Abstract
Penelitian ini bertolak dari nilai merupakan akhlak yang termasuk dalam ciri khas islam sehingga seorang muslim harus memiliki akhlak yang baik untuk menjadi habitnya. Dalam islam akhlak adalah hal utama dalam perilaku termasuk dalam hal humor. Humor adalah suatu hal yang dapat mengundang senyum dan tawa seseorang. Humor menjadi warna dalam mengembalikan suasana hati. Didalam islam humor diatur salah satunya tidak boleh berdusta dalam bercanda. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam disetiap perilaku, berarti melahirkan nilai-nilai Islami yang memberi ruang lingkup keagamaan. Nilai disini yang dimaksud adalah nilai yang diajarkan di dasarkan pada ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam Buku “Gitu Aja Kok Repot” Karangan Abdur Rahman.
Penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (Library Research), sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Buku Gitu Aja Kok Repot karangan Abdur Rahman, sumber data sekunder adalah berupa buku atau jurnal mengenai Gus Dur dan Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam. Analisis yang peneliti gunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah analisis isi (content analysis), yaitu mengumpulkan data mengenai humor yang didalamnya ada nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam. Kemudian peneliti menganalisis isi teks humor yang telah dipilih dan diklarifikasikan dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam serta dihubungkan dengan teori-teori yang relevan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari penelitian tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam Buku “Gitu Aja Kok Repot” Karangan Abdur Rahman, terdapat dua hal yang terkandung dalam Buku “Gitu Aja Kok Repot”, yaitu, nilai- nilai pendidikan Islam dan penanaman nilai-nilai Islam. Pertama, nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam terdiri dari nilai ibadah dan akhlak. Kedua, metode penanaman nilai-nilai Islam terdiri dari metode keteladanan dan metode nasihat.
ABSTRACT
This research based on the values that are included in the characteristics of Islam so that a Muslim must have good morals to become their habit. In Islam, morality is the main thing in behavior, including in terms of humor. Humor is something that can invite someone to smile and laugh. Humor makes people happy. In Islam, humor is regulated, one of which is not to lie The values of Islamic education in every behavior, means making Islamic values that give a religious scope. Its mean the value taught based on Islamic teachings. This study aims to describe the values of Islamic education in the book "Gitu Aja Kok Repot" by Abdur Rahman.
This research was qualitative research used the library research method, the primary data source in this study was book of Abdur Rahman , secondary data sources were in the form of books or journals about Gus Dur and the Values of Islamic Education. . The analysis that researchers used in data collection. It was content analysis, which is collecting data about humor in which there were values of Islamic education. Then the researcher analyzed the contents of the humorous text that had been selected and clarified in the values of Islamic education and was linked with relevant theories.
The results of this study indicate that from research on the values of Islamic education contained in the book “Gitu Aja Kok Repot” by Abdur Rahman, there are two things contained in the book “Gitu Aja Kok Repot”, that is, the values of Islamic education and the cultivation of Islamic values. First, the values of Islamic education consist of the values of worship and morals. Second, the method of inculcating Islamic values consists of the exemplary method and the advice method

The roles of structural variability and amphiphilicity of TMC278/rilpivirine in mechanisms of HIV drug resistance avoidance and enhanced oral bioavailability
Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) are small hydrophobic drug molecules that bind to a hydrophobic pocket of the HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT). A number of molecules from diarylpyrimidine (DAPY) class of NNRTIs have exceptional inhibitory properties against a broad range of known drug-resistant viral strains of HIV-1 and good oral bioavailability in humans. Biophysical, structural, and computational methods were applied to study DAPY NNRTIs with differing RT inhibitory and bioavailability properties with a goal to define the mechanisms by which the dual success of the selected DAPY NNRTIs is achieved.
