    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi percampuran antara ekstrak kulit buah delima (punica granatum L) dan ekstrak bunga mawar (rosa hybrid L). kulit delima kaya akan flavonoid, asam fenolat, dan tanin yang berkhasiat sebagai antioksidan. Bunga mawar terdapat beberapa kandungan yaitu tannin, asam geranik dan zat antosianin. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tempat dan waktu penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Universitas Perintis Indonesia. Pengumpulan data melalui 7 orang panelis yang terdiri dari 2 orang dari farmasi UPERTIS, 2 orang dosen Jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan UNP, dan 3 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan UNP angkatan 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 konsentrasi formula yaitu F1 dan F2. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisa deskriptif yang menampilkan frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan uji laboratorium yaitu uji pH dan uji homogenitas pada F1 dan F2 sediaan lip balm ekstrak kulit buah delima dan ekstrak bunga mawar sebagai pelembab bibir menunjukan hasil uji PH yang sesuai dengan standar pH bibir yaitu F1 dab F2 yaitu 5 serta uji homogenitas menunjukan hasil bahwa sediaan F1 dan F2 homogen. Uji organoleptik menunjukan warna coklat pekat, cukup beraroma khas ekstrak kulit buah delima, dan tekstu halus. Uji hedonic menunjukan kesukaan panelis memiliki hasil penilaian suka pada F2 sebagai hasil terbaik. Kesimpulan: lipstick dengan ekstrak kulit buah delima dan ekstrak bunga mawar layak untuk dijadikan sediaan lip balm dilihat dari uji laboratorium (uji pH dan uji homogenitas), uji organoleptik (tekstur, warna, dan aroma), dan uji hedonik (kesukaan panelis)

    Latar Belakang: Respon paling umum pada pasien pra-operasi salah satunya adalah respon psikologi (kecemasan), secara mental penderita yang akan menghadapi pembedahan harus dipersiapkan karena selalu ada rasa cemas dan takut terhadap anesthesia dan prosedur pembedahan. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh musik klasik dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pasien Sectio Caesarea dengan tindakan subarachnoid blok (SAB) di RSU Mitra Delima Malang, Jawa Timur. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian group pre test and post test with control group. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua pasien yang akan menjalani sectio caesarea elektif dengan tindakan SAB di RSU Mitra Delima, sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan cara consecutive sampling 52 orang yang terbagi dalam 26 sampel kelompok intervensi dan 26 orang kelompok kontrol. Analisa data menggunakan uji Mann Whitney dan Wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian : Musik klasik berpengaruh menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien yang akan menjalani operasi Sectio Caesarea (p=0,000). Musik klasik terbukti menurunkan kecemasan pada kelompok intervensi sebanyak 26 responden (100%). Kesimpulan: Pendekatan dengan intervensi musik klasik terbukti berpengaruh untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien yang akan menjalani operasi Sectio Caesarea (p=0,000).     This literature discusses about the relation between leadership and accountability in local government. This study discusses how the effectiveness and influence of rewarding on improving the performance of employees of PT Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil and the form of rewarding in improving employee performance at PT Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil. The research in this article aims to describe how effective the improvement in employee performance that occurs with the reward program given to each employee who reaches the target or achieves. The type of research that the author uses is field research, in order to find data that is the subject matter under study. The author uses data collection techniques through direct interviews, online interviews, documentation and data from PT Delima Makmur. The data that has been obtained is processed with a qualitative descriptive method, followed by describing and dividing certain subject matter and describing through clear and easy-to-understand sentences. The results of research conducted by researchers in the field illustrate that the effectiveness of rewarding in improving employee performance at PT. Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil is in accordance with the target the company wants, rewards can also provide good motivation to each employee, all of that can be seen from the gradual achievement of the production of PT. Delima Makmur which continues to increase from year to year

    To become a private midwife with the tittle of bidan delima, one’s should be able not only to communicate both in verbal and non verbal communication but also able to manage a positive impression management. The study is conducted in qualitative method by the perspective of phenomenology and it is aimed to know about bidan delima’s effort in managing their communication act. The result of study has shown that midwives and their clients performed the communication management in form of interpersonal and intrapersonal communication both in a verbal and nonverbal manner. Then, in forms of verbal communication, the informants used mother tongue, informal language, warnings, greetings, and motivation. While in forms of nonverbal communication, the informants performed body gesture, touch, time management, status mark, competition, and identification. Moreover, the bidan delima performed their verbal communication mostly in spoken language, friendly greetings, and as the symbols of their nonverbal communication towards their client, they performed face expression, touch, time schedule, status mark, competition, and identification board. The other result of the study has shown that in terms of the bidan delima’s value of communication competence, the informants have enriched their value by adding ethics, experiences, and positive self-concepts into their communication act. Therefore, based on the result above, the author created a model of bidan delima’s communication management

