No full textIl lavoro presenta un quadro della vita di Ruggiero G. Boscovich durante il periodo da lui trascorso in Lombardia tra il 1763 ed il 1770. Boscovich fu prima professore di matematica all'Università di Pavia, poi alle Scuole Palatine di Milano. Alcuni manoscritti documentano questo importante periodo della sua vita, che precede di pochi anni la soppressione della Compagnia di Gesù.The present work provides a framework of Ruggiero Giuseppe Boscovich’s life during his stay in Lombardy in the period 1763-1770. He was called in Pavia as a professor of mathematics in the local University. Some unpublished manuscripts well document this important period in the life of the Jesuit. The first one represents a list of scientific books Boscovich suggests for the University Library of Pavia. Another source of information is a collection of twenty-two letters, written by Giovanni Antonio Lecchi to Boscovich in the period 1763-1770. This correspondence foreruns the canonical suppression of the Society of Jesus (1773)

Abstract
OBJECTIVES:
We report the results of a derma graft corporoplasty in a selected group of patients with congenital penile curvature (CPC) who refused a simple plication technique for the risk of penile shortening, even if minimal.
METHODS:
Between January 1995 and January 2004, 15 potent patients with CPC underwent corporoplasty with inguinal derma graft, with or without tunica albuginea plication. Mean age was 26.6 years (range 19-36). Six patients had a simple lateral left curvature, three had a simple lateral right curvature, four had a ventro-lateral left curvature, one patient had a ventro-lateral right curvature, and one patient had ventral curvature. In nine patients the preoperative mean IIEF-5 score was 22.55 (range 21-24). All the patients were evaluated after three, six and 12 months.
RESULTS:
One graft was placed in one patient (6.6%), seven (46.6%) received one graft and underwent a tunica albuginea plication, four (26.6%) received two grafts, three (20%) received two grafts and underwent tunica albuginea plication. A residual curvature after three, six and 12 months was present respectively in all (100%), seven (46.6%) and one (6.6%) patients. No patients had a decrease of penile length. The mean difference in the IIEF-5 score before and after the surgical procedure was not statistically significant.
CONCLUSIONS:
Surgical correction of CPC with derma grafts in potent patients restores penile straightening with no postoperative shortening and preserves normal erectile capacity. Patient satisfaction indicates that the proposed technique may be used in selected cases

Gli autori di questo libro si propongono di far emergere un nuovo modo di concepire la clinica relazionale, mettendo al centro le forme vitali, la dimensione musicale della relazione terapeutica, la ritmicità degli scambi interpersonali, la funzione generativa e dinamica del campo intersoggettivo e lo stile del terapeuta.
L'obiettivo è connettere il paradigma dell'intersoggettività alle forme vitali teorizzate da Daniel Stern, concetto fecondo e innovativo nella sua trasposizione ai setting familiari e di coppia.
In questo percorso un ruolo fondamentale è affidato all'attività musicale e al canto, straordinari acceleratori degli spazi d'intersoggettività. Attraverso una riflessione sulle caratteristiche della musica più congeniali al setting psicoterapeutico, gli autori sostengono che il canto congiunto rappresenti la via regia per far emergere e trasformare le forme vitali in terapia. Si approda così al Relational Singing Model, un modello di attività musicale d'insieme nato per promuovere la relazione e la comunicazione e ora proposto nella terapia familiare. Attraverso l'illustrazione del protocollo d'intervento, comprensivo dell'analisi delle strutture musicali concretamente utilizzate, si potranno intuire in vivo le potenzialità trasformative di un approccio centrato sulle forme vitali
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