Exceptional bioavailability properties of selected DAPY NNRTIs were hypothesized to stem from their ability to form self-formulated spherical drug aggregates, ~60 nm in diameter, that are trafficked from the gastrointestinal tract into systemic circulation through a lymphatic uptake pathway. Using dynamic light scattering (DLS) and electron microscopy (EM), formation of drug aggregates was demonstrated. Drug aggregation was determined to be surfactant independent. Based on this observation, it was hypothesized that the drug molecules were able to achieve surface-active properties. Using X-ray crystallography and all atom MD simulations of the drug aggregate/water interface it was determined that amphiphilic properties of the selected DAPY NNRTI molecules depend on the availability of the protonation site at the pyrimidine ring and structural variability of the drug molecules at the linker moieties.
Ability of the late phase DAPY NNRTI drug molecules to inhibit the broad range of drug-resistant HIV-1 mutants has been previously linked to the ability of the molecules to sample multiple binding modes within the binding pocket of HIV-1 RT (Das et al., 2004). Using computational methods, conformational sampling by TMC278 (a DAPY NNRTI in multiple Phase III trials) in the pocket of the wild-type and the mutant NNRTI-binding pocket (NNIBP) was evaluated. Results of this work support the concept that structural variability is important in overcoming drug resistance mechanisms.
We propose that the implementation of drug aggregation testing and the evaluation of torsional flexibility of highly hydrophobic compounds in the context of the lead identification strategies will allow for better selection of potent and orally bioavailable hydrophobic drug candidates.Ph.D.Includes bibliographical references (139-146)by Yulia Frenke
PENGUATAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI DAN PEMBELAJARAN GURU TKIT DAN SDIT AR-RAHMAN I SIMPANG PEUT KABUPATEN NAGAN RAYA
Hakikat Komunikasi adalah suatu proses sosial antar manusia, terjadi interaksi individu dengan lingkungannya akhirnya menyebabkan perubahan perilaku tidak paham menjadi paham. Guru waktu bersamaan melakukan komunikasi dengan anak didik, penukaran informasi. Komunikasi terjadi jika penyampai informasi, mengerti bentuk dan pola komunikasi yang baik. Komunikasi keterampilan mengajar guna memenuhi capaian dari pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian pada SDIT dan Taman Kanak Islam Terpadu (TKIT) Ar-Rahman I Nagan Raya terletak di Lorong Cot Ganti Desa Simpang Peut Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya berdiri sejak tahun 2011. Jumlah lulusan TKIT 210 anak. Sekarang ini sebanyak 92, terdiri dari 54 murid laki-laki dan 38 anak murid perempuan. Dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di jalankan oleh sejumlah Guru sebanyak delapan orang dan satu orang kepala sekolah. Kesembilannya terdiri dari Eliza, S.Hum. selaku kepala sekolah, beserta dewan guru yang terdiri dari Sandi Herawati, A.MK, Rahmawati, A.Ma, Nursawida, S.Pd. I, Siti Aisyah, S. KM, Nurmayani, Era Diana,S. KM, Yulia Citra dan Anita serta Eka Yuni Kartika. Kelas A anak didik berjumlah 40 orang dan kelas B berjumlah 41 orang anak didik, komunikasi pendidikan dalam mentransfer ilmu kepada anaka didik melalui komunikasi efektif di TKIT dan SDIT Ar-Rahman I Nagan Raya
IDENTIFIKASI KESULITAN BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI TINGKAT KEANEKARAGAMAN HAYATI KELAS X DI MA PP AR-RAHMAN PALEMBANG
Identifikasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada materi tingkat keanekaragaman hayati telah dilaksanakan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan belajar siswa dalam memahami materi Tingkat Keanekargaman Hayati dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.A MA PP Ar-Rahman yang terdiri dari 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tes pilihan ganda, kuesioner/ angket, dan observasi. Instrumen tes pilihan ganda bertujuan untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa, pemberian angket bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa, dan kegiatan observasi untuk melihat jalannya pembelajaran dikelas yang disesuaikan dengan langkahlangkah pembelajaran yang ada di RPP guru tersebut. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan (observasi awal dan menyusun teknik pengumpulan data), tahap pelaksanaan (pengambilan data dan pelaksanaan penelitian), dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase kesulitan belajar siswa pada materi tingkat keanekaragaman hayati sebanyak 75% siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar dengan kategori kesulitan sedang dan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 43. Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa pada materi tingkat keanekaragaman hayati terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor internal yang meliputi diri sendiri sebanyak 49% menjawab Setuju (S), faktor eksternal yang meliputi aspek keluarga 47,5% menjawab Setuju (S), aspek sekolah 45% menjawab Setuju (S), dan aspek masyarakat 30% menjawab Tidak Setuju (S)

