The target of this Doctoral Thesis is the Sevillian Gabriel García y Tassara (1817-1875), a poet that belongs to the Second Romanticism, led by Victor Hugo and symbiotic with Lord Byron. He expressed the concerns and disappointments in his lines of the process of implementation of liberalism, as revolutionary socially and individually. Critics wrongly considered him a late romantic or a pioneer of realism because his Poesías weren’t published until 1872. This paper provides an exhaustive biography of the author that clarifies many aspects of his life, such as his joint to the Romantic movement since 1835 and the publication of his poems in the press, therefore he was considered since 1841 as one of the most important poets of that moment. At the same time, he worked as a journalist assistant and wrote articles that are presented as prose work, before that he became a editor and later a director of several moderate newspapers. He was Deputy in two legislatures (1847-50 and 1854-57), diplomat in Washington (1857-67) he had a personal project of forming a confederation of Spanish-American states, including Spain, and in London (1869) as a representative of the Provisional Government. Only when his public activity ceased, he devoted to the edition of his book. As it concerns to his poetry, the early versions of 24 poems in his book and 21 not included in it, also the recomposition of the extended poem Un diablo más, with two unknown epistles, are added in the Appendix. All his compositions have been dated and his poetic stages proposed, whose contents, some amphibological, are analyzed. In the Appendix I have also transcribed his articles of literary criticism, the very interesting sketchs of manners ones and other political and social, its topics and style are analyzed in the text, in addition to his speeches in the Parliament, the latter clarifying his personal vision of the historical moment and, in particular, several of the contents of Un diablo más
Clericalismo católico y nacional-laicismo
The author rejects clericalism both in its ecclesiastical version as in the new civil version: both clericalisms forget that religious freedom is, above all, a citizer's fundamental right but that they leave it to the ocasional outline of the relationship between Church and State. He, therefore, delves deeper into the concept of “positive secularism” proposed by the Spanish Constitutional Court. Pelos conteúdos que se manifestaram e pela análise do processo grupal, considerou-se a efetividade deste dispositivo e a (Continuacao) possibilidade do mesmo oferecer uma abertura, uma ampliação do campo de ação e teorização no trabalho com reabilitaçãoThe present project focus on an occupational therapy group in order to study a group process in the rehabilitation field in terms of the relationship between the participants subjectivity and their social space. It is our aim to consider the possibility of making the occupational therapy group a space to build new life project for the participants, taking into account their limitations - physical, psychic, social and institutional -and their potentialities. This discussion is supported by a seven-month study carried out at Estação Especial da Lapa in an Occupational Therapy group formed by disabled or psychically disturbed people. Activities were developed inside the institution as well as in social environments outside. The group process analysis was based on E. Pichon-Rivières theoretical reference (although the group work followed the Occupational Therapy procedures) combined with the knowledge obtained in the occupational therapy practice. According to the Pichonian reference, the institutional aspects take part in the process, therefore, the group reading includes the institutional context issues. Considering the disability and mental health fields, we discuss the possibility of a more intensive interchange of knowledge between these two areas in order to make the group a device for the rehabilitation investigation and intervention. The Occupational Therapy group approach is analyzed in terms of its condition to promote the manifestation of contents related to subjective and inter-subjective history and in terms of its formation and the its possibility of acquiring a new meaning. Based on the manifested contents and the group process analysis, the effectiveness of this device as well as its prospects to provide new practical and theoretical basis were studie

Anti-Manicomial Project: an essay on mental health in everyday life
The Anti-Manicomial Project, with its intention of re-socialize the mental health user, deals with the sociability sharing which, in a contemporary thought, based mainly on the scientific culture. These symbols, created by a world interpretation system spread themselves to the social and turn to be expressed in daily men existence. The current research intends to analyze the acquaintanceship capacity with the mental health user, act as a madness social imaginary changer, defended by Franco Basaglia - precursor of the Italian Democratic Psychiatry. To this author, the re-insertion of the madman in the society that excluded him, can become a social conscious start emulousness. Therefore, a research of a therapeutic residence case, related to an Anti-manicomial Mental Health Institution, which the Therapeutic Residence Service Coordinator and community members that welcomed old mental hospital residents, were interviewed, pointing the narratives and images which build up sense and evaluate madness. It intends to contribute to a mental health system change which supposely, should work as a fuse of a socialization reflexivity, subsidizing, through reflections, the pedagogic- political possibilities of anti-manicomial interventions

Acquired Hemophilia A Treated with Recombinant Porcine Factor VIII: Case Report and Literature Review on Its Efficacy
Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a bleeding disorder due to the presence of neutralizing autoantibodies named inhibitors in patients with a previously normal hemostasis. Recent international recommendations suggest the use of bypassing agents or substitutive therapy as the first-line treatment, usually preferring the former. The adequate hemostatic therapy needs an accurate balance between bleeding and thrombotic risks. We report a clinical case of acquired hemophilia A successfully treated with recombinant porcine factor VIII (Susoctocog alfa) as the first-line treatment. Despite the patient having a high-risk thrombotic score and a history of recent myocardial infarction, our experience showed the absence of thrombotic complications related to the use of Susoctocog alfa and a complete restoration of hemostatic parameters. Limited literature is present on the use of recombinant porcine factor VIII as a first-line treatment, and our report supports its use, especially when the thrombotic risk is high
Interseismic deformation at subduction zones investigated by 2D numerical modeling : case study before the 2010 Maule earthquake
We study interseismic deformation preceding the Mw8.8 2010 Maule earthquake by means of two-dimensional finite-element modeling. Our goal is to gain insight into the fundamental factors controlling elastic strain build-up and release in subduction zones, and to evaluate different modeling approaches of surface displacement as observed by GPS. We developed a linear elasticity solver that allows us to implement a realistic subducting plate geometry constrained by geophysical data. We test the influence of subducting plate thickness, variations in the updip and downdip limit of a 100% locked interplate zone, elastic parameters, and velocity reduction at the base of the subducted slab. We compared our modeled predictions with interseismic GPS observations along an EW profile crossing the Maule earthquake rupture area, in order to determine best fitting parameters. Our results indicate little influence of the subducting plate thickness at a given downdip limit, which itself has a strong influence on surface deformation. However, the fit to observations is achieved only after reducing the velocity at the base of the subducted slab below the trench region to 10% of the far-field convergence rate. We link this novel result to complementary numerical models that gradually evolve toward considering longer time-scales and complex rheology in order to evaluate the mechanical meaning of the above mentioned inferred kinematic conditions. This allowed us to link the velocity reduction at the base of subducting slabs with a long-term state of high flexural stress resulting from the mechanical interaction of the slab with the underlying mantle. Even a small amount of theses high deviatoric stresses may transfer towards the upper portion of the slab as strain energy that could participate into the mechanical loading of the megathrust and therefore in triggering large earthquakes there
