ABSTRACT Il tema affrontato nella tesi di dottorato è il "progetto di territorio" come processo sistemico, che integra azioni progettuali e di valutazione per la valorizzazione e lo sviluppo di sistemi territoriali in trasformazione. In particolare, nella tesi si esplorano approcci, forme ed esperienze di progetto di territorio per restituirne una interpretazione metodologica. Il punto di vista assunto nella tesi guarda al progetto come attività di orientamento, di supporto nella ricostruzione del senso dell'azione amministrativa, di organizzazione e utilizzo delle conoscenze e delle risorse disponibili, diventando attività propedeutica alla progettazione intesa nelle sue forme più consuete, di dimensioni ridotte su ambiti specifici, che tuttavia possono innescare processi virtuosi di valorizzazione delle risorse locali. Il progetto è dunque strategia per attualizzare una parte degli interventi possibili e contemporaneamente creare nuove prospettive di sviluppo basate su conoscenza, potenzialità del territorio e loro integrazione. Il progetto non è l'esito di un'azione, ma è strumento programmatico che promuove processi di costruzione di nuove forme urbane e territoriali e nuove figure socio-territoriali. Tale approccio progettuale, multifunzionale, intersettoriale e interscalare è il quadro di riferimento dell'intero lavoro. Parallelamente, la ricerca indaga nel campo delle valutazioni, tecniche e strumenti valutativi riconosciuti come dispositivi validi a supporto dei processi decisionali in cui il progetto trova la sua definizione. Le trasformazioni territoriali affrontano, infatti, questioni di natura complessa intorno alle quali si costruiscono visioni e scenari di progetto anche molto diversi, talvolta in conflitto tra loro, rendendo necessaria l'adozione di pratiche di condivisione delle scelte, attraverso azioni sinergiche di progetto e di valutazione. La valutazione fornisce la possibilità di valutare le conseguenze che strategie progettuali alternative possono generare sul territorio, ma, al tempo stesso, contribuisce alla conoscenza del contesto e del progetto stesso e favorisce una partecipazione allargata al percorso progettuale. La valutazione così intesa assume un ruolo centrale nel contribuire alla costruzione del progetto di territorio, permettendo l'integrazione, nell'operatività progettuale, tra oggettività tecnica e componenti socio-territoriali. Nella ricerca grande responsabilità è assegnata al progetto e alla valutazione in quanto attività integrate di selezione, organizzazione e orientamento nello spazio e nel tempo delle risorse, che si sviluppano attraverso successive fasi di formalizzazione tecnica entro processi continui di dialogo. È tuttavia evidente come queste modalità di agire per il progetto contrastino con le reali condizioni dell'attività amministrativa e politica, schiacciata dalle urgenze, dalle priorità contrastanti, non ultimo dalla scarsa consuetudine al progetto stesso, al dialogo e, ancor di più, alla valutazione. In risposta a questi limiti nella tesi si leggono criticamente gli elementi caratteristici di alcune esperienze progettuali di successo in ambito internazionale e nazionale (il modello IBA adottato nell'Emscher Park della Ruhr e il Contratto di Fiume adottato per la valorizzazione del bacino fluviale del Torrente Sangone in Piemonte) per essere successivamente adottati nella sperimentazione di progetto in Valle di Susa in cui le strategie proposte nel programma-progetto "Un progetto di sviluppo per la Valle di Susa" si integrano ad analisi multicriteri delle azioni previste dal progetto istituzionale di valorizzazione territoriale "Smart Susa Valley". L'esito della ricerca rappresenta una base di conoscenza a supporto delle istituzioni nazionali, regionali e locali che si occupano di governo del territorio in aree con particolari esigenze di riconversione e sviluppo, restituendo un quadro sintetico delle possibili modalità di agire a livello locale in sinergia con la scala vasta. Le esperienze di progetto affrontate, in cui le discipline dell'urbanistica, dell'estimo e della valutazione si confrontano, permettono, infatti, di suggerire "linee guida" metodologiche a supporto e legittimazione del progetto di territorio, individuando alcune opportune forme di gestione, coordinamento, cooperazione e valutazione per garantire la sostenibilità tecnica, economica-finanziaria, amministrativa, ambientale e sociale dei processi di trasformazione nel tempo. Giovanni Filippo De Lignamine e l’edizione della "Vita et laudes Ferdinandi regis", tra storia, politica e arte tipografica
No full textThis article focuses on Giovanni Filippo De Lignamine’s "Vita et laudes Ferdinandi regis" and examines the edition of the text published in 1472 by the humanist-printer in Rome. Thanks to the philological analysis of all the copies still extant, the entire process of publication has been reconstructed. The essay illustrates De Lignamine’s sophisticated printing practices: he produced different copies of this edition and a precious “esemplare di dedica” for the Aragonese family, which includes illuminations, manuscript integrations and stop-press corrections. On the basis of this study, the article also examines De Lignamine’s general publishing practices, his idea of the cultural and political role of the printing press, and the ideological significance of his biography of Ferdinando of Aragon: an important text that reveals De Lignamine’s conception of “history” and proves to have significant connections with fifteenth-century tradition of Aragonese political historiography
Stages for the More Sustainable Farm
Full text linkCurrently, agricultural farm units are faced with a double and most times contradictory challenge, in order to be successful: on the one hand the invested capital has to be profitable and the economic performance has to be maximised. On the other hand, given the socio-environmental situation, it is necessary to preserve and to protect the environment and natural resources. Given the potential conflict of the two aims, since the satisfaction of one implies the underperformance of the other (and vice versa), the question then is: which is the solution to choose? We intend, in this work, to formulate a farm plan with the purpose of reconciling the criteria of environmental sustainability with that of economic competitiveness. For this achievement we proceed to the comparative study of sustainability of different groups of farms identified in the study area (first evaluation cycle) through MESMIS (“Marco para la Evaluación de Sistemas de Manejo de Recursos Naturales Mediante Indicadores de