Kata Kunci : kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, intensi turnover Tujuan penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya fakta-fakta yang ditemukan di lapangan, yaitu setiap bulan selalu ada karyawan yang mengundurkan diri dari perusahaan, walaupun melanggar perjanjian kontrak yang telah disepakati. Padahal perusahaan ini selalu mentargetkan untuk kenaikan jumlah produksi setiap tahunnya, tetapi rencana tersebut selalu gagal karena tingginya tingkat turnover pada karyawan operator produksi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ppengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover karyawan PT. BEHAESTEX Cabang Pasuruan Bagian Departemen Air Jet Loom. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif dan regresional. Populasi sebanyak 400 karyawan dan diambil 55 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja sebanyak 33 aitem dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,949, skala komitmen organisasi sebanyak 24 aitem dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,919, dan skala intensi turnover sebanyak 23 aitem dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,853. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki kepuasan kerja tinggi 60%, dan yang memiliki kepuasan kerja rendah 40%. Karyawan yang memiliki komitmen organisasi tinggi 52,7%, dan yang memiliki komitmen organisasi rendah 47,3%. Karyawan yang memiliki intensi turnover rendah 56,4% dan yang memiliki intensi turnover tinggi 43,6%. Terdapat pengaruh negatif antara kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover dengan nilai B -0,336. Tidak ada pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover dengan nilai B -0,182. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover dengan angka koefisien determinasi 0,514. Saran yang bisa diberikan terkait hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) bagi perusahaan penelitian ini dapat digunakan rujukan untuk meningkatkan lagi tingkat kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi karyawan dengan cara memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, 2) bagi karyawan untuk semakin komunikatif terhadap atasan mengenai permasalahan pada pekerjaan 3) bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk menambah variabel penelitian yaitu stress kerja, dan budaya organisasi, agar pembahasan menjadi lebih kompleks dan memperluas cakupan subjeknya ke setiap departemen sehingga hasilnya dapat digeneralisasi dengan baik

Abstrak: Meskipun penelitian tentang budaya dalam
Pendidikan Islam terus berkembang, masih terdapat
keterbatasan kajian sistematis yang menganalisis tren global
dan keterbaharuan dalam integrasi budaya Islam di sekolah
menengah atas. Dari banyaknya penelitian mengenai Budaya
dalam Pendidikan Islam, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis
perkembangan,
tren,
dan menemukan
keterbaharuan publikasi dan penelitian ilmiah mengenai
integrasi budaya Islam dalam Pendidikan Islam di sekolah
menengah atas di seluruh dunia dalam rentang waktu 2019
2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam karya ini
adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan teknik olah
data Analisis Bibliometrik, yang menghasilkan data inklusi
sebanyak 32 artikel dari 150 artikel yang terindeks di Scopus,
yang kemudian divisualisasikan menggunakan perangkat
berupa artikel ilmiah yang terindeks Scopus dan dipilih
menggunakan perangkat lunak Covidence. Teknik analisis
lunak VOSviewer versi 1.6.20 Instrumen penelitian data

dilakukan dengan pemetaan tren publikasi, sitasi, kolaborasi
penulis, dan analisis kata kunci utama menggunakan
VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tren penulisan
terbanyak pada tahun 2021 adanya penurunan sitasi pada
tahun 2022-2024. Dari total 10 negara yang berpartisipasi
Indonesia yang paling banyak berkontribusi dan dalam
publikasi terkait topik ini, 66% di antaranya menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan overlay visualization co
occurrence, penelitian dengan topik tambahan seperti
"Pengintegrasian Nilai- Nilai Islam dalam Kurikulum" dan
"Pendidikan
Karakter
Berbasis
Budaya"
menjadi
keterbaharuan yang muncul hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini
berdampak pada penguatan dasar pengembangan kurikulum
berbasis budaya Islam yang relevan dengan kebutuhan global.
Berdasarkan analisis visualization co-occurrence dalam
penelitian ini, diperlukan studi lanjutan berupa penelitian
lapangan dan longitudinal tentang penerapan budaya Islam
dalam pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan tantangan global
dan perkembangan pendidikan di era modern.

