta cerpen ini menggunakan alur maju.Abstract: In the study analyzing the intrigue elements of the literary work entitled "Radio Grandpa Karya Ratih Kumala" this short story has its own uniqueness, especially the way the content of the story is revealed so that the author feels the need to explore the intrigue elements contained in the short story, while the method used in analyzing this short story is descriptive qualitative. No full textThe Author in conducting rsearch and community service activities wants to know the level of compliance and awareness of MSME taxpayers on tax obligations to pay taxes and report annual tax returns and reporting annual tax returns both manually and online on time.The purpose of this study is to better know and understand compliance and awareness to pay taxes and to report annual tax returns in reporting taxes owned.Through this qualitative descriptive study using content analysis with 15 informants on the results of long distance interviews from representatives of MSMEs in the Pondok Melati Sub District,Bekasi City,West Java and 10 key informants in Cipayung District,East Jakarta. Improvement of MSMEs business performance in terms of beingaware of carrying out tax obigations and being able to support the strengthening sector of state revenue for quality domestic MSMEs and fiscal taxes in a productive economic network in order to increase state income in the domestic tax sector. The limitation of the research is that it is limited to understanding and knowing the level of compliance and awareness of MSME taxpayers to pay taxes and reporting annual tax returns on time. The contribution of this research is the compliance and awareness of MSME taxpayers in paying taxes.Py their taxes and report their annual tax returns on time without any element of fraud
Word Class Category Phrases in the Short Story "Wanita Berwajah Penyok" by Ratih Kumala

In the syntactic study, any piece of literature has phrases in all its contents. A phrase combines two or more words unrelated to the predicate element. The short story The Dented Face by Ratih Kumala has many phrases. Furthermore, the category of word classes that underlie the formation of types of phrases. This study aims to analyze and describe the phrases contained in the short story Women With Dent Faces by Ratih Kumala based on word class category. The source of this research data is Ratih Kumala's Short Story of a Dented Faceted Woman. Data collection techniques are carried out using note-reading techniques that are analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study are 1) the short story The Dented-Faced Woman by Ratih Kumala contains the phrases noun, verb, adjective, adverb, numeralia, prepositional, and prepositions. 2) Data on noun phrases of as many as 16 data, verb phrases of as many as 6 data, adjective phrases of as many as 8 data, adverb phrases of as many as 3 data, and prepositional phrases of as many as 4 data

No full textA research on novel Genesis by Ratih Kumala employed a literary psychological study focusing on literary work as a mental activity (conflict of characters) requiring a holistic analysis to interpret meaning, mandate, and message contained within it. Novel Genesis by Ratih Kumala featured several conflicts affecting its characters’ personality. The conflicts featured in this novel were very complex, either inner conflict or conflict with other characters as human mentality process eventually affecting attitude and conduct. The approach used in this study was descriptive qualitative one. The data of research constituted words, sentence in the form of expression, and dialog between characters indicating the mentality conflict occurring inside the characters on which this study focused. Meanwhile the data source of research was source document, such as books of literary theory, literary psychology and novel Genesis by Ratih Kumala. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling one. Technique of collecting data used in qualitative research was interactive and non-interactive in nature. This study employed theoretical, source or data, and methodological triangulations. Technique of analyzing data used in this research was an interactive analysis one encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The procedure of research included preparation, implementation and presentation of research result. The psychological aspect of character existing in novel Genesis by Ratih Kumala employed Sigmund Freud’s theory distinguishing personality into three types: ide, Ego, and Superego. Literary psychological research was based on these three psychological domains. In novel Genesis, the author had the reason why she featured a nun represented as capable of providing positive nuance to readers’ perception on a nun submitting her entire life to God and avoided from the author’s determination as if she wanted to confirm that every human being encountering problem in his/her life should submit to his/her fate, submit everything to God’s destiny and get closer to God. Pawestri disentangled her tension in her life by deciding to be a nun as the form of her submission to God because she could not retain burden of her past memories, the reason why she preferred living celibate

No full textPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: bagaimanakah konflik sosial dalam novel Gadis Kretek karya Ratih Kumala. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan konflik sosial yang terjadi dalam novel Gadis Kretek karya Ratih Kumala. Data yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini di antaranya kalimat, dialog yang berkaitan dengan konflik sosial yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk konflik sosial dalam novel meliputi yaitu: a. Konflik individu dengan dirinya sendiri yaitu tokoh Idroes Moeria, konflik individu dengan lingkungan keluarganya yang dialami oleh Tegar dan Lebas, konflik individu dengan masyarakat sekitar yang dialami oleh tokoh Roemaisa dan masyarakat yang berada di rumahnya. Dampak yang ditimbulkan yaitu: hancurnya harta benda dan jatuhnya korban manusia. Penyebab terjadinya konflik yaitu: perbedaan antara individu-individu, perbedaan kepentingan. Konflik yang terjadi di kota M tentang persaingan dan peristiwa G 30 S digambarkan penulis lewat Idroes Moeria dan Soedjagad yang bersaing untuk menjadi lebih unggul. Dalam novel tersebut beberapa konflik yang ada di dunia nyata terkait dengan adanya konflik yang terdapat di kota M.

Suatu brand dengan ekuitasyang tinggi maka brand tersebut akan memiliki daya saing yang kuat di pasaran, sehingga Perusahaan menggangap bahwa ekuitas adalah aspek penting dalam sebuah brand. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh green brand image terrhadap green brand equityyang dimediasi oleh green trust. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen produk merek Bali Ratih yang berdomisili di Kota Denpasar.Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, selanjutnya diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian penelitian adalahterdapat pengaruh positif antara green brand imagedan green trust, terdapat pengaruh positif antara green brand imagedangreen brand equity, terdapat pengaruh positif antara green trustdangreen brand equity dan green trust merupakan pemediasi dalam hubungan green brand imagedengan green brand equity.

Data on knowledge management and natural disaster preparedness: A field survey in East Lombok, Indonesia
No full textKnowledge management is a vital part of disaster preparedness in reducing the disaster impacts. This article presents data based on a field survey of 200 people in East Lombok, Indonesia. The data taken from the survey is presented to examine how the community utilized the knowledge created and transferred during the preparedness phase into actions during the response phase. This article's data can be served as a starting point to examine knowledge management topics in humanitarian operations literature further and to reveal more novel insights from the survey results.
