Komitmen adalah suatu keterikatan terhadap tugas dan kewajiban sebagai guru yang dapat melahirkan tanggung jawab sehingga dapat dilakukan dengan penuh keikhlasan. Kemudian disiplin guru adalah kepatuhan terhadap peraturan atau tunduk pada pengawasan dan pengendalian yang bertujuan mengembangkan diri agar dapat berperilaku tertib. Selanjutnya penilaian kinerja guru merupakan penilaian prestasi kerja yang difokuskan kepada kinerja individu mengidentifikasi kemampuan guru dalam mendayagunnakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan tugas.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Menggambarkan besarnya korelasi antara komitmen dengan penilaian kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam sekolah menengah atas (SMA) kota Palangka Raya. 2) Menggambarkan besarnya korelasi antara disiplin guru dengan penilaian kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam sekolah menengah atas (SMA) kota Palangka Raya. 3) Menggambarkan besarnya korelasi antara komitmen dan disiplin guru dengan penilaian kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam Sekolah Menengah Atas kota Palangka Raya.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pendidikan agama Islam sekolah menengah atas (SMA) kota Palangka Raya, sedangkan untuk penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel total yang langsung diambil dari jumlah keseluruhan populasi yaitu 33 orang guru pendidikan agama Islam sekolah menengah atas (SMA) kota Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Korelasi antara komitmen dengan penilaian kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam memiliki hasil sebesar 0,793 berada pada katagori kuat. 2) Korelasi antara disiplin guru dengan penilaian kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam memiliki hasil sebesar 0,804 berada pada katagori sangat kuat. 3) Terdapat korelasi yang positif hubungan antara komitmen dan disiplin guru dengan penilaian kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam Sekolah Menengah Atas kota Palangka Raya, hal ini terbukti dengan diperolehnya nilai R = 0,900 berada pada katagori sangat kuat

Full text linkAs lighthouses have become less essential to navigation, many of their historic structures have faced demolition or neglect. So, this final project will enlighten with more detail regarding the maintenance works for lighthouse. This research of the study will involves marine department of Malaysia as a government organization that responsible to manage lighthouses. The aim of this final project is to investigate the implementation of marine department to maintain the lighthouse and suggest the best design maintenance for lighthouse. To support this research, four lighthouses have been taken as case studies. The data gathered from observation, condition survey and interview conducted at the site. It is hoped that the overall findings of the study will be beneficial for further research that can be developed in this particular area. Besides that, the analysis is made to achieve the objective of this study. Conclusion and recommendation also made in the last chapter to achieve the objective of the study. This study took a sample of – in the Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta were used as respondents in the study. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods as used to test determines the celebrity endorser influence on consumer buying. The variable x in this study are attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise and y variables that buying interest Quantitative testing performed by multiple linear regression quantitative test that determines how closely the relationship between the variable x and y variables.

Musykilatu at-Taraduf fi Tarjamati Riwayah Al-Hubb Daiman li Amil Muhamad Syata
Full text linkThis research discusses the translation problems of synonymous words in the Arabic novel Al-Hubb Daiman. This novel written by Amil Muhamad Syata, consists of ten episodes and published in 2009 by خوارزم العلمية للنشر والتوزيع Jeddah. In addition to the story, this novel also mentions several events and situations in the city of Mecca and the surrounding area, its food, culture and so on. So, this novel is interesting to be translated into Indonesian. After the researcher translated the entire text of the novel into Indonesian. One of the problems that faced by the author in translating the novel Al-Hubb Daiman the translation of several words that are synonymous. Literally the word synonym is another name for the same thing. Synonym is a phrase which is more or less the same meaning as another expression. The research results that there are three ways to translate synonymous words: 1). Two words that are synonymous translated with one word. The words that are synonymous in this initial step the author found as many as 33 words, 2.) Reduce the words that are synonymous. In this second step synonyms are found as many as 7, and 3). Two words that are synonymous with both. In this step the writer found 8 words. The total number of words synonymous in the Al-Hubb Daiman novel that the author found was 48 words

A survey on the awareness of ergonomics importance among the FSKM students / Nuraini Muhamad Sakri
Full text linkThis research has 2 objectives. First objective is to explore the concept of ergonomics and second objective is to investigate the awareness of ergonomics among the FSKM students. Data collected includes general respondents information such as age, gender, taken HCI course, Program of studies, knowledge about ergonomics and average hours use computer . Only 60 respondents were involved to conduct this research. Methods that are used in this research is survey and 60 questionnaire was distributed among UiTM Shah Alam students focusing on students from Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Science (FSKM). In this paper, the author used both primary and secondary data in information gathering. The sample design used is probability sampling in which researcher used convenience sampling to collect data. This research shows that the students who have taken HCI courses are more aware on physical ergonomics which is 0.64 correlations. The ergonomics awareness and HCI knowledge are statically significant

No full textKesenian Bangklung merupakan sebuah kesenian yang berada di kabupaten Garut tepatnya di Kampung Babakan Garut Desa Cisero Kecamatan Cisurupan Kabupaten Garut. Kesenian Bangklung adalah perpaduan antara Terbang dan Angklung yang terbentuk pada tahun 29 oktober 1986. Kesenian ini bertujuan untuk menyebarkan agama Islam dengan lantunan shalawat Nabi dan salah satu media untuk bersyukur. Seiringnya waktu kesenian Bangklung mulai berkembang menjadi kesenian untuk menghibur dimana setiap hari-hari besar seperti 17 Agustus, hari jadinya Kota Garut dan hiburan lainnya. Tetapi masih banyak yang belum mengetahui kesenian Bangklung bahwa kesenian ini memberikan banyak mengajarkan seperti gotong royong, rasa bersyukur dan tradisi. Minimnya informasi sehingga masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui kesenian Bangklung. Maka dari itu mengambil kesenian Bangklung untuk merancang media informasi melalui buku agar dapat menyampaikan kepada khalayak bahwa kesenian Bangklung memiliki nilai-nilai penting didalamnya
