PERANCANGAN APLIKASI ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (EMR) PADA INSTALASI RAWAT INAP BERBASIS WEB
Pelayanan medik dewasa ini membutuhkan sistem yang lebih efektif dan efisien, baik dalam
penggunaan waktu, tenaga maupun sarana. Dalam pengelolaan rekam medik, kenyataan masih
umumnya penggunaan rekam medik manual yang dinilai tak lagi andal menangani data medik
melahirkan ide konversi rekam medik manual kertas ke rekam medik elektronik karena efektivitas dan
efisiensinya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan aplikasi rekam medik elektronik yang lebih dikenal
sebagai EMR (Electronic Medical Record) dari rekam medik kertas di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah
Sakit Umum Ananda Salatiga. Rekam medik elektronik dirancang dengan membuat form-form isian
catatan-catatan medik dalam proses perawatan pasien selama dirawat. Data-data medik ini kemudian
disimpan dalam basis data sistem dan dikelola secara digital. Setiap kali pengisian data medik pada
form-form tertentu, sistem akan menghasilkan kode yang membawa informasi khusus.
Pada akhirnya, sistem akan menghasilkan deret kode ICD (International Statistical
Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) dari kode-kode yang dihasilkan pada
pengisian form-form catatan medik. Deretan kode-kode ini mampu menggambarkan perkembangan
kondisi pasien dan penanganan medik yang diberikan selama perawatan. Data-data medik yang
tersimpan dapat ditampilkan kembali dalam bentuk catatan medik digital.

IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI WEBSITE E-COMMERCE SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN PROMOSI PEMASARAN USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH
Small Business is defined as an economic activity carried out by an individual or a household or an agency aiming to produce goods or services for commercial commission and has a sales turnover of 1 (one) billion rupiah or less. While Medium Business is defined as eco- nomic activity conducted by individual or household as well as an agency aims to produce goods or services for commercial commodity and have sales turnover more than 1 (one) billion. One of the SMEs that developed in Dukuh Delik Wringin Jajar Village Mranggen Dis- trict Demak District is the business of making furniture from aluminum material. This busi- ness has been going on for almost 8 years and able to absorb 5 to 10 workers in the surround- ing environment. Fluctuations in the amount of labor depend heavily on orders demanded by customers. Products produced by SMEs include: Doors, Frames, Window Leaves, Kitch- en Set, Kitchen Cabinets, Storefronts, Corner Display Cabinets, Rolling Door and others. The purpose of community service is to help the SME businessman making furniture from aluminum material in Dukuh Delik Wringin Jajar Village Mr.anggen District De- mak District, especially in the field of marketing. The type of marketing chosen by the dev- otees team is by creating an online store based on Opensource CMS that is Prestashop. The outcome of this program is expected the SMEs business of making furniture from aluminum material has the ability in marketing their products through online store application system that has been made. In addition is expected also with the training and assistance provided by these business actors are able to manage online stores independently. So that will affect the amount of production and orders that will be able to improve the living standards of business actor
MANAJEMEN KADERISASI DA’I PONDOK PESANTREN NURUL MUTTAQIN PENUMANGAN BARU TULANG BAWANG BARAT
ABSTRAK
Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin berupaya dalam meregenerasi
para santri untuk menjadi seorang Da’i, dalam upaya ini Pondok
Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin mengadakan kaderisasi Da’i yang
merupakan suatu keharusan bagi para santri-santrinya. Keterpaduan
dakwah didalam Pondok Pesantren sebagai salah satu strategi berupa
pengembangan akhlakul karimah dan kecintaan serta kepedulian
terhadap moral – moral pemuda saat ini, untuk menjaga generasi muda
sampai sekarang Kemampuan sebuah Pondok Pesantren dalam
menghadapi tantangan global terus ditingkatkan, jaringan komunikasi
dibangun dan dikembangkan melalui sistem dan kebiasaan kehidupan
sehari – hari yang semakin hari semakin besar peranannya dalam
menciptakan regenerasi yang solid dalam beragama dan semakin
besar pula pengaruhnya dalam dunia dakwah dan masyarakat itu
sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana
pelaksanaan dan bentuk manajemen yang dilakukan Pondok
Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin Dalam kaderisasi Da’i.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
kualitatif dengan metode Penelitian Lapangan (field research) yang
bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
menejemen dakwah yaitu pendekatan dengan menekankan proses
manajeman Kaderisasi Da’i di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin
Penumangan Baru Tulang Bawang Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data
dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan
analisis data. Penulis mengambil 2 orang untuk menjadi informan
dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin
dan Kepala Pengasuhan santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin.
Dari hasil penelitian penulis, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan
pelaksanaan dan bentuk manajemen yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren
Nurul Muttaqin dalam kaderisasi Da’i, aksi yang dilakukan Pondok
Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin, yakni menciptakan dan membina para
calon Da’i yang handal dan di samping itu, setiap langkah-langkah
yang di lakukan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin memiliki
Implementasi yang berbeda-beda, seperti Penerap dalam pengkaderan
Da’i, yakni melalui program Muhadoroh guna menguatkan Ilmu dan
mental para santri. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan Pondok
Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kaderisasi,
pertama menentukan program Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin,
kedua membuat jadwal kegiatan program tersebut dan yang ketiga
menentukan pembimbing dalam mengawasi program-program. Dan

