    Pondok Pesantren Suryabuanayakni mengajarkan pendidikan akhlak tasawuf kepada jama’ah. Selain itu juga, pondok tersebut melestarikan budaya lokal seperti manakib Syekh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani yang dilaksanakan setiap bulan sekali dan penancapan tombak kalimosodo di Gunung Balak. Pondok tersebut mengajak jama’ah untuk senantiasa berzikir kepada Allah Swt. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahuipendidikan akhlak tasawuf di Pondok Pesantren Suryabuana.2)Untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendidikan akhlak tasawuf pada Masyarakat Dusun Balak. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi: metode wawancara, metode observasi dan metode dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi:. reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Pengecekkan keabsahan data meliputi derajat kepercayaan, keteralihan, ketergantungan dan kepastian. Hasil temuan penelitian yakni diantaranya; 1) Pendidikan akhlak tasawuf di Pondok Pesantren Suryabuana meliputi: tobat, wara’(hati-hati), qana’ah (merasa cukup), zuhud (tidak mencintai dunia), mahabbah (mecintai Allah), fana’ (lebur kepada Allah) dan ma’rifatullah (mengerti Allah). 2)Kontribusi pendidikanakhlak tasawuf pada masyarakat Dusun Balak yakni diantaranya; mengubah masyarakat yang Agamis, program air bersih memakmurkan masyarakat, pengadaan diskusi rutin terbuka untuk umum setiap bulan sekali dan penyediaan sarana prasana berdagang untuk para penjual pada saat ManakibSyekh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani setiap bulan sekali. Kata kunci: Pendidikan,Akhlak, Tasawuf. Suryabuana Islamic Boarding School teaches tasawuf moral education to jama'ah. On the other side, the school preserves the local culture such as Manakib Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani which is held every month and the piercing of the kalimosodo spear on Mount Balak. The boarding school invited jama'ah to always recite Allah. This study is aimed at 1) to find out the tasawuf moral education at the Suryabuana Islamic Boarding School. 2) To determine the contribution of Sufism moral education in the Balak Hamlet Community. The researcher used descriptive research and qualitative approaches. Data collection methods include: interview method, observation method and documentation method. Data analysis includes: data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Checking the validity of the data includes the degree of trust, transferability, dependence and certainty. The research findings include; 1) Moral education of Sufism in Suryabuana Islamic Boarding School includes: repentance, wara'(careful attitude), qana'ah (feeling enough), zuhud (not loving the world), mahabbah (mecintai Allah), fana' (feel with Allah) and ma'rifatullah (understand Allah). 2) Contribution of Sufism moral education to the people of Balak Hamlet, among others; changing in to the religious community, clean water programs for the prosperous community, providing regular discussions open to the public once a month and providing trade facilities for sellers at the time of Manakib Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani every month.. Keywords:Education, Attitude, Sufism

    Penggunaan Eufemisme Dan Disfemisme Pada Tajuk Rencana Riau Pos

    The title of this research is "Use of Euphemism and Dysphemism in Riau Pos editorial". The problem in this research is What are the forms of euphemism in the Riau Pos editorial? and What are the forms of dysphemism in the Riau Pos editorial?. The purpose of this study is to find out how euphemism and dysphemism are formed in the Riau Pos editorial. The theory used is the theory of Allan and Burrige, (1991:26). The method used is descriptive method using qualitative data that uses data collection techniques by means of documentation techniques, namely by reading books related to the problems that the author examines. The results of the study were the use of euphemisms and dysphems in the Riau Pos editorial. The author of the Riau Pos editorial uses more euphemisms. Because when viewed from the amount of data found, the use of euphemisms is much more widely used than dysphemism. The author also interprets in terms of the function of euphemism in the Riau Pos editorial. In general, it functions to (1) address and name, (2) avoid percussion, (3) state the ways euphemisms are used, and (4) state the situation. And the author also interprets the function in terms of dysphemism in the Riau Pos editorial. Of the eight functions of dysphemism found only 4 functions used in the Riau Pos editorial, namely (1) function as an intermediary to declare taboo or indecent things, (2) function as a hint of dislike, hate and disrespect, (3 ) function as an intermediary to express anger or irritation, and (4) function as a means to criticize

    Indonesia has the largest coral population in the world, contributed as the world’s second largest ornamental corals exporter after Japan. Coral trade sparked the issues of habitat destruction, illegal trade, and coral health problems has prompted the government to banning of ornamental coral export. This study aims to find an empirical evidence does the policies mentioned above affect the condition of coral reefs in Indonesia. The author uses the Fixed-Effect Model on the Difference in Difference regression equation whose result show that export banning of ornamental corals does not significantly affect the condition of coral reefs in Indonesia

