    Sikap Generasi Muda Terhadap Melukat Sebagai Perilaku Coping Berbasis Budaya Bali

    elukat is a spiritual cleansing ritual in Balinese culture, believed to alleviate emotional burdens and enhance psychological calmness. Amidst the dynamic challenges faced by today’s youth including academic stress, identity pressure, and shifting cultural values, this practice continues to be carried out with various adaptations. This study aims to explore the attitudes of young Balinese individuals toward melukat as a culturally rooted coping behavior. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and non-participant observation involving three participants aged 20–21 who had engaged in melukat at least twice in the past year. Thematic analysis was conducted based on the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal three attitude tendencies: (1) positive attitudes, in which melukat is seen as spiritually and psychologically beneficial and practiced reflectively to manage emotional stress; (2) positive attitudes with caution, reflecting openness to integrating melukat with professional help such as psychologists; and (3) negative attitudes, where melukat is perceived as not always effective or relevant in a psychological context. These findings suggest that young people do not entirely reject traditional practices but instead reconstruct their meaning in ways that are more adaptive to contemporary contexts. &nbsp

    Pendidikan Inklusif Dan Pemenuhan Hak Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Di Indonesia: Tinjauan Literatur Kritis

    Education is the human right of every child, including children with special needs, which must be fulfilled without discrimination. In Indonesia, although there are various regulations that support the implementation of inclusive education, its implementation in the field still faces various challenges that have an impact on the fulfillment of the basic rights of children with disabilities. This study aims to critically analyze the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia, assess the extent to which the rights of children with disabilities have been fulfilled, and formulate policy recommendations that are more favorable. This research uses a critical literature review method with a qualitative approach, based on eight scientific articles published between 2021-2025. The results show that although Indonesia has a legal framework that supports the implementation of inclusive education, the implementation in the field still faces various obstacles, both in terms of human resource readiness, infrastructure and public understanding. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening the basic components as well as the collaboration of various parties and adjusted to the principle of non-discrimination. Further research is recommended to explore good practices in inclusive schools as a basis for developing policy and training models that are more applicable and contextualize

    From Debate to Dialogue: Cultivating Intercultural Citizenship through Critical Thinking in Indonesian EFL Classrooms

    The integration of Intercultural Communication Pedagogy (ICP) into English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction plays a vital role in fostering not only linguistic and cultural understanding, but also the development of intercultural citizenship. In the Indonesian higher education context, the incorporation of ICP in courses that emphasize Critical Thinking (CT) and English Debate (ED) remains limited. However, these components hold significant potential for preparing learners to become active, reflective, and engaged citizens in a globalized world. This study aims to explore how CT and ED are taught in an Indonesian EFL classroom through the lens of ICP, with a particular focus on how these practices contribute to the formation of intercultural citizenship. Employing a survey-based approach, data will be collected through document analysis (syllabi and lesson plans), questionnaires, and interviews. Participants will include twenty-one student teachers and one course instructor. The analysis will be guided by the Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) framework—comprising knowledge, attitude, and skills—to examine how instructional strategies support students in developing the critical awareness, empathy, and responsibility essential to intercultural citizenship. The study is expected to offer practical insights into how EFL pedagogy can move beyond language proficiency to foster a sense of global responsibility and active participation across cultures

    Urgensi Pendidikan Karakter Berbaris Kearifan Lokal dalam Membentuk Generasi Unggu di SMK Yasfika di Provinsi Lampung

    Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pembentukan generasi unggul yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual tetapi juga memiliki integritas moral. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal dalam membentuk kepribadian yang seimbang, mencegah degradasi moral, serta mempersiapkan pemimpin masa depan yang beretika. Studi di laksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Yasfika Provinsi Lampung menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 guru, 6 siswa, dan 5 orang tua, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran kejuruan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi sosial siswa secara signifikan. Temuan utama penelitian mengungkap bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan kemampuan kolaborasi setelah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mengangkat nilai-nilai lokal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal tidak hanya memperkuat identitas budaya siswa, tetapi juga menyelaraskan kompetensi teknis dengan keterampilan sosial yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter yang terintegrasi dalam keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat mampu menciptakan generasi yang berdaya saing global dengan nilai-nilai positif. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakter harus menjadi prioritas dalam sistem pendidikan untuk mewujudkan generasi unggul yang berakhlak mulia dan bertanggung jawab. Rekomendasi kebijakan mencakup pengembangan modul terpadu, peningkatan kapasitas guru, dan penyusunan sistem sertifikasi kompetensi yang mengintegrasikan aspek teknis dan karakter.     Digital transformation has occurred across various fields, as evidenced by the significant market share held by technology companies such as Apple and Microsoft. This also marks the development of educational institutions that have transformed, from the pre-digital era to School 4.0, facilitated by the presence of IoT, data-driven approaches, and the implementation of smart devices. The purpose of this study is to determine the digital transformation implemented by the Bakti Mulya 400 school through Smart School technology. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of Smart School carried out by Bakti Mulya school can integrate all aspects of the school, including learning, management of school facilities, and infrastructure, to facilitate teaching and learning activities. By combining various interconnected modules, this system not only responds to the needs of the digital era, but also creates an efficient, transparent, and adaptive educational ecosystem for the development of the times. Every aspect of school activities has been digitized through modules that are functionally designed and oriented towards centralized services