Sustentabilidad” - Framework for Evaluation of Natural-Resource Systems Handling through Sustainability Indicators) methodology, that allowed to select the more sustainable group of farms. Based on the found potentialities and weakness on these production systems, we stepped to the planning of a production unit of bovine meat, which obeys simultaneously to economic and environmental objectives, using Multicriteria Decision. We finished the work with the sustainability evaluation between groups of farms identified previously and the planned farms (second evaluation cycle), based, again, in the MESMIS methodology, to confirm (or not) the greatest sustainability of the last ones. These three texts are published in Resistenze femminili (Udine: Forum, 2019). In 2018 she created Il canto della caduta. Earthbound (2021) is her last devised show, which brings in the themes of ecofeminism, taking cues from the theories of Donna Haraway and Bruno Latour. In 2021 she became associate artist at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan. In 2023, she is guest of honor at the 11th Biennale internationale des arts de la marionette in Paris. Se creó una Estrategia de comunicación del conocimiento que consistió en generar recursos audiovisuales basados en TIC para promover bienestar y salud mental positiva en estudiantes universitarios en tiempos de pandemia, vinculada al proyecto INV 2371 ESTUDIO DE LAS PROPIEDADES PSICOMÉTRICAS DE LAS ESCALAS DE BIENESTAR DE DIENER EN POBLACIÓN COLOMBIANA cuya autora principal es la Dra. Marta Martín. Los tipos de recursos audiovisuales generados fueron infografías, podCaps, videos, y poster, en total fueron 10 recursos, con un resultado en general de 423 vistas, 240 like y 10 opiniones. Por los resultados de la encuesta de opinión se concluyó que las tic juegan un papel fundamental en la promoción de salud mental, puesto que la mayoría de los estudiantes encuestados les pareció bueno el material expuesto.The objective of this project was to generate audiovisual resources based on ICT to promote well-being and positive mental health in university students in times of pandemic. A Knowledge Communication Strategy was created that consisted of generating ICT-based audiovisual resources to promote well-being and positive mental health in university students in times of pandemic, linked to the INV 2371 project STUDY OF THE PSYCHOMETRIC PROPERTIES OF THE WELL-BEING SCALES OF DIENER IN COLOMBIAN POPULATION whose main author is Dr. Marta Martín. The types of audiovisual resources generated were infographics, podCaps, videos, and posters, in total there were 10 resources, with an overall result of 423 views, 240 likes and 10 opinions. especies de camarones cándeos colectados en los ríos de la región de Santa Marta.
Se hace una breve descripción de los biotopos ocupados por estas especies y una zonación
aititudinal en los ríos de acuerdo a la distribución y preferencia por los biotopos
de cada una de las especies de camarones.
Para la identificación de las especies se dan claves, descripciones y se anotan algunas observaciones ecológicas. Las descripciones se acompañan con dibujos realizados por el autor para facilitar futuras identificaciones.This paper gives some biológical and ecológical aspects corresponding to thirteen species of caridean shrimps collected in the Santa Marta región. For these species a short description of the biotops inhabitcd is given and an altitudinal zonation in the rivers is made according to distribution and preierence for the biotops correspondjng to caen species of shrimps. Keys, descriptions and iliustrations are given to identify the various species as well as somc ecológica! aspects. The descriptions are illustrated with additional

No full textThe Marta Fraenkel Collection holds the papers of the German physician Marta Fraenkel. Particularly prominent in this collection is its family correspondence.Other papers include personal, official, and educational papers, short writings of family members, family trees and postcards. Correspondence of family members, especially that which was sent to Marta Fraenkel, will be found in the first three series of this collection. Series I contains several folders of letters sent to her, including several from her aunt Else Epstein. A number of these letters are also from friends, acquaintances and former colleagues still in Germany, but they all date from the years just following World War II. These letters, especially those of her aunt, describe conditions in occupied Germany and relate their experiences and losses during the war. A number of such letters are from unidentified individuals. Series II also contains an assortment of letters sent by Marta Fraenkel's brother Ernst, including one folder of letters he sent to her. His letters also date from the late 1940s and were all sent while he worked at the U.S. mission in Seoul, Korea. They include many typed circular letters. Ernst Fraenkel's letters clearly convey the experiences of himself and his wife Hanna while in Korea. Following the death of their parents, she and her younger brother Ernst went to live with their maternal uncle Josef Epstein in Frankfurt am Main, where they completed their educations. Her brother Ernst would later become a lawyer, author and political scientist.Marta Fraenkel studied medicine in Bonn and Frankfurt, receiving her medical degree from the University of Frankfurt in 1923. Following her studies she entered public service, holding various positions in research, advisement and consulting capacities. From 1924-1927 she worked as scientific secretary at the GeSoLei (Große Ausstellung für Gesundheitspflege, soziale Fürsorge und Leibesübungen) in Düsseldorf in 1926. From 1928-1933 she was director of the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum in Dresden. While in Dresden she met the editor of the Dresdner Neueste Nachrichten, Theodor Schulz. In 1931 they married; four years later they divorced.In 1935 Marta Fraenkel left Germany for Brussels, where she worked at the National Belgian Cancer League (Ligue nationale Belge centre le Cancer) until her immigration to New York City in 1938. There she worked in various capacities, including for the Welfare Council from 1938-1944. She lived briefly in Washington, D.C. and was a medical advisor for the Social Security administration there from 1944-1947. Returning to New York, she was research director for the Survey on Cerebral Palsy from 1948-1949. From 1953 on she was a statistical consultant for the Metropolitan Sanatorium Conference in New York. She also contributed various articles for professional journals.
