A Escola moderna de Francisco Ferrer y Guardia e o anarquismo: dimensão sociológica e reverberações
No full textTCC (graduação) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Curso de Ciências Sociais.A partir do trabalho apresentado, pretende-se discutir a reverberação e a dimensão sociológica do pensamento do educador e pedagogo catalão Francisco Ferrer y Guardia (1859-1909), assim como da experiência da Escola Moderna de Barcelona. A análise da reverberação das concepções educacionais e do ensino racionalista de Ferrer para a ideológica política anarquista e, principalmente, para o campo da educação, assim como para as experiências educacionais ditas libertárias influenciadas pelas concepções educacionais do educador, deve conduzir o trabalho. Vislumbrando compreender o alcance da contribuição de Francisco Ferrer e a contemporaneidade dos princípios de seu programa de ensino racionalista e, em última instância, a dimensão sociológica desse personagem que parece tão importante para a história do anarquismo. Para entender melhor que foi Ferrer, o trabalho leva em consideração tanto a trajetória quanto a descrição da experiência da Escola Moderna de Barcelona, assim como seu diálogo com o anarquismo

No full textThe death of Rodrigo de Mendoza, I Marquis of the Cenete, without a will was involved in the uncertainty of the death of a nobleman with a great heritage inherited much of his father, the grand cardinal of Spain, without specifying either distribute and three young daughters orphan without an executor appointed by him. The general governor of Valencia, Lluís de Cabanyelles, the innermost circle of the Marquis during his stay in the city of Turia, along with other participants and witnesses, conducted the process of inventorying all his possessions four days after his death, appealing to the emperor Carlos V to confirm the viceroy of the Kingdom of Valencia and brother of the marquis, Diego Hurtado de Mendoza, as tutor of his nieces. The objective of this paper is to clarify the complex process followed for the transfer of property of a prominent castilian nobleman, settled at Valencia, deceased ab intestato.La muerte de Rodrigo de Mendoza, I Marqués del Cenete, sin testamento se vio envuelta de la incertidumbre propia del fallecimiento de un noble con un cuantioso patrimonio heredado en gran parte de su padre, el gran cardenal de España, sin especificar ni repartir y con tres hijas menores huérfanas sin un albacea designado por él. El gobernador general de Valencia, Lluís de Cabanyelles, del círculo más íntimo del marqués durante su estancia en la ciudad del Turia, junto a otros partícipes y testigos, llevó a cabo el proceso de inventariado de todos sus bienes cuatro días después de su defunción, apelando, asimismo, al emperador Carlos V para que confirmase al virrey del Reino de Valencia y hermano del Marqués, Diego Hurtado de Mendoza, como tutor de sus sobrinas. El objetivo del trabajo es esclarecer el complejo proceso seguido para la correcta transmisión de los bienes de un destacado noble castellano afincado en Valencia fallecido ab intestato

Type material: ‘‘ San Luis Potosi, Mex., Kinsey cutex gall, 4.29.19 ’’, ‘‘ Andricus incomptus CO- TYPE’’ (red label), ‘‘ AMNH_IZC 00322871 ’’, ‘‘ LECTOTYPE Andricus incomptum Kinsey, 1920: 306 design. M. Ferrer-Suay 2016 ’’ (red label). Comments. According to the original description two female and 28 gall cotypes were deposited in the MCZ and in the author’s collection, and only a cotype gall in the AMNH. However, the female (cotype) was found in the Kinsey collection deposited in the AMNH and it is designated as lectotype and has been so labeled by the first author. This species was originally described as Andricus and was transferred to Cynips by Pujade- Villar and Ferrer-Suay (2015) because the head has no irradiating carinae and the ventral spine of hypopygium is wide with parallel sides, with an apical tuft of setae. No full textEste trabajo se ha realizado por que se ha presentado la incógnita de cómo una PYME ha podido mantenerse en el tiempo, teniendo en cuenta los cambios sociales políticos y económicos que se han presentado en nuestro país; así mismo se busca crear estrategias para corregir los aspectos que van en contra de las tendencias actuales y lograr que la empresa perdure teniendo en cuenta las condiciones del sector en nuestro país.
Para que el trabajo sea provechoso empezamos por definir que son las PYMES, como han evolucionado y su importancia dentro de la economía, así mismo la forma en cómo son administradas mostrando los aciertos y desaciertos que los dueños de las empresas han tenido en cuanto a la forma de su administración.
El siguiente capítulo se va a basar en la empresa, quienes son, como trabajan y se presentará el modelo propuesto de gobernabilidad y relevo generacional.
Pero para poder presentar un plan de gobierno acorde con la empresa, primero debe haberse realizado una evaluación de la situación estratégica de la empresa, donde se revise el modo de gestión que esta maneja para saber de qué forma se pueden crear las mejores políticas sin que estas vayan en contra de los principios y valores de sus fundadores, esto es lo que se verá en el tercer capítulo.
Por último, el cuarto capítulo o “Matriz Estructural”, busca identificar variables que pueden constituir un problema frente a la situación estratégica actual de Ferrer y Asociados Ltda., con respecto al sector en el que esta trabaja y reflexionar sobre la forma como se gobierna y determinar nuevas y mejores prácticas de funcionamiento y dirección; buscando estrategias que no sean muy atrevidas buscando que el fundador sepa entender el porqué se realiza el proceso y que entienda que existen situaciones que se deben evitar, sin necesidad de que piense que se intenta dejarlo de lado en la empresa, pero

haciéndolo entender que para que la empresa tenga continuidad, debe haber entrenamiento previo a los próximos gerentes de la misma.This work has been realized because there has presented the mystery of how an SME has been maintained over time, taking into account the political, economic and social changes that have been presented in our country, we also seeks to create strategies to correct all the issues that go against current trends and ensure that the company endures in the light of conditions in the sector in our country.
For that work is helpful start by defining which are SMEs, as they have evolved and its importance within the economy and how it is administered by showing how the rights and wrongs that company owners have had in terms of type of administration.
The next chapter will be based on the company, who they are, how they work and will present the proposed model of governance and generational relief.
But in order to present a plan of government according to the company, we must first have made an assessment of the strategic situation of the company, which reviewed the administration's handling of this to learn how we can create the best policies without these run counter to the principles and values of its founders, this is what we will see in the third chapter.
Finally, the fourth chapter, or "Matrix Structure", seeks to identify variables that can be a problem compared to the current strategic situation of Ferrer and Associates Ltda.