    Hubungan Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Sikap Terhadap Pekerjaan Dengan Kinerja Dosen

    Kinerja dosen merupakan faktor strategis dalam menentukan kualitas perguruan tinggi, terutama di institusi vokasi yang menuntut kompetensi akademik dan keterampilan praktis sekaligus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan motivasi berprestasi dan sikap terhadap pekerjaan dengan kinerja dosen di Politeknik Industri Petrokimia Banten, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 38 dosen tetap yang diambil dengan teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin, diuji validitas dengan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data meliputi uji korelasi Pearson, regresi linier berganda, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berprestasi berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja dosen (r = 0,409; p < 0,05), begitu pula sikap terhadap pekerjaan (r = 0,396; p < 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (F = 5,490; p = 0,008) dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,9%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan pembentukan sikap kerja positif merupakan strategi penting untuk mendorong kinerja dosen pada pendidikan vokasi

    Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Agraria Tata Ruang Badan Pertanahan Nasional (Atr Bpn) Kabupaten Landak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat

    This study aims to evaluate the quality of public services at the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Office of the National Land Agency (ATR BPN) in Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The study employs a qualitative approach using observation and in-depth interviews with employees and service users. The analysis is based on the five service quality dimensions proposed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The findings indicate that the ATR BPN Landak office provides adequate physical facilities and basic services, such as comfortable waiting rooms, parking areas, children’s play areas, lactation rooms, and digital queue systems. However, significant challenges remain, including limited staff, absence of electronic payment (EDC) systems, unstable internet infrastructure, and limited digital literacy and socialization. These issues result in frequent delays in processing new land certificate applications, difficulty accessing information, and inconsistent service reliability. The study concludes that improving human resource capacity, technological infrastructure, and information communication are critical steps to enhance public service quality at ATR BPN Landak

    Penelitian ini membahas akibat hukum wanprestasi dalam perjanjian bisnis serta upaya pencegahan wanprestasi berdasarkan ketentuan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata) dengan studi kasus gugatan wanprestasi antara H. Haris dan PT. Lontara Jaya Sakti di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. Wanprestasi merupakan pelanggaran kewajiban yang mengakibatkan kerugian hukum dan ekonomi bagi pihak yang dirugikan. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin hukum, yurisprudensi, dan literatur hukum terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan hukum dan analisis kontrak yang detail sangat penting untuk menyusun perjanjian yang sah, jelas, dan lengkap sehingga mampu mencegah terjadinya wanprestasi. Upaya pencegahan yang efektif mencakup penyusunan perjanjian dengan pendampingan ahli hukum, pembuatan jaminan dan penalti, komunikasi intensif, serta pengawasan pelaksanaan kewajiban secara berkala. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha, praktisi hukum, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan memperkuat kepastian hukum dalam dunia bisnis

    This study aims to describe teachers' strategies in implementing active learning for students in grade VIII, particularly in the subject of akidah akhlak at MTs Darul Amin Palangka Raya. The background of this study regarding the urgency of learning activities in the subject of akidah akhlak stems from students' lack of interest in learning. The learning method used are too monotonous, and students have difficulty understanding and remembering the material presented. This research employs a qualitative approach that emphasizes understanding phenomena in a natural and contextual manner. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from the sources being studied, including Akidah Akhlak teachers, the school principal, the vice principal in charge of the curriculum, and eighth-grade students. Secondary data consists of additional information such as classroom teaching documentation, student attendance records, textbooks, and other supporting materials. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, akidah akhlak teachers use cooperative learning strategies with the Think Pair Share type, which involves forming study groups, solving problems through discussion, and then explaining and sharing the information obtained with the entire class. Students' interest in learning akidah akhlak is relatively good and more active, as evidenced by student attendance in each lesson, interview results, and field observation results

    Hubungan Antara Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Penderita Kusta dengan Tingkat Kematian di Kabupaten Fakfak Tahun 2022-2024

    Background: Leprosy is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae. It primarily affects the skin, peripheral nerves, and respiratory tract, leading to neuropathy and long-term consequences, including deformities and disability. It is transmitted through saliva droplets and prolonged close contact with patients. If patients fail to take their medication regularly during leprosy treatment, the leprosy bacteria can become resistant to MDT, potentially leading to treatment failure or even failure to recover. Medication adherence refers to all patients who take their medication regularly until completion of treatment. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between medication adherence in leprosy patients and mortality rates in Fakfak Regency. Methods: An observational analytical study with a cross-sectional design was conducted on a total sample of 82 leprosy patients. Data were obtained from the Fakfak Health Office for 2022-2024. Results: The study subjects were 43 (52.4%) male and 39 (47.6%) female. Twenty-eight (82.4%) non-adherent patients died, while six (17.6%) recovered. The chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between medication adherence in leprosy patients and the mortality rate in Fakfak Regency. Conclusion: There is a relationship between medication adherence in leprosy patients and the mortality rate in Fakfak Regency
