OGWA: Painting the past to remake the future. An aproach to the Northern Chaco Paraguaian chamacoco´s or ishir´s art
This paper does a counterpoint between the incorporation of a nomadic group located in the Northern Paraguaian Region and Ogwa´s trayectory, a painter that belongs to that ethnic group. Considering the relations between Myth and History as an expression of the non writing (ágrafos) people´s ethnohistorycal dynamic, it analyzes the author´s pictorial concerns as the result of his interaction, first of all with the XIX century travellers and after with the XX century ethnographers. If in a "traditional" level ritual scenes that recall myths, corporal ornamentation and plumaria constitute the keys to understand the "aesthetic" on which ishir social life is consolidated; Ogwa´s paintings reveal continuity as much as breaks of such patterns as far as is precisely the coproduction with the Other the one that defines its work like the beginning of a nonexistent figurative art in the traditional culture. In such sense, their pictures not only stage the "glories of the ethnic past", but also constitute new stories of a culture whose desestructurated present level resists to remain as mere survival of the past promoting new ways of thinking the present and to imagine the future social life.Fil: Spadafora, Ana Maria.
The paradigm of the inclusive school is becoming, especially in the European educational research, a fundamental point of reference. In this paper the author analyzes the different didactic models of teacher’s professionalism in the Italian school since the riforma Gentile of 1923 until the contemporary debate concerning the school of the autonomy. In particular, he highlights the importance of the scientific meaning of the teacher’s professionalism which derives from the paradigm of the sciences of education established by John Dewey’s book «The sources of a science of education» of 1929. In the contemporary research it is fundamental, in the school of autonomy, to analyze a teacher’s professionalism based on the last results of educational experimental empirical research. In this perspective the teacher, but also the headmaster, must develop his/her educational action between the governance and didactics in the school of autonomy not only as «an investigator», as Dewey’s theory proposed, but as an expert of a transdisciplinary competence based on the contents of the subject matter, didactics, governance, and some aspects of educational experimental empirical research to improve new possibilities of an inclusive school

A Histone Methylation Network Regulates Transgenerational Epigenetic Memory in C. elegans
SummaryHow epigenetic information is transmitted from generation to generation remains largely unknown. Deletion of the C. elegans histone H3 lysine 4 dimethyl (H3K4me2) demethylase spr-5 leads to inherited accumulation of the euchromatic H3K4me2 mark and progressive decline in fertility. Here, we identified multiple chromatin-modifying factors, including H3K4me1/me2 and H3K9me3 methyltransferases, an H3K9me3 demethylase, and an H3K9me reader, which either suppress or accelerate the progressive transgenerational phenotypes of spr-5 mutant worms. Our findings uncover a network of chromatin regulators that control the transgenerational flow of epigenetic information and suggest that the balance between euchromatic H3K4 and heterochromatic H3K9 methylation regulates transgenerational effects on fertility