Abstract: Although research on culture in Islamic Education
continues to grow, there is still a lack of systematic studies
analyzing global trends and innovations in the integration of
Islamic culture in senior high school education. Among the
numerous studies on culture in Islamic Education, this
research aims to analyze the development, trends, and
innovations in publications and scientific research on the
integration of Islamic culture into Islamic Education in senior
high schools worldwide between 2019 and 2024. The research
method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review
(SLR) with bibliometric analysis techniques, resulting in the
inclusion of 32 articles from a total of 150 articles indexed in
Scopus, which were subsequently visualized using VOSviewer
version 1.6.20. The research instrument consists of scientific
articles indexed in Scopus, selected through Covidence
software. Data analysis involved mapping publication trends,
citations, author collaboration, and keyword analysis using
VOSviewer. The analysis shows that the highest number of
publications occurred in 2021, with a decline in citations from
2022 to 2024. Among the 10 countries involved, Indonesia
contributed the most, with 66% of the publications on this topic

employing a qualitative approach. Based on the overlay
visualization of co-occurrence, research topics such as
"Integrating Islamic Values into the Curriculum" and
"Culture-Based Character Education" have emerged as recent
innovations. This research contributes to strengthening the
foundation for developing an Islamic culture-based curriculum
that meets global needs. Based on the co-occurrence
visualization analysis, further research is necessary, including
field and longitudinal studies on the implementation of Islamic
culture in education, adapted to global challenges and the
development of education in the modern era

Get PDFDalam karya garapan komposisi musik karawitan inovatif merupakan suatu karya yang cendrung menggali ide dan gagasan baru, kendatipun materi tradisinya tampak jelas (Suweca, 2009; 46). Karya seni ini berjudul “Rerangsang” yakni garapan karya yang terinspirasi dari perpaduan dua buah gamelan yang berbeda yang ingin dikemas menjadi suatu garapan yang memiliki ragam bentuk, irama, melodi dan patutan/patet pada Semara Pagulingan yang menggunakan patutan selisir, tembung, baro, patemon dan pangenter ageng (Arik Wirawan dalam Kartawan, 2015; 122). Kemudian kedua barungan gamelan tersebut dimainkan saling bersautan dan bersamaan. Dalam karya garapan ini penulis menggunakan struktur tabuh yang terdiri dari tiga bagian dengan pengolahan bentuk musik yang lebih banyak akan menonjolkan sistem kotekan, irama dan melodi. Penulis mengimplementasikan garapan ini melalui media gamelan Gender Wayang dan beberapa instrumen dari Semara Pagulingan seperti; empat buah Gender Wayang yang terdiri dari dua tungguh kantilan dan dua tungguh pemade, satu trompong semara pagulingan, satu pasang jublag semara pagulingan, satu pasang jegog semara pagulingan, satu pasang kendang krumpungan (lanang, wadon) dan ditambahkan dengan beberapa instrumen pendukung seperti cengceng ricik, kajar, gong, gentorag dan enam buah suling berukuran sedang. Dalam mengimplementasikannya ke bentuk musik, penulis memanfaatkan suara gamelan berbilah dan bermocol, dimana trompong Semara Pagulingan difungsikan sebagai reong dengan memanfaatkan patet (patutan) serta nada yang ada pada kedua barungan gamelan tersebut, kemudian kedua gamelan tersebut dipadukan dengan melalui beberapa tahap proses kreativitas seperti, eksplorasi, improvisasi dan pembentukan ( Alma M. Hawkins dalam Garwa, 2009; 43), kemudian tahap tersebut di laksanakan matang akan menciptakan musik inovasi secara eksperimental.