Implementasi kaderisasi da’i Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muttaqin dalam
mencapai tujuannya dilakukan dengan beberapa pelatihan dakwah
mengenai kaderisasi da’i seperti : Pelatihan Ceramah, Pelatihan Tanya
Jawab, Pelatihan Diskusi, Pelatihan Drama, Metode Pelatihan dakwah
dan pelatihan menulis.

ABTRACT
The Nurul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School seeks to regenerate
students to become a Da'i, in this effort the Nurul Muttaqin Islamic
Boarding School organizes a cadre of Da'i which is a must for its
students. Integration of da'wah within Islamic boarding schools as one
of the strategies in the form of developing akhlakul karimah and love
and concern for today's youth morals, to protect the young generation
until now. the habits of daily life which are increasingly playing a
bigger role in creating solid regeneration in religion and the greater
the influence in the world of da'wah and society itself. This study aims
to find out how the implementation and form of management are
carried out by the Nurul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School in the
cadre of preachers.
The type of research used in this research is qualitative with a
descriptive field research method. This study uses a da'wah
management approach, namely an approach that emphasizes the
process of managing the Cadres of Preachers at the Nurul Muttaqin
Islamic Boarding School, Penumangan Baru, Tulang Bawang Barat.
Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation,
interviews, documentation, and data analysis. The author took 2
people to become informants in this study, namely the Leaders of the
Nurul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School and the Head of Nurul
Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School Student Care.
From the results of the author's research, the authors can
conclude that the implementation and form of management carried out
by the Nurul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School in the cadre of
preachers, the actions carried out by the Nurul Muttaqin Islamic
Boarding School, namely creating and fostering reliable Da'i
candidates and besides that, every the steps taken by the Nurul
Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School have different implementations,
such as implementers in the cadre of preachers, namely through the
Muhadoroh program to strengthen the knowledge and mentality of the
students. As for the steps taken by the Nurul Muttaqin Islamic
Boarding School in implementing cadre management, the first is to
determine the Nurul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School program, the
second to make a schedule of the program's activities and the third to
determine a supervisor in supervising the programs. And the
implementation of the cadre regeneration of the Nurul Muttaqin
Islamic Boarding School in achieving its goals was carried out with

several da'wah training regarding preacher cadre such as: Lecture
Training, Question and Answer Training, Discussion Training, Drama
Training, Da'wah Training Methods and writing training.

Rancangan Sistem Informasi Nilai Akademik Siswa Berbasis Web Pada Madrasah IBTIDAIYAH Darul Muttaqin Menggunakan PHP Dan MySQL
Academic value is a measure of student achievement at MI Darul Muttaqin in the form of a report card. The process of assessing academic values is carried out by students who come directly to MI Darul Muttaqin, based on interviews with the author and relevant parties involved in processing student academic grades. Currently, the process still uses manual methods, where homeroom teachers manage student grades from the teachers for all subjects, with the use of a considerable amount of paper. This results in errors in managing student grade data, and the process of grade management for report card filling at MI Darul Muttaqin is still hindered by the time it takes.
As a solution, the design of a web-based Academic Grade Information System for students at MI Darul Muttaqin has been proposed to facilitate the homeroom teachers in managing student grades, as well as to make it easier for students to access their grades for the subjects they have taken without needing to come to the school. This system is developed using the SDLC methodology, along with a MySQL database and PHP programming language.

