Perancangan Sistem Informasi Inventaris Barang Berbasis Web Secara Online Pada Universitas Prima Indonesia
The importance of inventory management for business success and how technology can help improve inventory management. The design of an online web-based inventory information system at Prima Indonesia University is discussed in this article. The research aims to improve inventory management business profitability at Prima Indonesia University. One of the approaches used to collect data for this project is the waterfall system development process, which also includes interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Blackbox testing is a technique used to test the system in publication. Functional testing verifies that the system can operate according to the functional requirements established during the analysis and design stages. Testing the system's ability to meet non-functional criteria, such as security, speed, and performance, is known as non-functional testing. After testing, the author makes improvements and fixes to the system found during testing. The support and maintenance stages are carried out regularly to ensure the system runs well and meets user needs. The results showed that the web-based online inventory system developed for Prima Indonesia University using the waterfall model can help improve inventory management and business profitability. The system can reduce errors in inventory management and speed up the process of searching and retrieving inventory data. System testing shows that the system can function properly and meet the requirements at the analysis and design stages
The Singer or the Song? Developments in Performers' Rights from the Perspective of a Cultural Economist
Over the last century, performers gradually acquired statutory protection of their economic and moral
rights. These rights are not copyright in the legal sense but neighboring rights and until recently, they
were mainly remuneration rights that are collectively administered. With the WPPT (WIPO
Performers and Phonograms Treaty), performers now have individual exclusive rights for digital
performances; this leads to the question: what has motivated this change – is it a change in the
perception of the value of performer or a change brought about by the changing technology of copying or,
indeed, a change that reflects different economic costs and benefits? The paper discusses the role of
copyright law as an incentive to performers and asks if the economic role of the performer is so different
from that of the author. The conclusion is that a complex interaction of the legal regulations, economic
conditions and institutional arrangements for administering these new rights will determine the outcome
HIGH-DENSITY CONCRETE AS A RADIATION SHIELDING – SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
High-density concrete (HDC) has been extensively employed as radiation shielding owing to its high density and capacity to absorb gamma rays and neutrons. The optimal average density of HDC for protecting against various types of radiation generally ranges from 2.2 g/cm³ to 3.5 g/cm³. This density may vary depending on the type of aggregate used, such as serpentine, barite, siderite, magnesite, and others. The study analyzes the use of high density concrete as a radiation protector using systematic literature review. The research method uses the PRISMA methodology with data search using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application with the keywords "High-Density Concrete," "Materials," and "Radiation Shielding" on the Scopus database. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer visualizes relationships between key terms in research. The results show that the average optimal density on high density concrete for radiation protectors varies, depending on the type of aggregate used.The selection of aggregates has a significant impact on the performance of concrete in radiation protectors. Aggregates such as barite, hematite, magnetite, and industrial waste (such as CRT glass and EAF barrel) are effective in enhancing radiation protection performance. Overall, the compressive strength of high-density concrete is an important factor in ensuring structural stability and effectiveness as a radiation shield. This study provides an in-depth perspective on the development of high-density concrete as radiation shielding and offers directions for future research in this field.Beton densitas tinggi (High-Density Concrete, HDC) telah digunakan secara luas sebagai pelindung radiasi karena kepadatannya yang tinggi dan kemampuan menyerap sinar gamma dan neutron. Rata-rata densitas optimal HDC untuk melindungi dari berbagai jenis radiasi biasanya antara 2,2 g/cm³ hingga 3,5 g/cm³. Densitas ini dapat berubah tergantung pada jenis agregat yang digunakan, seperti serpentin, barit, siderit, magnesit, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan beton densitas tinggi sebagai pelindung radiasi menggunanakan systematic literature review. Metode penelitian menggunakan metodologi PRISMA dengan pencarian data menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP) dengan kata kunci "High-Density Concrete," "Materials," dan "Radiation Shielding" pada database Scopus. Analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer memvisualisasikan hubungan antar istilah kunci dalam penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata densitas optimal pada beton densitas tinggi untuk pelindung radiasi bervariasi, tergantung pada jenis agregat yang digunakan. Pemilihan agregat memiliki dampak signifikan pada kinerja beton dalam pelindung radiasi. Agregat seperti barit, hematit, magnetit, dan limbah industri (seperti kaca CRT dan terak EAF) efektif meningkatkan kinerja pelindung radiasi. Secara keseluruhan, kekuatan tekan beton densitas tinggi merupakan faktor penting dalam memastikan stabilitas struktural dan efektivitas sebagai perisai radiasi. Studi ini memberikan pandangan yang mendalam tentang pengembangan beton densitas tinggi sebagai pelindung radiasi dan memberikan arah bagi penelitian masa depan dalam bidang ini

SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA DOKTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEIGHT PRODUCT (WP) BERBASIS WEB
The doctor is someone who because of his knowledge tries to heal people who are sick. One effort to spur doctors' performance is by conducting a performance evaluation. At present the job evaluation system at Royal Prima Medan Hospital is still done conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. Based on this, the author designed a Decision Support System for Evaluating Doctor Performance using WEB-based Weighted Product (WP). There are five criteria in evaluating doctor's performance including assessment of patient care, interpersonal and communication skills, writing and completeness of medical records, professionalism / work behavior. The research was conducted by looking for the weight values of the criteria and then processing the ranking from the doctor's judgment.

The article discusses the principles of description, analyzing the work The intellectual foundation of information organization, by Elaine Svenonius, published in 2000. It is a bibliographic research that analyzes the principles of description identified by the author in the aspects of user convenience, common use, representation, accuracy, sufficiency, need, standardization and integration; and seeks to identify the presence of these principles in the formats of representation. The formats of representation are analyzed as a result of their use in the description of the elements of bibliographic resources, so that they are machine-readable and interchanged between bibliographic systems. As formats of representation are used for the exchange of data and information, it was felt the need to verify if they are in line with the principles of description. The formats of representation used by libraries (MARC 21) and the publishing market (ONIX) were analyzed. Brief history and evolution of the two formats are presented, as well as the objectives that guided their development. The article concludes that the formats of representation analyzed have adherence to the principles of description that were analyzed. Strategi dan Metode Perbaikan Kerusakan Beton Pada PLTU X
The use of large volumes of concrete often results in damage such as honeycombs and cracks, which can threaten the strength and durability of the structure. One method of repairing such damage is through demolition. However, demolishing concrete structures due to defects can be costly. Technology advancements have led to the development of repair methods that do not require dismantling the structure. This can be done with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the factors causing the damage, as well as Forensic Assessment using Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) and Ultrasonic Pulse Echo (UPE) to assess the condition of the concrete. The analysis showed that there were several main factors that caused the damage, including the use of inappropriate vibrators and a lack of worker skills. This research demonstrates that not all damage requires total demolition; there are various repair methods that can extend the lifespan of the structure without incurring high costs. This research provides a step for construction management in aligning repair strategies to improve the durability and safety of concrete structures in power plants.Penggunaan beton dalam volume besar sering kali mengalami kerusakan seperti honeycomb dan retakan, yang dapat mengancam kekuatan dan ketahanan struktur. Salah satu metode dalam memperbaiki kerusakan tersebut yaitu dengan cara pembongkaran. Membongkar struktur beton karena defect memerlukan biaya yang mahal. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, metode perbaikan tanpa membongkar struktur dapat digunakan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab kerusakan, serta Forensic Assessment menggunakan Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) dan Ultrasonic Pulse Echo (UPE) untuk menilai kondisi beton.
