    This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength to top service skills in extracurricular volleyball SMP PGRI Cikembar Sukabumi district in the background by the importance of the role of muscle strength of the arms and abdominal muscle strength in the game bolavoli. This research usesmethod survey with test and measurement technique. The population in this study is a member of extracurricular volleyball SMP PGRI Cikembar Sukabumi District, amounting to 30 people. The sample of this research is all members of extracurricular volleyball SMP PGRI Cikembar Sukabumi District amounting to 30 people, with sampling technique using total sampling. Instruments used in this study include: (1). The arm muscle strength test (2). Abdominal muscle strength test (3). Test top service skill. The technique of data analysis using multiple correlation statistical data collection techniques is to find the relation and contribution of two independent variables (X) or more simultaneously (together) with the dependent variable (Y) using multiple correlation formula, tested significant with Farithmetic. result of research indicate that (1). There is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength (X1) and upper service skill (Y). (2). There is a significant relationship between abdominal muscle strength (X2) and upper service skill (Y). (3). There is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength (X1) and abdominal muscle strength (X2) on top service skill (Y). Based on the results of calculations using multiple correlation techniques obtained Fcount (6.2)> Ftable (2.57) with a significant level of 0.05 then H0 rejected, meaning there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength to top in the volleyball game at SMP PGRI Cikembar Sukabumi District. Based on the result of correlation X1, X2 is Y obtained Farithmetic (6,2)> Ftable (2,57) with significant level 0,05. By getting the result of calculation Rx1x2y equal to 0,558 with category pertained enough strong and construction simultaneously R2 x 100% = 0,5582 x 100% = 31% and rest 69%. This means that mastery of arm muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength contributes to top service skill in game volleyball 31% and the rest 69% by other variable

    DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGIC PLANNING MODEL BASED ON DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

    This research aims to develop a strategic planning model based on digital technology to improve the quality of education. The research was conducted against the background of the need for educational transformation through digital technology innovation in order to improve the quality of learning and school management. The research method uses a research and development approach with stages of needs analysis, model design, expert validation, testing and implementation. Data collection instruments include interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the strategic planning model based on digital technology that was developed has proven to be effective in improving the quality of education, which is characterized by improving teacher performance, learning quality and school administrative management. This model includes digital technology integration strategies, developing digital competency for educators, and technology-based management systems. The use of digital technology in the educational planning process brings a fundamental transformation to the learning system. Through technology integration, processes become more efficient, organized and based on accurate data. Digital technology enables faster, more transparent and more targeted decision making, and encourages constructive collaboration between teachers, students and parents. This approach does not just improve administrative quality, but also creates a dynamic, responsive and innovation-based educational ecosystem. The research recommendation is the need for continued support from stakeholders in implementing digital technology-based strategic planning models in schools

Sampel penelitian ini adalah adalah guru di SDN Gugus III  Kabupaten Pidie dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. hasil analisis membuktikanbahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus III Keude Batee Kabupaten Pidie, variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus III Keude Batee Kabupaten Pidie dan variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus III Keude Batee Kabupaten Pidie

    Integrated Socio-Entrepreneurship in Cultural Space: Analysis and Validation Semester Learning Plan

    This study aims to analyze and validate the semester learning plan for entrepreneurship courses with spatial-cultural integration based on PJBL. This research was conducted at the PGSD study program at UBBG, Banda Aceh. The research method is research and development. The instrument used is the RPS of lecturers. Some experts validate the RPS, material experts, linguists, and media experts before it is used in instruction. The observation stage follows the rules:  define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the results of the study showed that the validity level of the PJBL-based Spatial Integrated Entrepreneurship course was valid; (1) Instructions in the Semester Learning Plan affect it easier for lecturers to convey the purpose of various activities to students, (2) The learning method used is by the material presented, and (3) The Semester Learning Plan can be one of the data for the evaluation of the learning process. This means the PJBL-based spatial-cultural integrated Semester Learning Plan for entrepreneurship courses can already be applied. This study recommends that the designed semester learning plan must be adapted to the learning method used

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Uncertainty of the type of risk and the cause of the dominant risks that occur in the activity of industrial Intip supply chain to make a number of parties industrial Intip owners tend to be carefully in managing each risk occurring. Embodiment industrial Intip supply chain effective and proactive can be realized by creating a supply chain risk management approach formulated by the House of Risk method. House of Risk method is a method that focuses quantify risk impact and probability level of the underlying risk. House of Risk method is considered more effective considering the causes of risk can bring more than one type of risk. Systematically, this method consists of two phases: risk identification and cause of risk (House of Risk Phase 1) and the risk management phase (Phase House of Risk 2). In the House of Risk phase 1 determining the cause of the dominant risk is done by calculating the value of ARP, while in the House of Risk phase 2 is the determination of the dominant risk management strategies by considering the ease of implementation of the strategy and the degree of correlation between strategy and underlying risk. Results phases House of Risk 1 indicates that the industrial Intip supply chain there are 46 types of risks stemming from the 34 types of causes risks. Through the calculation of the value of ARP and Pareto diagram identified eight dominant underlying risk. Through focus group discussion 8 types of causes dominant risk can be managed by 12 the formulation of strategies

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya belajar berbasis kepemimpinan dan dampaknya terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran di SD Negeri 3 Bakongan Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan analisis, pengkodifikasi/ reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), penarikan dan pengujian kesimpulan (drawing and verifying conclusing). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya belajar berbasis kepemimpinan di SD Negeri 3 Bakongan dijalankan dalam tiga tahapan, mulai tahap perencanaan dan persiapan dilanjutkan tahap penggunaan fasilitas belajar serta melaksanakan budaya belajar berbasis kepemimpinan yang melibat semua elemen sekolah terutama kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran, wali kelas dan tentunya siswa sebagai objek pembelajaran. Mutu layanan pembelajaran di SD Negeri 3 Bakongan Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dapat dilihat dari input pihak sekolah menjalankan metode antar jemput bola dimana pengurus sekolah melakukan promosi bagi masyarakat untuk bersekolah di SD Negeri 3 Bakongan. Sedangkan dari aspek output pihak sekolah SD Negeri 3 Bakongan mengupayakan lahirnya alumni yang berkualitas yang mampu melanjutkan pendidikan ke lembaga pendidikan yang lebih bermutu dan berkualitas

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