Model Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Umat Melalui Aset Wakaf Masjid Besar Darul Muttaqin Kecamatan Alang Alang Lebar Palembang
This research aims to describe the model of economic empowerment of the people through the waqf assets of the Darul Muttaqin Grand Mosque. The research problem is to find out the description of the model, analysis and transformation of economic empowerment of the people through waqf assets at the Darul Muttaqin Grand Mosque, Alang Alang Lebar District. The research method the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the description of the economic empowerment model for the people is a consumptive model and a productive model which is useful in assisting in poverty alleviation programs and leading to a prosperous society by empowering an independent community economy. Useful for increasing economic welfare, helping to increase community income, economic independence and reducing poverty, and for economic empowerment of the people based on sharia values in congregation, carried out based on cooperation and based on the spirit of helping each other in goodness, and can be transformed into the community or congregation appropriate and in accordance with Islamic law.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan model pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui aset wakaf Masjid Besar Darul Muttaqin. Permasalahan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran model, analisis dan Transformasi Pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui aset wakaf Masjid Besar Darul Muttaqin Kecamatan Alang alang Lebar. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, Berdasarkan wawancara dengan bebrapa informan yakni: Hipmi Ramadhan ketua dewan Yayasan dan Lukman Hadi kabid usaha dan dagang. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa gambaran model pemberdayaan ekonomi umat adalah model konsumtif dan model produktif yang berguna membantu dalam program pengentasan kemiskinan dan menuju masyarakat hidup sejahtera dengan memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat yang mandiri. Bermanfaat untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi, membantu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, kemandirian ekonomi, dan mengurangi kemiskinan, dan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi umat berdasarkan nilai-nilai syariah secara berjamaah, dijalankan berdasarkan kerja sama dan dilandasi semangat tolong menolong dalam kebaikan, serta dapat ditransformasikan kepada masyarakat atau jamaah yang tepat dan sesuai dengan syariat Islam
Pengembangan Modul Praktikum Fisika Dasar Digital pada Materi Listrik Magnet sebagai Upaya Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru
Online practicum is one of the learning solutions during the pandemic but requires adjustments both in terms of material and practicum modules. The purpose of this study was to develop a Digital Fundamental physics Practicum Module on Electromagnetic Materials. The module developed is in the form of a digital module for Fundamental physics Practicum assisted by an integrated practicum video. The Research and Development Model chosen is a 4-D Development Model which has four process stages, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The results of the validation of the material experts obtained that the coverage and accuracy aspects of the material obtained a percentage score of 80% and the aspect of material recency received a score of 93%. The results of the validation of linguists found that aspects of language suitability and communicative use of language obtained a percentage score of 93%. In addition, the aspect of using language that stimulates student curiosity has a score of 80%. The results of media expert validation found that the media presented in the digital practicum module had the accuracy of using media in the form of images and videos, aesthetics in images and videos, as well as a clear and systematic description of video interpretation with an average score of 93%. Financial management in Qur'an educational institutions is still not optimal because the management of the institution has not implemented good management in the process of its activities. This attracts the author to conduct qualitative-descriptive research by taking the object of one of the Qur'anic educational institutions that has developed with the number of students as many as 90 children. Through participant observation in the process of LPQ Darul Muttaqin Nglegok's activities, in-depth interviews with the head of the institution, ustadz-ustadz and guardians of students and documentation used as a method of extracting data, as well as using substantive descriptive data analysis. This study shows a finding that applicatively the financial management process has been applied in the Darul Muttaqin Nglegok Qur'an educational institution substantively covering the process of planning for the procurement of funds through work meetings at the beginning of the year, and the preparation of program and activity plans. The process of utilization through the implementation of programs and activities as well as accountability includes activities through weekly monitoring and evaluation, student guardian meetings as a substantive form of management implementation