    INDONESIA: Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan kepemimpinan yang mampu menginspirasi, mengarahkan, menggerakkan pengikut untuk melakukan perubahan melalui pemberdayaan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, yang ditandai dengan empat ciri, yaitu: kharismatik, inspirasi, stimulasi intelektual dan perhatian individu. Kepuasan kerja merupakan keadaan psikis yang menyenangkan karena terpenuhinya kebutuhan dasar dalam bekerja, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yaitu, persepsi atas pemimpin, karakteristik pekerjaan, interaksi dengan rekan kerja dan jenjang karir. Kedua variabel tersebut sangat berkaitan erat dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan bagaimana seorang pemimpin dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan pada nilai tertinggi yaitu aktualisasi dan eksistensi karyawan pada perusahaan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah hubungan antara kepemipinan transformasional dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel terikat (Y). teknik korelasi product moment digunakan untuk menguji hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kepuasan kerja, kemudian dikategorisasikan dengan menentukan mean dan standart deviasi yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis prosentase. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk sejumlah 291 dan di ambil sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua bua skala sebagai alat ukur, yaitu skala kepemimpinan transformasional dan skala kepuasan kerja yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti dalam bentuk skala likert dengan jumlah 24 item pada setiap skalanya. Hasil penelitian, prosentase kepemimpinan menunjukkan bahwa dari 60 responden, 6 orang (10%) memiliki persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional yang tinggi, 50 orang (83,3%) memiliki persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional yang sedang, dan 4 orang (6,7%) memiliki persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional yang rendah. Kepuasan kerja menunjukkan bahwa dari 60 responden sejumlah 6 orang (10%) memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, 52 orang (86,7%) memiliki kepuasan kerja sedang, dan 2 orang (3,3%) memiliki kepuasan kerja rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis product moment dengan nilai r = 0,817 dan Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 yang artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kepuasan kerja. ENGLISH: Transformational leadership is a leader who inspires, directs, and drives, as well as empowers the human resource to make a change of their value, attitude or culture of work toward a better than before. A transformational leader is characterized by charisma, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. Work satisfaction represents a favorable psychic situation because the fundamental demand of work is reflected by work satisfaction. Some factors are affecting work satisfaction such as perception over leader, work characteristic, interaction with peer,and career ladder. These variables are closely related to a company. A leader must meet the demand and the work satisfaction of employee through the highest values such as the actualization and the existence of employee in company. Problems determined in this research are whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership and work satisfaction of employee. Therefore, the objective of research is to ensure whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership and work satisfaction of employee at PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. Type of research is correlational quantitative study. Transformational leadership is set as independent variable (X), while work satisfaction is stood for dependent variable (Y). Product Moment Correlation technique is used to examine a positive relationship between transformational leadership and work satisfaction. The correlation is categorized to facilitate the determination of mean and deviation standard, and then followed by percentage analysis. The subject of research is 291 employees of PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk, with 60 employee as sample. Two scales are used for the measuring device, which are transformational leadership scale and work satisfaction scale. These scale are self -made by the author in the form of likert scale with 24 items of each scale. Result of research concerning with transformational leadership percentage indicates that of 60 respondents, there are 6 persons (10 %) who perceive transformational leadership in the high category, 50 persons (83.3 %) who perceive transformational leadership in the moderate category, and 4 persons (6.7 %) who perceive transformational leadership in the low category. Result of research concerning with work satisfaction percentage shows that of these 60 respondents, there are 6 persons (10 %) who perceive work satisfaction in the high category, 52 persons (83.3 %) who perceive work satisfaction in the moderate category, and 2 persons (6.7 %) who perceive work satisfaction in the low category. Result of conclude that both variables (with transformational lea dership and work satisfaction) produce a positive relationship (rxy = 0.817 with sig < 0.05). it is also meant that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and work satisfactionof employee at PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk, where the significance value (2- tailed) = 0.000, which is below or smaller than 0.05

    Scouting Interactive Games for Scouts Based on Embodied Interaction Using Embedded System