    The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the application of accounting in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Delima, Limau Manis Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency with generally accepted accounting principles. The data collection technique used in this research is by using interview and documentation methods. In analyzing the data the author uses a descriptive method, namely analyzing the facts encountered in the field, then connecting with the theories that the author has obtained, so that a conclusion can be drawn which is a solution to the problem at hand. The results of the study are the basis for recording the BUMDes Delima, Limau Manis Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency using an accrual basis, the accounting process has not followed the usual accounting process. BUMDes has presented receivables in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles but has not presented fixed assets in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. then has not presented capital in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and has not prepared equity statements, cash flow statements, and notes to financial statements.     Latar Belakang : Pada saat ini pandemi Covid-19 sedang berlangsung di seluruh dunia dan telah membawa perubahan di semua bidang khususnya dibidang pendidikan, dimana sekolah-sekolah mulai menggunakan metode pembelajaran online sehingga dengan metode pembelajaran ini membuat kualitas psikologi anak/siswa terganggu seperti stress serta kecemasan yang berlebihan. Metode pembelajaran online merupakan pembelajaran yang diberlakukan pada masa pandemi saat ini, dan SMP Katolik Santa. Rosa de Lima Tondano menerapkannya pada saat ini. Tujuan :Untuk mengetahui pengalaman aktivitas pembelajaran online terhadap kualitas psikologi siswa di SMP Katolik Santa Rosa de Lima Tondano. Metode :Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu, menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 65 responden, instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan dua lembar kuesioner yaitu, kuesioner pengalaman aktivitas pembelajaran online pada anak SMP berjumlah 15 pertanyaan sedangkan untuk kuesioner kualitas psikologis sebanyak 9 pertanyaan. Hasil Penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi-square dengan nilai alpha (0,05). Didapatkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan p value = (0.02) α X2 tabel (10,002) Kesimpulan : Dinyatakan bahwa Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengalaman pembelajaran online dengan kualitas psikologi siswa SMP Katolik St. Rosa Delima Tondano.     According to the Center for Data and Information PERSI (2003,) the prevalence of diabetes mellitus type II increased. WHO estimates that the global prevalence of type II diabetes will increase from 171 million in 2000 to 366 million in 2030, and Indonesia ranked fourth after the United States, China and India. Riskesdas (2013) showed that the prevalence of DM in Yogyakarta in 2013 was 2.6% and the diagnosis based on the diagnosis and symptoms of 3.0%. Results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers obtained data on the number raised DM 2014 in Puskesmas I Gamping Sleman many as 270 people. DM disease if left untreated can lead to complications or fatal complications such as coronary heart disease, kidney failure, blindness, infections due to ulcer until amputated the affected part ulcers and can lead to death. Dasawisma perpuluhan group is a group whose members consist of people or families with the same health problems who live nearby. This group is one way for fostering community participation in the health sector so that the public be aware of the health problems experienced thus participate in solving the problem. The purpose of this study to determine the effect through perpuluhan group mentoring model to DM management improvement at home in persons with diabetes mellitus type II. Type of this research is quasi experimental design with pretest-posttest design with control group. The number of samples in this study were 64 respondents that were divided into 32 groups of respondents with assistance through the perpuluhan group (treatment group) and 32 respondents with assistance through Elderly Posyandu (the comparison group). Sampling used consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed using Mc Nemar test and Chi square. Respondents who received assistance through the perpuluhan group capable of managing diabetes at home as much as 25 respondents (39.06%), while those getting assistance through Elderly Posyandu were 14 respondents (21.89%). Respondents who received assistance through perpuluhan groups that are unable to manage diabetes at home as much as 7 respondents (10.94%), while those getting assistance through Posyandu Elderly many as 18 respondents (28.11%) p = 0.005 <0.05. It can be concluded that mentoring activities through a perpuluhan group is more effective than assistance through Posyandu Elderly in improving the ability of the management of DM at home in the DM type II patient