Implementasi Program Ekstensifikasi Pajak Restoran Di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru
No full textThis study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the implementation of the restaurant tax extensibility program at the Pekanbaru Regional Revenue Agency. The data collection techniques that the authors used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then the data analysis technique that the author used in this study was descriptive quantitative, population and samples in this study consisted of (1) Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency (2) restaurant owner communities which were then sampled using the Judgement sampling method (purposive sampling). Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the Restaurant Tax Extensibility Program at the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency is quite implemented, this can be seen from 59% of respondents stating that it is quite implemented. The lace of the implementation of the tax extensibility program is due to several indicators, such as: 1) The Planning Stage indicator has been sufficiently implemented. 2) The Implementation Stage indicator has been sufficiently implemented. 3) The indicators of the Extensification Monitoring and Evaluation Phase have been sufficiently implemented, 4) Overall the Restaurant Tax Extensification Program at the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency is quite implemented. The steps to increase tax extensibility are: 1) To achieve better effectiveness of restaurant tax intensification, it is necessary to improve public services. 2) Increase the number of tax officers in serving restaurant taxpayers, delivering SP2DK to taxpayers, and visiting activities and tax calculations by tax officers. 3) Educate the public, especially about the procedures for calculating taxes independently, the tax reporting process, and the importance of taxes in regional development
DUT-MMSR at MediaEval 2017: Predicting Media Interestingness Task
No full textThis paper describes our approach for the submission to the Media-eval 2017 Predicting Media Interestingness Task, which was particularlydeveloped for the Image subtask. An approach using a late fusion strategy is employed, combining classifiers from different features by stacking them using logistic regression (LR). As the task ground truth was based on pairwise evaluation of shots or keyframe images within the same movie, next to using precomputed features as-is, we also include a more contextual feature, considering aver-aged feature values over each movie. Furthermore, we also consider evaluation outcomes for the heuristic algorithm that yielded the highest MAPscore on the 2016 Image subtask. Considering results obtained for the development and test sets, our late fusion method shows consistent performance on the Image subtask, but not on the Video subtask. Furthermore, clear differences can be observed between MAP@10 and MAP scores.Multimedia Computin
SCIENTIFIC FUNGAL REPORT OF MOLDY JEANS IN INDONESIA
Get PDFMold are multicelular -microscopic fungi known as heterotrophic-cosmopolitan organism which exist almost at any place in the environment. Textiles, particularly those composed of natural organic such as jeans are easily colonized by mold. Till time, there is no report ever found regarding fungal of moldy jeans in Indonesia. This study aimed to isolate fungi from moldy jeans, identified, and described it. The result revealed that the isolate studied was Chaetomium globosum, by using several macroscopic and microscopic characters. However, since Chaetomium are known as species complex fungi, further observation is needed using molecular approach. Therefore, author consider that the isolate should be treated as Ch. globosum sensu lato for time being. Interestingly, Ch. globosum was frequently reported as endophytic fungi, which pose the potency to be used as biocontrol and bioinducer in agriculture. SME Credit Scoring Using Social Media Data
No full textCredit analysis is required in a wide variety of decision of a modern economy.It includes understanding the credit risk of small-medium enterprises (SMEs),which today is the most significant contributor to the economy of almost everynation. Creditors usually use credit scoring as a tool to predict the probability ofthe SMEs to default in the future. The existing methods of SMEs credit scoringstill rely on traditional data, which may require high cost and have low scalability.This thesis proposed an alternative approach of credit scoring for small-mediumenterprises (SMEs), which incorporate a novel set of features extracted from socialmedia data.As a study case, we generate the credit scoring dataset which contains 20traditional features and 35 social media features to quantify the creditworthinessof more than 20,000 SMEs. The social media features are formulated basedon the previous studies in the adoption of social media data for personal creditscoring and the social media metrics for quantifying business social perception.To build the dataset, we develop the method to collect the information from somepublic websites and SMEs’ Facebook page.We conduct some experiments to develop credit scoring model for SMEs.We found that using only the social media features insufficient to model SMEsdefault in the future. However, by combining both social media features to buildthe credit scoring model, we will get better performance compared to the modeldeveloped using only traditional data

Previous studies have explained that there is cooperation between Indonesia and Switzerland in the form of assistance that is implemented in various efforts to various parties, one of which is to realize the concept of sustainable tourism. This paper seeks to explain how the efforts made by Swisscontact in running the STED program in Lombok to realize the concept of sustainable tourism through two activisms. The two activisms are advising and consulting activism and collaboration activism. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through literature such as journals, books, or other data sources that can be found on the internet. The results of the research found efforts by Swisscontact - STED through discussions and strategy recommendations as well as cooperation with government and private groups. If the, encounter of failure will lead to shocks in the company, so that the necessary the application of changes management in to manage them. This research describes how to perform the transformation and handling of resistance that will arise in making changes. The model used is Prosci's Change Management Process and The ADKAR model, because this model overall will guide agents of change in determining the stages of will be conduct in the process of change management. In the implementing the change, the process will be divided into two stages, the first stage is the introduction formulation of business requirements and designing concepts, the next is the second stage namely to apply and implementing. The Company has conducted a survey of its employees, amounting to 20 people. The results of the survey showed the awareness and the desire to make a change with the value of 3,35 and has a sufficient understanding of the changes with the value of 3,25. This change program will be succeed with attention to other factors like a planning and strategic namely, the implementation process and application the program of changes.
