PERAN KOMISI PENYIARAN INDONESIA DAERAH PROVINSI LAMPUNG DALAM PROSES PENGAWASAN SIARAN TV LOKAL
Full text linkPeran Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah (KPID) Provinsi Lampung merupakan sebuah lembaga negara independent di Indonesia yang didirikan di setiap Provinsi berfungsi mewadahi aspirasi serta mewakili kepentingan masyarakat akan penyiaran. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil Tegar TV sebagai stasiun tv lokal yang banyak memiliki catatan pelanggaran di tahun 2016. Dengan rumusan masalah Peran KPID Provinsi Lampung dalam Pengawasan Siaran TV Lokal (Pengawasan Isi Siaran Periode Tayang Pada Tahun 2016).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran KPID Lampung dalam proses pengawasan isi siaran terhadap Tegar TV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi historis atau catatan sejarah dengan jenis confidiential reports sebagai alat pengumpul data utama, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif interpretative yakni data yang dikumpul, disusun kemudian ditafsirkan dan diambil kesimpulan. Dengan jumlah Populasi 27 orang yang berasal dari KPID Lampung dan Tegar TV, kemudian diambil Sample 7 orang dari KPID Lampung dan Tegar TV dengan teknik Purposive Sampling.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa KPID Lampung memiliki peran menjamin masyrakat memperoleh informasi yang layak, membantu memperbaiki sistem penyiaran, melakukan pemantauan dan menindaklanjuti pelanggaran serta membina Tegar TV. Sehingga dari peran tersebut melahirkan 4 proses yang dilakukan terhadap Tegar TV yaitu Perencanaan, Pengawasan, Tindakan dan Pembinaan. Ke empat proses tersebut masuk kedalam jenis dan sifat pengawasan preventif , pengawasan concurrent control dan pengawasan respresif. Pengawasan tersebut diketahui cukup efisien dan efektif saat digunakan pada proses pengawasan Tegar TV.
Kemudian terkait peran yang dijalankan oleh KPID Lampung terhadap Tegar TV dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa KPID Lampung telah menjalankan Peran nya secara optimal. Efeknya setelah adanya proses pengawasan tidak banyak temuan pelanggaran yang terjadi pada Tegar TV di tahun 2017. Diperkuat pada saat Tegar TV mendapatkan Award atau penghargaan dalam kategori Future dalam acara KPID Award 2017 pada tanggal 28 november 2017 kemari
Artificial Intelligence in Da'wah: Navigating the Opportunities and Threats of Digital Innovation

This journal explores how AI innovations can be integrated into digital da’wah to increase the effectiveness and reach of Islamic messages. The study aims to analyze the opportunities and threats of utilizing AI in da’wah. It uses a qualitative method, which focuses on an in-depth understanding of social or cultural phenomena through descriptive and interpretative data collection with the type of research being a desk study. The results show that despite the challenges, the application of AI in digital da’wah offers great potential for innovation and increasing the impact of da’wah. The journal provides practical recommendations to overcome existing challenges and capitalize on existing opportunities, as well as an outlook on the future of AI integration in digital da’wah
MULTICULTURAL PARADIGM AND DA'WAH STRATEGY BUILDING RELIGIOUS MODERATION IN REJANG LEBONG
No full textThe research looks at how the multicultural paradigm influences one's experience and what is the da'wah strategy in dealing with a multicultural society? To conduct this research, the researcher uses a mixed method research (qualitative and quantitative) which aims to combine two methods at once in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable and objective data. The subjects and objects of this research are students from 3 high schools in Rejang Lebong, Curup city, namely SMAN 1, SMAN 2 and SMAN Xaverius. The results of the research show that the portrait of the paradigm of experience High school students in Rejang Lebong have high enough confidence to consistently interact and adapt to differences. In fact, it is not only considered a luxury, but is interpreted as a necessity where they cannot avoid religious differences. This has implications for their multicultural behavior where they are able to be smart in responding to differences. In this context, the experience of students' multicultural behavior has a very good level of religious and cultural moderation. Of course, this is based on the cultivation of a formal and non-formal understanding of multiculturalism. This study found several strategies that were obtained in order to be able to carry out religious and cultural moderation in a multicultural society including: planting an understanding of the value of tolerance through an educational approach (crosscultural education) to develop universal values that can be accepted by different groups of people, cultural approaches and language, as well as approaches through socio-religious psychology
Religious Moderation Values in Siger Lampung Symbol
No full textThis study aims to examine the values contained in Siger as a symbol of the people of Lampung Province and the effectiveness of these values in the concept of religious moderation. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the type of literature review. The analysis of this study uses Pierce's semiotic analysis and the concept of Quraish Shihab's moderation. The results of the research as a whole, Siger has the values contained in it in the form of the philosophy of the Lampung people or Piil Pesenggiri which is supported by 4 solid pillars including Juluk Beadek, Nemui Nyimah, Nengah Nyappur and Sakai Sambaian. This Lampung people's philosophy of life also refers to the Quraish Shihab's concept of Religious Moderation by presenting several pillars including Tawazun (Balance), Is (Justice), Tasamuh (Tolerance), Tawassuth (middle attitude) and Shura (deliberation). So, in religious moderation, it can be said that the visualization of Siger is a complete “package” that will enrich social life and also serve as a unifying tool for the plurality of Lampung society
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. THE CINEMATIC CANVAS OF POLITICS: A FRAMING ANALYSIS OF ˜DIRTY VOTE FILM DURING THE 2024 ELECTION CYCLE
Full text linkThis research discusses the documentary film "Dirty Vote" which successfully shocked the world of politics in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research by producing descriptive data. Researchers use Zongdan Pan & Kosicki's Framing analysis to see how the reality of the issue of fraud in the 2024 Election is structured, told, written and emphasized in the construction of a documentary film. The conclusions obtained from this research can be divided into four major structures, including: (1) Syntactic Structure, the film Dirty Vote tells about democracy which cannot be interpreted as limited to the implementation of elections and tells about power being misused; (2) The structure of the script prepared in the film Dirty Vote starts from a vote survey which shows symptoms of transactional politics, political practices of retribution, violations of integrity pacts, mass mobilization efforts in GBK, cases of corruption in village funds, intimidation of village heads, misuse and increase of budget funds. significant social assistance ahead of the election, the non-neutrality of the President and State Apparatus, Bawaslu failing to supervise the election, various KPU violations and the controversial Constitutional Court decision; (3) Thematic structure, shown in the narrative where it is stated that this victory has been planned and arranged in a structured, systematic and massive manner over the last 10 years and is controlled by power holders who can move the state apparatus and budget; (4) Rhetorical structure, Dandhy as the director wants to emphasize Jokowi's expressions which are very different from the current situation, where all his children are involved in the world of politics. However, it should be remembered that this film has no influence on the results of the 2024 presidential election recapitulation by the KPU which stated that the Prabowo – Gibran pair received the most votes in Indonesi
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
