Implikasi Konsep Naskh Dan Mansukh Terhadap Istimbat Hukum
Tulisan ini membahas mengenai implikasi konsep naskh dan Mansukh terhadap istinbath hukum. Hukum Islam selalu mendialogkan al-Qur’an sebagai teks yang terbatas dengan berbagai problem yang dihadapi. Ulama berbeda pendapat tentang bagaimana cara menghadapi ayat-ayat yang sepintas menunjukan adanya gejala kontradiksi. Dari situlah munculnya pembahasan tentang nasakh dan Mansukh. Maka tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa mengenai implikasi konsep naskh dan Mansukh terhadap istimbat hukum. Adapun hasil pembahasan yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa naskh dan Mansukh secara teks dapat dikelompookan atas empat metode, naskh dari teks ayat al-Qur’an dengan teks ayat al-Qur’an, dari teks ayat al-Qur’an dengan teks hadis atau sunnah. Dari dari teks sunnah dengan dari teks ayat al-Qur’an, dan dengan dari teks sunnah dengan teks sunnah sendiri. Secara ideal naskh erat kaitannya dengan hukum, maka hanya pada wilayah kalimat yang mengandung perintah dan larangan. Kontroversi tentang ada tidaknya teori naskh akhirnya mencuat ke permukaan dan menjadi isu yang tak kunjung berakhir, hingga melahirkan isu revisi terhadap dalil. Namun, implikasi tersebut bukanlah sebagai bentuk revisi, akan tetapi sebagai prosesi dalam penerapan hukum dengan menimbang kepada aspek psikolog dan sosio masyarakat ketika dalil tersebut diwahyuka
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Pengaruh Aplikasi Tahsin Digital dan Motivasi Baca Al-Qur'an Terhadap Kemampuan Tahsin Tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi tahsin digital dan motivasi baca al-Qur'an terhadap kemampuan tahsin tingkat madrasah ibtidaiyah di kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 69 santri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analis data menggunakan Regresi Linier dan Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Aplikasi Tahsin Digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan tahsin tingkat madrasah ibtidaiyah di kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (62.230>1,66) dengan nilai sig. 0,073 < 0,005. Dengan besar kontribusi 47%. motivasi membaca al-qur’an memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan tahsin tingkat madrasah ibtidaiyah di kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Hal ini di tunjukkan dengan hasil t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (54.165> 1,66) dengan nilai sig. 0,108 < 0,005. Dengan besar kontribusi 38%. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan aplikasi tahsin digital dan motivasi membaca al-Qur’an Terhadap kemampuan tahsin tingkat madrasah ibtidaiyah di kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil nilai F hitung > F (2,430 > 2,35). dengan besar konstribusi 69%. Ini berarti sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 69%
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

The Effectiveness of Semiotic Innovation on Learning the Al-Gharibah Verse in Increasing Understanding of Tahsin in Koto Kampar Hulu District
This study aims to explore the implementation and impact of innovative semiotic strategies in learning Al-Gharibah verses in tahsin in Koto Kampar Hulu District. Al-Gharibah verses, which are linguistically complex and rich in symbolic meaning, demand a more in-depth and innovative approach to improve students' understanding of the Qur'anic text. Koto Kampar Hulu District was chosen as the research location because it has a strong community background in Islamic values and religious education as an integral part of everyday life. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on case studies. Data collection methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the curriculum and teaching materials. The results showed that the implementation of innovative semiotic strategies significantly improved teachers' understanding of Al-Gharibah verses. Teachers became more able to associate signs with the meanings they represent and interpret the symbolic context of the verses more deeply. In addition, this approach also increased students' motivation and interest in learning the Qur'anic text, making learning more relevant and interesting for them. This study highlights the importance of integrating educational technology, such as the Tahsin Mubarismani application, as a supporting tool in facilitating the learning of the Al-Gharibah verse. The implications of this study include recommendations for the development of a more in-depth curriculum in incorporating a semiotic approach, ongoing training for teachers, and strengthening collaboration between schools, communities, and related parties to support the sustainability of the implementation of this strategy in religious education
Digital Augmented Reality (AR) Tahsin Development of Makharijul-Huruf Learning
The activity of reading the Al-Qur’an is an important lesson that must be understood by every Muslim because it is a guide in life and is of value in worship. The process of learning to read the Al-Qur’an is currently often ignored because it is covered by technological dynamics and is considered not too important with Latin readings. So this study is intended to present products in media development in learning makharijul than al-Qur'an letters with the Tahsin Digital Augmented Reality android application platform. This research goes through the stages of conducting research with the type of R&D and the Borg and Gall model. After going through several processions, it can be found in the results of this study that the media developed in the procession of learning makharijul letters in this Augmented Reality digital tahsin application can be accessed on the Play Store on the Android platform. Based on comments from experts, namely tahsin experts and experts in the field of technology, it has been shown that this application can be categorized as very valid and can be used in supporting the learning of makharijul letters, because of Augmented Reality technology which is unique in the delivery of each letter, then also equipped with animations and audio samples from scientifically verified experts. The Tahsin Digital Augmented Reality application can be used by anyone from basic education to higher education