    Scouts is the scouting level after the cub scout aged 11-15 years old. In their age range, they can use logical thinking in the form of physical objects to solve a problem. The development of the Scout Movement has had ups and downs, and recently the number of children interest in scouting activities decreases. The impact is the scouting insight they get isn't optimal. One strategy to solve this problem is by developed forms, tools, and learning media of scouting. Game is one of the learning media that can be used to create effective learning. The educational game is a popular learning media and widely developed by experts, as well as in Indonesia. Unfortunately, in the field of scouting, educational games are less developed. In this research, the author will build an educational scouting game for scouts. In the scouts level, they began to be introduced about communication code, skills, natural recognition, and others. Games created using Embodied Interaction technology. This technology allows users to control the game using body movement. The purpose of this game is to increase the interest and insight of children on Scout activities. From the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that after playing the game, 95,7% of children thought it is exciting, and 87% of them became enthusiastic join scouting activity. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, scouting insight increased after playing the game with an average percentage of increased insight being 18.7%

    Clinic is a health service facility that organizes individual health services that provide basic and specialized medical services, is organized by more than one type of health worker and is led by a medical staff (Menkes RI, 2001). Clinic Pratama BSMI Klaten is an institution engaged in the field of health services that provides quality basic health services. Present as a follow-up to the post-earthquake service process in Yogayakarta-Central Java on May 26, 2006 Inaugurated on November 13, 2006 by the Chairperson of the MPR. RI Dr. Hidayat Nurwahid, MA and the general chairman of BSMI DR.dr. H. Basuki Supartono, SP.OT, FICS, MARS. So far, the recording of patient medical records at the BSMI Klaten Primary Clinic is still using book media. This means that all these activities are carried out without the assistance of a computer so that it can result in lost or lost clinical records of various data. This, according to the author, is still very ineffective because it makes it difficult when presenting data such as an example of presenting data on treatment history or medical records for each patient which will take a long time. To overcome this problem, an information system that is able to provide fast information to patients and the public is needed. In order to improve services and improve the performance of each unit which is interconnected and integrated. Analysis and design of management information systems at the BSmi Klaten Pratama clinic which was made using the PHP programming language and the server using MySQL. The designed process consists of a registration unit, an initial examination of the patient by a nurse, a doctor's examination, a medical support unit, a pharmacy and a cash payment system, each of which can be data-integrated in a Clinical Management information system

    CRIMINOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE CRIME OF ILLEGAL SOLAR SMUGGLING FOR FISHERMEN IN RIAU ISLANDS PROVINCE

    The problem of illegal distribution of diesel fuel in the Riau Islands Province is something that is no longer commonplace, this is caused by several factors which will be explained by researchers from a criminological perspective. The aim of this research is to provide study material for academics, legal observers and students regarding the distribution of illegal diesel from a criminological perspective. This research uses a normative research method with a deductive approach, examining legal norms, principles and principles, as well as related statutory provisions. This research focuses on the phenomenon of illegal diesel smuggling in the Riau Islands Province, especially by fishermen. In his analysis, the author uses criminological factors that are behind this action, such as economic factors, social environment, possible places, and habits of imitating crime. The research results show that illegal diesel smuggling in the Riau Islands Province occurs due to economic disparities and psychological factors of the perpetrators. Law enforcement of this action requires the role of various factors, including law, law enforcement, supporting facilities, community participation, and culture

    Magnetic signature and element content of upflow and outflow hotspring in Arjuno–Welirang geothermal system

    Research on magnetic properties and chemical element content of environmental deposits has been conducted for various purposes. This study focuses on characteristic magnetic susceptibility, magnetic mineral morphology, and the elemental composition of Cangar and Padusan hot springs in the Arjuno-Welirang geothermal system to differentiate upflow and outflow systems, respectively. The measurements were performed for better understand the relation between magnetic susceptibility, Fe-Silicate content, magnetic mineral morphology, surface temperature and compare these characteristics in two kinds of hot springs in the same mountain system. Magnetic susceptibility ranged (7.558 - 62.694 ) × 10-6 m3/kg with an average of 30.651 × 10-6 m3/kg for Cangar (upflow) and (11.821 - 28.101) × 10-6 m3/kg with an average of 18.148 × 10-6 m3/kg for Padusan (outflow). In situ magnetic minerals extracted of hot springs are averaged of magnetic susceptibility is 26.981 × 10-6 m3/kg for Cangar and 24.445 × 10-6 m3/kg for Padusan. The element content dominated by Al, Si, K, Ca, Ti and Fe, where Fe is more abundant in Cangar as an upflow. The higher magnetic susceptibility, the greater of Fe-silicate content in both of hot springs. The surface temperature ranged from 38 - 48°C, where the higher temperature, the magnetic susceptibility increased. In Cangar, extracted magnetic minerals tend show crystalline, especially hedralic shape with very fine surface, clean and free of impurities.
