Analisa Performa Interkoneksi VPN Menggunakan Metode L2TPv3
Information security and privacy is a major concern. One popular way to keep data safe while accessing the internet is by using a Virtual Private Network (VPN). VPNs allow users to create a secure encrypted channel through a public network, thus securing their data from potential threats. In this research, the author analyzes a computer network between two locations (sites) with each location having a router connected to the internet and having a client under it. By using the Mikrotik router board device and the development method of L2TP, namely L2TPv3, the authors implemented on each router and conducted tests between clients. From the test results, it was found that data transmission was successfully carried out (connected). Based on several trials, the test results also show an average of 0.004751 ms using ICMP packets from source IP 192.168.30.10 to destination IP 192.200.10.50. L2TPv3 is a good protocol for securely connecting networks using public networks

A fast and robust kinematic model for a 12 DoF hyper-redundant robot positioning: an optimization proposal
This paper describes an optimization procedure for a robot with 12 degrees of freedom avoiding the inverse kinematics
problem, which is a hard task for this type of robot manipulator. This robot can be used to pick and place tasks in complex
designs. Combining an accurate and fast direct kinematics model with optimization strategies, it is possible to achieve the
joints angles for a desired end-effector position and orientation. The optimization methods stretched simulated annealing
algorithm and genetic algorithm were used. The solutions found were validated using data originated by a real and by a
simulated robot formed by 12 servomotors with a gripper.This work is financed by the ERDF - European Regional Development Fund through the Operational Programme for

Improvement of Fire Resistance and Mechanical Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) Composite Prepared from Combination of Active Nano Filler of Modified Pumice and Commercial Active Fillers
Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) composites have great potential to replace metal components in vehicles by maintaining their mechanical properties and improving fire resistance. Ease of form, anti-corrosion, lightweight, fast production cycle, durability and high strength-to-weight ratio are the advantages of GFRP compared to conventional materials. The transition to the use of plastic materials can be performed by increasing their mechanical, thermal and fire resistance properties. This research aims to improve the fire resistance of GFRP composite and maintain its strength by a combination of pumice-based active nano filler and commercial active filler. The nano active filler of pumice particle (nAFPP) was obtained by the sol–gel method. Aluminum trihydroxide (ATH), sodium silicate (SS) and boric acid (BA) were commercial active fillers that were used in this study. The GFRP composite was prepared by a combination of woven roving (WR) and chopped strand mat (CSM) glass fibers with an unsaturated polyester matrix. The composite specimens were produced using a press mold method for controlling the thickness of specimens. Composites were tested with a burning test apparatus, flexural bending machine and Izod impact tester. Composites were also analyzed by SEM, TGA, DSC, FT-IR spectroscopy and macro photographs. The addition of nAFPP and reducing the amount of ATH increased ignition time significantly and decreased the burning rate of specimens. The higher content of nAFPP significantly increased the flexural and impact strength. TGA analysis shows that higher ATH content had a good contribution to reducing specimen weight loss. It is also strengthened by the lower exothermic of the specimen with higher ATH content. The use of SS and BA inhibited combustion by forming charcoal or protective film; however, excessive use of them produced porosity and lowered mechanical properties

Rethinking international relations: an interview with Benno Teschke
In this interview, George Souvlis and Aurélie Andry talk with Benno Teschke, author of The Myth of 1648: Class, Geopolitics and the Making of Modern International Relations, about the relationship between Marxism and international relations theory. As Teschke notes, Karl Marx never completed a book on international relations, and the lack of a coherent Marxist theory of international relations has allowed dangerous assumptions – such as instrumentalist ideas about the state, a stagist conception of history, or a universalizing capitalist world market – to take root within Marxism. Here, Teschke discusses his intellectual trajectory, the main arguments of his work, and ways of understanding capitalist internationalist relations, while also making some observations about Political Marxism, the appropriation of Carl Schmitt, and the future of the European Union

=================================================================================================================================
The increasingly rapid development of the food industry demands the development of increasingly appropriate technology to support the production process. One of the existing problems is the slow distribution process of balcu ingredients because human labor is still used. To overcome this problem the author feels it is necessary to design a transportation tool so that the distribution process of the salt raw material becomes more efficient. The first step in planning this tool is to carry out a survey of the salt pond, then design a design for the salt transport tool according to your needs. The next step is to plan and calculate the transmission system for the tool being designed, as well as how much engine power is needed. The final step in the planning process is to evaluate the results of the calculations carried out. From the results of the planning and calculations, it was concluded that the planning and calculations of the machine elements carried out had met the requirements criteria and it was felt that the planning carried out had been successful and complet
