No full textEl cambio de paradigma constitucional producto de la entrada en vigor de la Constitución Política de 1991 generó una transformación en el marco tradicional de entendimiento de la interpretación jurídica en Colombia; esto constituye un desafío a la labor jurisdiccional desde la perspectiva del Estado Social de Derecho y el derecho al Debido Proceso como un sistema multidimensional de garantías orientado hacia la justicia material y la defensa de los Derechos Humanos fundamentales. El presente trabajo aterriza los puntos de encuentro y las diversas tensiones generadas por la dinámica referenciada mediante el estudio de caso del artículo 121 del Código General del Proceso; para ello se postula que la duración razonable del proceso y la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva son partes constitutivas del Debido Proceso y ejes fundamentales de transformación que, desde la mirada del activismo judicial, deben dar cuenta de una agencia jurisdiccional que resulte coherente con los desarrollos constitucionales modernos. (Texto tomado de la fuente)The change of constitutional paradigm resulting from the entry into force of the Constitución Política de 1991 generated a transformation in the traditional framework of understanding of legal interpretation in Colombia; this constitutes a challenge to the jurisdictional work from the perspective of the Estado Social de Derecho and the right to Due Process as a multidimensional system of guarantees oriented towards material justice and the defense of fundamental Human Rights. The present work lands the meeting points and the diverse tensions generated by the dynamics referred to through the case study of article 121 of the Código General del Proceso; for this purpose it is postulated that the reasonable duration of the process and the effective jurisdictional protection are constitutive parts of the Due Process and fundamental axes of transformation that, from the viewpoint of judicial activism, must account for a jurisdictional agency that is consistent with modern constitutional developments.MaestríaMagíster en Derech

No full textThis study focuses on Mateo Alemán's literary production on the light of Pinciano's «Philopoesia» whereby it is demonstrated that the poetic dimension of the Guzmán when conjugating «comedy», «satire» and «tragedy» within the frame of epic poems tends to give a «pathetic» dimension to the author cum galley-slave which is incompatible with the hypothesis of his final liberation.Cette étude envisage la production littéraire de Mateo Alemán à la lumière de la "Philopoèsie" du Pinciano. Il s'agit de montrer, en particulier, que la poétique du Guzmán, en conjuguant dans le cadre du poème épique la « comédie », la « satire » et la «tragédie », tend à doter le galérien-écrivain d'une dimension « pathétique » incompatible avec l'hypothèse de sa libération finale.Este estudio enfoca la producción literaria de Mateo Alemán desde los presupuestos de la « Philopoesía » del Pinciano. No full textThis paper focuses on the discovery of three cans of the film Agradable Despertar (Mateo Bonnin, 1924, Argentina), a five-act production that is considered the first feature-length fiction film made in Mar del Plata, with production, direction and actors from the city. Several years ago, a first roll of this film had been found, in the same place, the Municipal Archive and History Museum Roberto T. Barili. The condition of the nitrate in the four cans is worrying. The article describes some characteristics of this film, its author, and the project to create a city protocol to protect this and other films, both from the silent and sound periods.
