    Increasing economic growth, is expected to be directed to increase public incomes and fulfill daily needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Variable service quality (X1) price (X2), and promotion (X3) on purchasing decisions In PT Asia Paramita Indah Batam (Y). In this study, the sampling process is done by using non probability sampling which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities to be selected into the sample, for this sampling of this author using saturated sampling method. Based on the above sampling technique using saturated sampling technique from the total population of 135 people, then taken as sample is 135 people. Data were collected using questionnaires measured by Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variable quality of service (X1) price (X2), and promotion (X3) simultaneously affect the purchase decision In PT Asia Paramita Indah Batam.     The impact of globalization has made coffee shop business owners continue to innovate so that their business can survive with increasingly fierce competition. Several factors such as giving attractive promotions and competing to find the most appropriate location that can attract consumers. With the spread of franchise coffee shops in Batam, non-franchise coffee shop business owners must start analyzing coffee shop business strategies with existing consumer behaviour so they don't lose out in this industry. The purpose of this experimentation is to understand if there is a connection between lifestyle, promotion and location towards coffee shop consumer behaviour in Batam Island. The experimentation is a quantitative research in which author gathers information by spreading questionnaires to franchised coffee consumer in Batam island. The sample collection technique that has been used is simple random sampling and done by using multiple regression analysis. Through the experiment and the analysis from 385 respondents, the results indicate that there is significant influence between lifestyle towards consumer behaviour, there is significant influence between promotion and consumer behaviour and there is no influence between location and consumer behaviour significantly. Different result shows with three variables involves with consumer behaviours where there is significant influence worth 32.3%. But simultaneously, lifestyle, promotion, and location influence consumer behaviour by 62.02

    AbstractThis research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method as its chosen research design to investigate factors influencing students' decisions in choosing private junior high schools in Sekupang Subdistrict, Batam. Through the distribution of questionnaires to 159 students in the specified area, data is collected on various marketing mix components and their correlation with school choice decisions. The collected data undergoes rigorous multilinear regression analysis using the SPSS tool, employing statistical methods to test formulated research hypotheses and establish relationships between marketing mix variables and school choice decisions. The interpretation of results is presented, drawing meaningful conclusions and offering implications and recommendations for further development in the context of private junior high school selection. The final stage encompasses the meticulous creation of a research report adhering to scientific standards, comprehensively detailing the research stages, findings, data analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. This study contributes to a quantitative understanding of the multifaceted factors influencing students' decisions in the specified educational context

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT Ndexindo Mandiri Perkasa dengan teknik pengambilan sampling cochran yaitu jumlah sampel 385 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuesioner yang di sebarkan melalui google form. Uji kualitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji pengaruh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), sedangkan uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan (uji t) dan (uji F) dengan menggunakan software program SPSS versi 25. Hasil Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh adalah variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh 54,9% terhadap minat beli konsumen. Dari hasil uji t dan uji f, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, serta secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen

    Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat mendorong berbagai instansi untuk melakukan perubahan dalam pemberian pelayanan. Begitu juga pada Pemerintah Kota Batam, khususnya Unit Layanan Pengadaan secara Elektronik (LPSE). LPSE memanfaatkan website sebagai media penyebaran informasi dan monitoring untuk setiap proses pengadaan barang dan jasa dengan tetap menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pengadaan barang dan jasa yakni efisiensi, efektifitas, persaingan sehat, terbuka, adil atau tidak diskriminatif dan akuntabel. Minat calon penyedia sangat bergantung pada kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji pengaruh digunakan untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh Layanan Pengadaan secara Elektronik terhadap minat para calon penyedia. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa Layanan Pengadaan secara Elektronik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat calon penyedia.  &nbsp

    Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ban Pada PT Adaban Makmur Sukses

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kualitas produk, citra merek, dan promosi memengaruhi keputusan pembelian ban di PT Adaban Makmur Sukses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian terdiri dari 318 pelanggan PT Adaban Makmur Sukses. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 177 responden, yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Berbagai uji statistik dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, termasuk uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22,4% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Citra merek berkontribusi sebesar 29,1%, sedangkan promosi menyumbang 21,1% dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Koefisien determinasi (R²) mengindikasikan bahwa secara kolektif, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 55,6% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian. Uji t dan uji F yang dilakukan mengonfirmasi bahwa kualitas produk, citra merek, dan promosi secara individual maupun bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelia

    Changes and developments in the company have a considerable impact on various fields that follow the world economy, from the industrial economy to the service economy. This research method is quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study is convenient / judgment sampling. The sample used was 105 respondents. The results of the research service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a value of 1.991> 1.65978 (t-table) and a significant value of 0.049 <0.05. For standard operational variables the procedure has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with a value of 8.976> 1.65978 (t-table) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While simultaneously service quality and standard operating procedures have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with F count 41.47> 1.39 (f-table), the significance value obtained is 0.000 <α 0, 05. Based on the results of the R Square value (R2) of 0.448 or 44.8%. This means that the variable customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality variables and operational standard procedures 44.8% while the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. &nbsp

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran motivasi dalam mendukung pengaruh Pengembangan Karyawan dan Pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ Batam. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik regresi linier berganda pada 155 karyawan level 1-6, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya motivasi yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan umpan balik kepada perusahaan untuk lebih mendayagunakan peran motivasi dalam mendukung program Pengembangan Karyawan dan Pelatihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dapat memaksimalkan potensi karyawan melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja

    Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by reduced bone mass and a change in the microarchitecture of bone tissue resulting in decreased bone strength and increased bone fragility and the risk of fractures. The difficulty of handling cases of osteoporosis due to lack of attention to handle osteoporosis, lack of income, so do not have the cost of consulting a doctor or the public do not have spare time to go to consult a doctor about osteoporosis. Therefore, the study was conducted based on the need for tools for people to diagnose osteoporosis. The tool is a web-based expert system using forward chaining method. Based on the test results, the expert system works quite well with the value of the system accuracy reached 83.3%. This expert system in its consultation can be run by answering each question with yes or no, all responses are tailored to the patient's perceived complaints. The output of this system is the name of disease, symptoms, description and solution
