dan berkomunikasi secara terbuka dengan masyarakat dengan sifatnya yang interaktif.
Jumlah penduduk kota Bandung saat ini adalah 2,5 juta, 2 juta di antaranya memiliki akun
facebook dan peringkat 6 kota di dunia dengan jumlah pengguna twitter yang aktif
memposting. Ridwan Kamil sebagai Walikota Bandung memanfaatkan media sosial
terutama twitter sebagai media komunikasi dengan masyarakat. Pesan yang di tweet dari
akun twitter Ridwan Kamil akan mendapatkan respons dari follower dalam bentuk
favorite, retweet, dan reply. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana isi/
content tweet akun Ridwan Kamil dilihat dari aspek tujuan, gaya komunikasi pemimpin,
umpan balik dari followers (retweet, favorite, reply) dan arah isi reply.
Teori yang menjadi dasar kategori gaya komunikasi pemimpin adalah teori
kepemimpinan situasional dari Hersey dan Blanchard yaitu bahwa gaya kepemimpinan
seseorang merupakan kombinasi antara perilaku tugas dan perilaku hubungan. Gaya
komunikasi pemimpin tersebut adalah gaya memberitahu (telling), gaya mempromosikan
(selling), gaya berpartisipasi (participating) dan gaya mewakilkan (delegating).
Sedangkan untuk kategori tujuan tweet yang digunakan mengadopsi dari penelitian yang
dilakukan oleh Golbeck et al., 2010; Honeycutt & Herring, 2009; Java, Song, Finin, &
Tseng, 2007 dalam Sobaci & Karkin (2013), kemudian dimodifikasi menjadi 6 (enam)
kategori yaitu pesan, opini pribadi dan berbagi pandangan; berbagi informasi, berita dan
pelayanan publik; promosi partisipasi; undangan pada sebuah acara; komunikasi dengan
kepala daerah lain; dan promosi politik.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis) untuk
mengidentifikasi secara sistematis isi komunikasi yang tampak (manifest), dan dilakukan
secara obyektif, valid, reliabel dan dapat direplikasi. Analisis isi menggambarkan
aspek-aspek dan karakteristik dari suatu pesan dan menarik inferensi dari isi. Penelitian
dilakukan pada tweet post akun Ridwan Kamil pada Tanggal 12 November 2014 sampai
dengan Tanggal 12 Januari 2015 dengan jumlah tweet sebanyak 563 tweet.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa twitter digunakan oleh Ridwan Kamil sebagai
media untuk menyampaikan pesan berbagi informasi, berita dan pelayanan publik dengan
menggunakan gaya memberitahu. Sedangkan umpan balik yang banyak dilakukan oleh
followers adalah retweet, kemudian arah isi reply dari tweet yang dikirim adalah positif.

The FORA Framework - A Fuzzy Grassroots Ontology for Online Reputation Management
No full textOnline reputation management deals with monitoring and influencing the online record of a person, an organization or a product. The Social Web offers increasingly simple ways to publish and disseminate personal or opinionated information, which can rapidly have a disastrous influence on the online reputation of some of the entities. The author focuses on the Social Web and possibilities of its integration with the Semantic Web as resource for a semi-automated tracking of online reputations using imprecise natural language terms. The inherent structure of natural language supports humans not only in communication but also in the perception of the world. Thereby fuzziness is a promising tool for transforming those human perceptions into computer artifacts. Through fuzzy grassroots ontologies, the Social Semantic Web becomes more naturally and thus can streamline online reputation management. For readers interested in the cross-over field of computer science, information systems, and social sciences, this book is an ideal source for becoming acquainted with the evolving field of fuzzy online reputation management in the Social Semantic Web area.
Edy Rahmayadi Governor of North Sumatra's Leadership Style in Infrastructure Development in North Sumatra for the 2018-2023 Period
No full textEdy Rahmayadi's victory as Governor of North Sumatra 2018-2023 was the
beginning of a number of major tasks such as overcoming the Covid-19 Pandemic
and especially the development and revitalization of North Sumatra's
infrastructure. Edy Rahmayadi, who has a military background, has his own unique
leadership style when leading North Sumatra 2018-2023. The theory that the author
uses is the theory of good governance and political leadership style. This research
aims to describe the factors that influence infrastructure development in North
Sumatra and the relationship between Edy Rahamayadi's leadership style for the
2018-2023 North Sumatra Governor Period on North Sumatra's infrastructure
development. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive
qualitative research method, through literature study, observation and interviews.
The results of this research include: (1) At the beginning of his leadership, Edy
Rahmayadi's leadership style was tough and firm where he did not care about other
people's opinions about him, this disharmonization even occurred with his
subordinates and even his deputy, namely Musa Rajekshah, so it can be said that
Edy's leadership style was authoritarian. ; (2) Edy's character is dynamic, able to
accept opinions from multi-segment communities, and has good thoughts and ideas,
so it can be said that Edy is a transformational leader; (3) Edy Rahmayadi is
considered capable of stabilizing the conditions affected by Covid-19, apart from
that, Edy is a leader who prioritizes dialogue and collaboration, therefore it can be

