No full textLatar belakang, kesehatan dalam Islam masih terbatas maknanya seiring dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan saman, padahal Islam merupakan konsep hidup yang memperhatikan masalah kesehatan dengan segala aspek kehidupan. Dalam kehidupan kontemporer perlu upaya dalam merespon kebutuhan terkait dengan ruang lingkup kesehatan dengan melihat labih jauh agar konsep kesehatan dalam kajian Islam semakin luas dan sesuai kebutuhan hidup manusia pada umumnya dan umat Islam pada khususnya. Tujuan penulisan ini mendalami dan mengembangkan konsep kesehatan dalam perspektif hukum hukum Islam melalui pendekatan maqasid syariah dengan melihat konsep kesehatan lebih mendalam agar semakin terasa dalam kehidupan. Selanjutnya, Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah liberary riseach yakni merupakan metode kajian pustaka yang bersumber pada buku-buku, jurnal dan yang terkait dengan bahan kajian ini. Hasil kajian ini terkait kesehatan dalam pendekatan maqasid syariah yang sangat diperhatikan, sebab kemaslahatan manusia, baik buruknya kehidupan manusia, berakitifat atau tidak akan ditentukan oleh kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, makasid syariah sangat memperhatikan kesehatan. Tujuan hukum untuk menjaga eksistensi kehiduapan manusia, dengan mewujudkan kesehatan lahir dan batin. Study Program students from the 2024 cohort towards the novel "Hujan Bulan
Juni" by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The approach in this research is literary
sociology using literary reception theory because the reader is one of the essential
elements that cannot be removed from a literary work. The research method used
is a descriptive qualitative method applied to data consisting of interview results
from ten informants. The research findings consist of two components: the reader's
non-aesthetic horizon of expectations, which includes three aspects: the temporal
horizon, the textual horizon, and the authorial horizon. The subsequent component
is the aesthetic horizon of expectations, which encompasses the structural elements
that constitute a literary work. Based on these two components, students'
expectations regarding the novel Hujan Bulan Juni are influenced by the historical
context, such as stories that are relevant to the present time. The horizon of the
manuscript is like a novel that has been adapted into a novel with the same title.
The authorial horizon, which concerns the reputation of the author already
wellknown in the literary world, as well as the students' reception of the novel's
intrinsic elements, reflects an understanding and appreciation relevant to the

winning candidate Gayo Lues district chief in 2012, and saw the role of the

The theory is used to decompose the problem is the conflict theory, the
theory of elite polities, election theory, and the theory of election disputes. In this
study using qualitative descriptive method, the research is used to describe the
atmosphere that occur in the field based on the data, behavior, speech and writing

data collection, the study relies on the analysis of the interview data obtained and
its relevance to the theory used. Therefore government and the election organizers
and participating organizes the elections in order to improve the quality of jobs as
the organizers of future election goes well.

No full textAbstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan objek dalam penelitian yaitu mahasiswa di Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meneliti faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku menabung mahasiswa yang berada di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keinginan mahasiswa menabung karena dengan penelitian ini dapat mengerti bahwa menabung sangat penting. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku untuk menabung pada penelitian ini yaitu Financial Literacy, Parental Socialization, Peer Influence, Self Control dan Attitude Towards Saving. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilkaukan dengan questionaires sebanyak 225 responden yang dijadikan sebagai data menggunakan metode Hair et al yaitu jumlah pernyataan dikalikan 5. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel-variabel yang digunakan penulis memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan antara lain: Financial Literacy dengan Saving Behavior, Parental Socialization dengan Saving Behavior, Peer Influence terhadap Saving Behavior, Attitude Towards Saving terhadap Saving Behavior dan hubungan signifikan negative adalah Self Control dengan Saving Behavior.Kata Kunci: Financial Literacy, Parental Socialization, Peer Influence, Self Control, Attitude Towards Saving, Saving BehaviorAbstractThis study used student at Batam as the main object. This study aims to find out what factors affect the saving behavior student in Batam City. This study also aims to know how much students desire to save because with this study we can understand that saving is important. Factors that effects saving behavior are Financial Literacy, Parental Socialization, Peer Influence, Self Control and Attitude Towards Saving. Data is collected with quantitative research with questionnaires as data collection media with 225 respondent used as data with Hair et al ration which is statement times 5. Data collected is computed with SPSS. No full textThis study aims to determine: The Effect of Capital Structure, Investment Opportunity Set and Profitability on Company Value in Infrastructure Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. This research was conducted in September 2024. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Infrastructure sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 30 companies. The data used in this study are data on Infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 using panel data regression with the help of the Eviews 9 program. Based on the results of this study, the author suggests that companies need to carefully consider the use of internal funds in making investments. Because the use of internal funds that exceed the limit can reduce the company's profits, so that it can have an impact on the lack of trust of investors and potential investors who consider that the company's value is decreasing. So that management involvement is expected in regulating the use of funds efficiently and effectively so that it can achieve added value for the company
