Buku ini disusun dengan tujuan agar dapat menjadi salah satu sumber bahan ajar pada program studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Begituu banyak guru matematika khususnya yang mengajar di MI yang mengalami masalah dalam mengajarkan matematika dasar khususnya dalam hal penanaman konsep matematika itu sendiri. Dasar-Dasar Genetika
Buku ini merupakan edisi pertama, dimana penulis berusaha untuk menyajikan kepada para mahasiswa suatu buku teks yang akurat, dan mudah dimengerti. Buku ini ditujukan bagi mahasiswa S1 yang mempelajari Genetika Dasar. Buku ini diharapkan dapat membimbing mahasiswa dengan rangkaian pertanyaan yang mengarah pada penemuan konsep genetika. Buku ini terdiri dari 12 Bab, didalamnya tersedia sejumlah pertanyaan (soal) dalam bentuk assay sebagai bentuk pengayaan dari penjelasan setiap bab. Dimulai dari bab 1 yang meliputi Genetika Mendel: meliputi beberapa penelitian Mendel (Bapak Genetika), beberapa jenis persilangan dan rumus untuk meramal mengenai keturunan. Bab II merupakan lanjutan dari bab sebelumnya yaitu Penyimpangan semu hukum Mendel. Selanjutnya di bab III membahas mengenai Alel Ganda: menjelaskan bagaimana konsep alel ganda hingga penerapannya pada penentuan golongan darah manusia. Bab IV membahas tentang Gen Ganda: yang mana menjelaskan bahwa timbulnya berbagai variasi di dalam suatu kelas baik tumbuhan, hewan, dan manusia., fenotip itu disebabkan karena pengaruh gen-gen ganda (poligen atau multipel gen). Bab V membahas Prinsip-prinsip Kemungkinan; menjelaskan tentang teori kemungkinan dalam genetika, kemudian evaluasi ini dilanjutkan di bab VI: Uji chi square (X2) yaitu menjelaskan tentang pengujian adanya penyimpangan antara hasil yang didapat dengan hasil yang diharapkan secara teoritis. Bab VII mengenai Gen Terpaut (Pautan Gen); atau biasa dikenal dengan sebutan rangkai kelamin (Sex linkage) yaitu membahas tentang gen-gen yang terdapat dalam kromosom kelamin X dan kromosom Y. Selanjutnya di bab VIII Penentuan Jenis Kelamin; menjelaskan tentang struktur kromosom kelamin sampai penentuan berbagai tipe penentuan jenis kelamin. Bab IX yaitu Gen Berangkai dan Pindah Silang; membahas tentang rangkaian variasi makhluk hidup itu membuktikan bahwa gen-gen bersama alel-alelnya yang terletak pada sepasang kromosom homolog itu berangkai dan suatu peristiwa yang disebut pindah silang. Bab X merupakan lanjutan dari bab sebelumnya yaitu Peta Kromosom; gambar skema sebuah kromosom yang digambarkan sebagai garis lurus dimana diperlihatkan lokus setiap gen yang terletak pada kromosom itu. Bab XI tentang Mutasi; salah satu cabang ilmu genetika menjelaskan struktur genetika dan peristiwa yang terkait didalamnya dalam proses biokimia. Akhirnya pada bab terakhir XII mengenai Genetika Populasi; merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu Genetika menguraikan secara matematis kemungkinan penyebaran gen dalam suatu populasi dengan menghitung frekuensi gen serta menjelaskan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi frekuensi gen tersebut. Pada bagian akhir setiap bab disajikan latihan soal agar mahasiswa dapat memantapkan konsep yang telah ditemukannya
Perspektif Sosio-Historis tentang Menata ke Depan Keunggulan Pendidikan Islam
This article discusses four things: 1) the challenges of Islamic education, 2) the problems of education in Indonesia, 3) the socio-historical Islamic education in Indonesia, and 4) managing the superiority of Islamic education in the future. This research is descriptive qualitative with conceptual analysis method. Data collected through library documentation are then processed and analyzed using content analysis method. The results of the study show that the main challenges of Islamic education are the dichotomy of science and the dualism of education that influence the orientation and epistemology of Islamic education. The main problem of education in Indonesia is the purpose of education is not optimally supported by other educational factors, while the morale of the nation's children has degraded with increasingly complex delinquency. Socio-historically, the socio-religious interaction of the community can form a distinctive educational tradition by combining Islamic (religious) and national (cultural) values without ignoring the development of the times. The future of Islamic education is largely determined by the awareness, sincerity, and power of the jihad of its educators, as well as the sincerity of the government in applying Islamic teachings in various jobs and all aspects of life
GENEALOGI ILMU TARBIYAH DAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: Studi Kritis terhadap Masa Pertumbuhan
The discussion of Genealogy of the science of Tarbiyah and Islamic Education dealing with its growth and development can be traced from Prophet Mohammed’s period. Genealogy of the science of Tarbiyah as a scientific foundation of Islamic Education was rooted in the first Revelation recieved by Prophet Muhammad showing the importance of education. The word Iqra’اقرا) ) shows the activity of reading; the word al-Qalam (القلم) suggests the importance of educational means and technologies for writing activities, and the word maalam ya'lam (مالم يعلم ) indicates the object in education (students) and the need for an educator. Then, the history of Islamic education showed that Prophet Muhammad pays high attention to education. He always held a study (ta'lim) to his friends in order to make them understand the Islamic teachings universally. He designed a complex study, Dar al-Arqam (educational institutions). The Badr war prisoners who can read and write can be released if they can teach to read and write to at least 10 Muslim children (the eradication of illiteracy). Furthermore, At its development, Islamic education is seen during Khulafah Al-Rasyidin with maintaining the characteristic as Prophet Muhammad periode even though every change of leadership was marked by several significant developments. To uncover the history of Islamic education development during the Khulafah Al-Rashidun, it should be approached gradually in accordance with the leadership of the caliphate period (Abubakar-As-Siddiq, Umar Bin Khattab, Uthman Bin Affan, and Ali Bin Abi Talib)

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