in tax service. There were some tasks performed during the internship related to
accounting and tax, such as fill in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), pay tax to the Bank,
report tax to KPP Pratama Tigaraksa, make recapitulation of PPh Pasal 21, PPh
Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 25, and PPh Pasal 4 (2), scan SSP, make recapitulation of petty
cash, input employees data, input purchases.
There were some problems during the internship. When the author input purchases,
tax invoice number was not visible. When the author input employees data, there
were no complete attachment such as KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and NPWP. When the
author made recapitulation of PPh, the documents were not complete such as Bukti
Penerimaan Surat, Bukti Penerimaan Negara and SSP. The solutions are ask for the
incomplete documents.
The suggestion for KKP Edy Gunawan are the company should be more careful in
checking the completeness of documents that will be required, the company is also
more thorough in checking whether the defective documents
Nikolai Evreinov and Edith Craig as Mediums of Modernist Sensibility
Get PDFNikolai Evreinov (1870-1953) was a Russian playwright, director, and theorist of the theatre who played a leading part in the modernist movement of Russian theatre. Evreinov's 1911 monodrama The Theatre of the Soul (V kulisakh dushi) was staged by the Crooked Mirror theatre in St Petersburg in 1912. It was also performed in London (1915) and Rome (1929), and inspired Man Ray to create his aerograph The Theatre of the Soul (1917). In this article Alexandra Smith links Evreinov's play to Russian modernist thought shaped by the atmosphere of crisis associated with the Russo-Japanese War and the first Russian Revolution. It demonstrates that Edith Craig's production of Evreinov's play suggests that the philosophy of theatricalization of everyday life might enable modern subjects to overcome the fragmentation of modern society. Craig's use of the montage-like techniques of Evreinov's play prefigures cinematographic experiments of the 1920s and Marinetti's notion of synthetic theatre. Menurut fenomena yang terjadi di dalam masyarakat Desa TetepWates khususnya bagi para laki-laki dan wanita bisa dikatakan sudah banyak ditemukan kasus yang menunda menikah bahkan khawatir untuk menikah, karna ada beberapa alasan yang menyebabkan para laki-laki dan wanita Desa Tetep Wates belum menikah. Dengan ini maka peneliti merumuskan masalah (1) Bagaimana alasan penundaan pernikahan karena karir pada masyarakat di Desa Tetep Wates Argomulyo Kota Salatiga? (2) Bagaimana tinjauan maslahah terhadap fenomena penundaan pernikahan karena karir di Desa Tetep Wates Argomulyo Kota Salatiga?
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Sumber data yaitu primer dan skunder dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan redaksi, penyajian data, proses perumusan makna hasil penelitian. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan Teknik triangulasi.
Hasil peneliatian menunjukan bahwa Di Desa Kumpulrejo terdapat Enam orang yang memilih untuk menunda pernikahan hingga usia yang relatif tua. Keputusan ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor penting, antara lain kesiapan ekonomi dan keamanan finansial, tekanan sosial dan harapan keluarga, serta keinginan untuk mandiri dan menghindari ketergantungan. Mereka menilai bahwa membangun rumah tangga membutuhkan kestabilan ekonomi, sebagian dari mereka juga ingin mencapai kemandirian dalam pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan pengembangan diri terlebih dahulu sebelum memutuskan untuk menikah. Jika ditinjau dari perspektif maslahah mursalah, penundaan pernikahan tersebut dapat dipandang sebagai langkah yang sejalan dengan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah. Pertimbangan yang dilakukan mencerminkan upaya menjaga jiwa (ḥifẓ al-nafs), menjaga harta (ḥifẓ al-māl), menjaga akal (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), dan menjaga keturunan (ḥifẓ al-nasl)

In guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of a message a method of steganography is needed, which is a method for maintaining confidentiality of information. Basically the text message without any security to the contents of the message sent, so that when tapping the sending process, the text message that is intercepted can be read directly by the tappers. For this reason, software is needed as security so that the sent message becomes safer. In this study the author uses a form of literature study and experiment research. While the software design method uses the Prototype method because the software development process emphasizes the short development cycle and the utilization of functions that existed before. The data collection technique uses documentation and observation studies to obtain the Pixel Value Differencing (PVD) theory. The use of Pixel Value Differencing method (PVD is included quite quickly in the process of hiding and retrieving messages hidden in a text file.
