    Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pembangunan, terutama di perguruan tinggi, karena dengan SDM yang baik akan mencapai kinerja yang baik, Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mencoba untuk menganalisa lebih dalam impelementasi kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya dosen serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kinerja dosen di Perguruan tinggi Umum se Bandar Lampung. Untuk itu maka Pertanyaan Penelitianya adalah:(1)Bagaimanakah prosedur implementasi kebijakan pada perumusan masalah kebijakan, ramalan alternative kebijakan, dan penerapan kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya dosen PAI di perguruan tinggi umum se Bandar Lampung? (2)Bagaimanakah monitoring dan evaluasi kebijaakan diukur dengan tingkat kecukupan dan efektifitas serta ketepatan kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya dosen PAI di perguruan tinggi umum se Bandar Lampung? (3)Apakah dampak kebijakan sumber daya dosen PAI terhadap peningkatan kinerja dosen PAI di Perguruan Tinggi Umum Se Bandar Lampung? Pengembangan SDM merupakan proses meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas SDM. Sebagaimana pendapat Robert L.Mathis dan John H.Jackson, Pengembangan SDM ini telah tertuang dalam Firman Allah, Surat Ali Imran ayat 159, yang dapat dijadikan landasan filosofis dari bentuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia berupa pendelegasian, yaitu agar setiap bagian dapat menjalankan aktivitas kinerja yang produktif, dan pada saatnya dapat dituntut tanggungjawab terhadap tugas yang didelegasikan kepadanya. Penelitian ini ditempuh melalui observasi langsung kelokasi penelitian, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dan analisa datanya melalui reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis kualitatif ini membandingkan teori dengan data yang sudah diolah dan diaplikasikan, lalu dirumuskan berupa pernyataan yang disajikan dalam bentuk narasi kalimat, lalu diklasifikasikan menurut tema dan sub bahasan secara logis dan sistematis sampai penarikan kesimpulan Dari hasil temuan terkait penelitian ini, maka dapat disebutkan bahwa hasil yang dicapai dalam impelementasi kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya dosen serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kinerja dosen di Perguruan tinggi Umum se Bandar Lampung antara lain (1)terjadi perbedaan pelaksanaan kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya dosen antara di UNILA dan UBL yaitu dari rumusan masalah kebijakan, pelaksanaan kebijakan, sampai monitoring dan evaluasi, yang mana kebijakan ini tidak efektif dan cukup serta tepat, dan (2)pelaksanaan pengembangan sumber daya dosen PAI yang tidak optimal dan merata , serta tidak memenuhi kebutuhan individu dan lembaga, baik di UNILA maupun UBL, (3)kinerja dosen PAI yang tidak mencapai tujuan kebijakan secara optimal. Sebagai kesimpulan akhir dari disertasi ini diperoleh hasil bahwa : pada perumusan masalah terdapat berbagai masalah dalam pengimplementasian kebijakan sumber daya dosen PAI, dan pada ramalan alternative bahwa UNILA telah mencoba membuat SK agar kegiatan pengembangan dilaksanakan walupun tidak merata, tidak halnya di UBL. Monitoring dan evaluasi kebijakan tidak efektif tidak cukup, dan tidak tepat, sehingga belum mencapai hasil dari tujuan pengembangan dosen secara maksimal, walaupun dengan begitu tetap ada nilai dan hasil implementasi. Dampak kebijakan sumber daya dosen PAI terhadap peningkatan kinerja dosen PAI di Perguruan Tinggi Umum Se Bandar Lampung relatif memenuhi kepuasan dan baik, dan sebagian lagi dianggap gagal dan tidak memenuhi kepuasan, karena kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya dosen yang tidak efektif, cukup dan tidak tepat untuk dosen PAI di PT

    The purpose of this research is to find out about the effectiveness of online learning with Google services in improving PAI learning achievement in SD Natar sub-district. And is expected to: 1) Produce information related to the implementation of online learning in PAI subjects in elementary schools in Natar sub-district, 2) Provide knowledge of effective electronic digital utilization in online learning in PAI subjects in elementary schools in Natar sub-district properly, 3) Foster awareness of the importance of electronic media in the implementation of online learning, which is expected to encourage PAI teachers to implement electronic media properly. This research method using this is descriptive quantitative. And the population is all elementary schools in Natar sub-district with a research sample of 20 students. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The conclusion of this study is that the effectiveness of online learning with google services in PAI subjects in Natar sub-district elementary schools can improve student learning achievement, 75% of learning outcomes are complete and reach KKM

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    Fokus penelitian yang akan diuji dalam penelitian adalah proses menghafal Al-Quran di LPTQ Kabupaten Siak. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data diproses melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik credibility, confirmability, transferability, dan dependenbility. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa proses menghafal Al-Quran di LPTQ Kabupaten Siak, menggunakan sistem One Day One Ayah (1 hari 1 ayat) yang disertai lagu tartil. Proses menghafal Al-Quran selalu diiringi niat yang ikhlas, meminta izin kepada orang tua, mempunyai tekad yang besar dan kuat, dan istiqamah sampai lancar membaca Al-Quran. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghafal Al-Quran adalah dengan muraja’ah ‘setoran hafalan baru’ kepada guru (ustadz/ustadzah), dan muraja’ah hafalan lama yang disemakkan teman dengan berhadapan dua orang dua orang, muraja’ah hafalan lama kepada ustadz/ustadzah, dan Al-Imtihan Fii Muraja’atil Muhafadlah (ujian mengulang hafalan)