ABSTRAK
Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan program Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2011 yang salah satu sasarannya adalah institusi pendidikan. Penerapan PHBS di sekolah bertujuan untuk mewujudkan salah satu tujuan pendidikan dasar yaitu menjadikan siswa menjadi manusia yang sehat. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan penulis melalui wawancara kepada Kepala Sekolah dan Guru SDN Andir 01 menemukan masih adanya siswa yang belum mengetahui pentingnya PHBS, seperti jajan sembarangan, tidak sarapan dan kurangnya sarana prasarana pendukung PHBS yang mengakibatkan penerapan PHBS di sekolah menjadi kurang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengetahuan PHBS pada siswa SDN Andir 01. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SDN Andir 01 dengan sampel siswa kelas 4 dan kelas 5 berjumlah 80 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (10%) responden memiliki pengetahuan PHBS pada kriteria sangat baik, (26.25%) responden pada kriteria baik, (32.50%) responden pada kriteria cukup dan (31.25%) responden pada kriteria kurang. Pengetahuan responden tentang 6 (enam) indikator PHBS berada pada kriteria cukup, yaitu mencuci tangan menggunakan air bersih yang mengalir dan menggunakan sabun sebesar (52.8%), mengonsumsi jajanan sehat di kantin sekolah sebesar (57.75%), olahraga yang teratur dan terukur sebesar (55%), menimbang berat badan dan mengukur tinggi badan setiap bulan sebesar (65%), menggunakan jamban yang bersih dan sehat sebesar (62.5%), serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya sebesar (58.5%).

ABSTRACT
Clean and Healthy Life Behavior is a program of the Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia in 2011, one of the target is educational institutions. The application of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in schools aims to realize one of the basic education goals, it is to make students become healthy human beings. The preliminary study conducted by the author through interviews with the Principal and Teachers of SDN Andir 01 found that there were still students who did not know yet the importance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior, such as careless snacks, no breakfast and lack of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior supporting facilities at school which resulted in less effective implementation of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in school. The purpose of this study is to find out information about the knowledge of Clean and Healthy Behavior in students of SDN Andir 01. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SDN Andir 01 with grade 4 and grade 5 students as sample, totaling 80 people. The results showed that as many as (10%) respondents had PHBS knowledge on very good criteria, (26.25%) respondents on good criteria, (32.50%) respondents on sufficient criteria and (31.25%) respondents on less criteria. The respondent's knowledge about 6 (six) Clean and Healthy Life Behavior indicators is in sufficient criteria, respondents' knowledge about hand washing with soap using clean water running by (52.8%), consuming healthy snacks in the school canteen by (57.75%), regular and measured sports by (55%), weigh weight and measure height every month by (65%), using clean and healthy latrines by (62.5%) and disposing of garbage in its place by (58.5%).

Scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy of topological materials and heterostructures in thin films and devices
This dissertation reports the results of scanning tunneling microscopy experiments probing the physics of thin films of topological materials. A 3D topological insulator Bi2Te3 and a 2D topological insulator WTe2, grown epitaxially, are studied with atomic resolution, and their physics is probed using in-situ back gating. The development of the back-gating process in a scanning tunneling microscope is one of the main results of this work and is reported in detail. The band structure of the monolayer WTe2 is observed to be drastically changing upon the application of electric field through the back gate. The complex effect of the gate-induced electric field on monolayer WTe2 is explored and discussed. A study of the spatial extent of 1D edge states of WTe2 is presented. A new process combining nanopatterned superconductors and topological materials is proposed and implemented.