Exhaust valve adalah valve yang digunakan sebagai pintu pembuangan
sisa-sisa gas pembakaran ke saluran buang. Katup gas buang ini memiliki kondisi
kerja yang terstruktur secara mekanis yang tahan terhadap suhu gas buang yang
tinggi dan benturan metal dengan metal. Katup ini sendiri terdiri dari sebuah
piringan kepala yang memiliki batang memanjang dari tengah pinggiran kepala di
satu sisinya. Katup ini berperan sangat penting dalam proses pembakaran didalam
silinder. Apabila katup ini mengalami kebocoran maka akan terjadi kerugian
kompresi dan kerugian panas sehingga daya yang yang dihasilkan oleh mesin
induk penggerak utama kapal akan berkurang.
Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penyusunan skripsi ini
adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitaf dengan menggunakan pendekatan
fault tree analysis (FTA) sebagai teknik analisa data. Fault tree analysis (FTA)
adalah suatu teknik yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi resiko-resiko yang
menjadi peran terjadinya kegagalan yang diawali dengan kejadian puncak (Top
Event) kemudian merinci pada sebab suatu Top Event sampai pada suatu
kegagalan dasar (basic event). Dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data ini
penulis bertujuan mencari faktor penyebab kebocoran gas buang pada exhaust
valve di MV. Vinca sampai pada kegagalan dasar (basic event). Setelah kegagalan
tersebut ditemukan maka akan dicari dampak dan upaya apa yang harus dilakukan
sehingga kerja exhaust valve dapat selalu optimal.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa kebocoran gas buang pada exhaust valve di MV. Vinca
disebabkan akibat keausan pada spindle valve, keretakan pada spindle valve,
penumpukan karbon pada permukaan valve, dan kurangnya perawatan pada
exhaust valve. Dari faktor tersebut dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah hilangnya
material pada spindle valve dan valve seat, terjadinya kerugian kompresi dan
kerugian panas, penutupan exhaust valve menjadi tidak sempurna dan terjadinya
kelelahan bahan dari material exhaust valve. Untuk mencegah faktor penyebab
kebocoran tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan anti friction coating
(molykote), meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan crew dalam perawatan
dan perbaikan spindle valve, melakukan pengecekan secara rutin pada saat
exhaust valve bekerja, melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan pada injector valve
dan melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan exhaust valve sesuai jam kerja.

Exhaust valve is a valve that is used as a door to discharge the remnants of
combustion gases to the exhaust line. This exhaust gas valve has mechanically
structured working conditions that are resistant to high exhaust gas temperatures
and metal collisions with metal. This valve itself consists of a head dish that has a
longitudinal stem from the center of the head edge on one side. This valve plays a
very important role in the combustion process in the cylinder. If this valve has a
leak, there will be compression and heat loss so that the power generated by the
main engine of the ship's propulsion will be reduced.
The research method that the author uses in the preparation of this paper is
a descriptive qualitative research method using a fault tree analysis (FTA)
approach as a data analysis technique. Fault tree analysis (FTA) is a technique
used to identify risks that are the role of failure which starts with a top event and
then details because a Top Event arrives at a basic event. By using this data
analysis technique the author aims to find the factors causing exhaust gas leak in
the exhaust valve in the MV. Vinca arrived at a basic failure. After the failure was
found, the effect and what efforts should be made so that the exhaust valve can
always be optimal.
Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be
concluded that the exhaust gas leak in the exhaust valve in the MV. Vinca is
caused by wear on the spindle valve, cracks in the spindle valve, accumulation of
carbon on the valve surface, and lack of maintenance on the exhaust valve. From
these factors the impact is the loss of material on the valve spindle and valve seat,
the occurrence of compression losses and heat losses, the exhaust valve closure
becomes imperfect and the fatigue of the material from the exhaust valve material.
To prevent the causes of leakage, it can be done using an anti-friction coating
(molykote), increasing crew knowledge and skills in the maintenance and repair
of spindle valves, checking regularly when the exhaust valve works, maintaining
and repairing the injector valve and performing maintenance and repair of exhaust
valve according to working hours
