Penentuan Nilai Koefisien Tanaman dari Beberapa Spesies Tanaman Hortikultura pada Tanah Inceptisol dengan Pembenahan Kompos
NURUL TRI RAHMADHANI: Determination of the value of plant coefficients of
several species of horticultural plant on inceptisol soil by composting, supervised
by SUMONO and DELIMA LAILAN SARI NASUTION.
The magnitude of evapotranspiration value of plant can be determined
based on the potential evaporation value and the plant coefficient for each species
from its growth period. This research was aimed to determine the plant coefficient
values of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.), Caisim (Brassica juncea L.), and Lettuce
(Lactuca sativa L.) on Inceptisol soil with the addition of compost.
The results showed that the soil texture of each planting medium was
sandy loam, with the ranges of organic materials content of 6,25-5,89%, the
ranges of porosity were 53,87-52,95%, moisture capacity for each plants (Pakcoy,
Caisim, and Lettuce) were 46,46%, 44,31%, and 47,87%, dry weight of each
plants (Pakcoy, Caisim, and Lettuce) were 75 gr, 85 gr, and 35 gr, and then the
value of the plant coefficient for Pakcoy, Caisim and Lettuce in the middle period
of growth (16-30 days) were 0,44; 0,60 and 0,50. As well as the value of the plant
coefficient of Pakcoy, Caisim and Lettuce in the final phase of growth

The anxiety experienced by students who are compiling their thesis makes students feel depressed due to several factors such as choosing an inappropriate title, the difficulty of finding book references, the limitations of meeting with supervisors due to the PPKM policy by the government. This situation can make students lazy and hinder the process of making the thesis of Psychology Study Program Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of Sari Mutiara Indonesia. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. finalists who are compiling the Thesis. In this study, the author distributes questionnaires through Google formular with a sample of 50 people. shows the relationship between Social Support Variables on Anxiety in Writing Thesis. The value of R square (R2) is 0.002 which means 0.2% variance of anxiety in writing thesis in PGSD students at the Final Level of Sari Mutiara Indonesia

Building the content of CSR in the food chain with a stakeholder dialogue
The paper is concerned with the content of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the food supply chains. The objective is to build the content of CSR in the food chain with a stakeholder dialogue. The research project takes an action oriented approach and is based on case studies. The project draws on three different case food products and their supply chains: rye bread, broiler chicken products and margarine. The content of CSR is constructed in interaction between researchers, consumers, companies and their interest groups. The research project combines the compilation and analysis of extensive information sources, constructive technology assessment and stakeholder workshops. Penerapan Digital Marketing Pada UMKM “Sari Beauty Home” Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan
The title of the project is Implementation of Digital Marketing at UMKM Sari Beauty Home in Balam km 11, Bangko Jaya sub-district, Rokan Hilir district, Riau. In the current technological era, which is very influential on all community activities, including changing marketing activities, which were once dominated by traditional or conventional activities, are now digital-based. Digital marketing provides a lot of information related to the products being sold. Digital marketing makes it easier for UMKM businesses in the product marketing process. The purpose of this final project is to find out the SWOT of Sari Beauty Home UMKM, and to find out segmenting, targeting, and positioning. In this final project the author uses 4 (four) methods consisting of a project plan, project implementation plan, project completion and reporting plan. The results of the SWOT analysis described in this project can be described that this UMKM has significant strengths in terms of service quality and price. The quality of service of Sari Beauty Home UMKM is very good and always pays attention to consumer comfort. The price offered by UMKM Sari Beauty Home is quite affordable and provides a warranty system. PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS BAGI SISWA USIA 15-18 TAHUN DESA KWALA BEGUMIT MELALUI METODE TOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSE (TPR)
Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sudah sejak lama dilakukan dan masuk dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia. Dalam perkembangannya, kini bahasa Inggris merupakan satu-satunya mata pelajaran wajib bahasa asing yang diajarkan mulai dari Sekolah Menengah Pertama hingga ke Sekolah Menengah Atas. Selama sekitar 6 tahun belajar bahasa Inggris, umumnya siswa masih belum dapat berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dengan asumsi bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang mereka dapatkan hanya difokuskan untuk memenangkan tes tertulis yang hanya mengacu pada aspek gramatikal/tata bahasanya saja. Sedangkan kemampuan komunikasinya tidak terlatih. Siswa khawatir terhadap kesalahan yang akan dilakukannya ketika hendak berbicara bahasa Inggris disebabkan oleh aturan tata bahasa yang telah menjadi fokus utama pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di Sekolah. Dengan menggunakan Metode Total Physical Response, pengabdi mencoba membantu siswa mempelajari bahasa Inggris. Hasil yang ditunjukkan selama kegiatan belajar-mengajar berlangsung cukup menggembirakan. siswa dengan percaya diri dapat berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tidak menunjukkan kebosanannya. Tingkat stres yang dialami siswa pada metode konvensional tidak terlihat ketika menggunakan metode TPR ini yang dibuktikan dengan keaktifan mereka dalam bermain peran. The Influence of the Internal Control System on the Effectiveness of Credit Disbursement at PT. North Sumatra Bank
120 HalamanPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal terhadap
efektivitas penyaluran kredit pada PT. Bank Sumut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian
deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan pada PT. Bank Sumut
KCP Simalingkar, PT. Bank Sumut KCP Melati dan PT. Bank Sumut KCP Pancur batu
yang berjumlah 38 orang. Data tersebut didapat dengan wawancara pada masing-masing
pimpinan KCP dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh jumlah populasi. Pengambilan
sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Alat bantu yang digunakan
adalah perangkat lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 26 (SPSS 26). Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap efektivitas penyaluran kredit. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh
sistem pengendalian internal terhadap efektifitas penyaluran kredit adalah sebesar 57,8%. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the internal control system on the
effectiveness of lending to pt. North Sumatra Bank. This type of research is descriptive
research. The population in this study was all employees at PT. Bank Sumut KCP
Simalingkar, PT. Bank Sumut KCP Melati and PT. Bank Sumut KCP Pancur batu which
totaled 38 people. The data was obtained by interviews with each KCP leader and the
distribution of questionnaires to the entire population. Sampling was carried out using a
saturated sampling technique. The tool used is the Statistical Package for the Social
Sciences 26 (SPSS 26) software. The results showed that the internal control system had a
positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of credit distribution. The results of the
coefficient of determination show that the influence of the internal control system on the
effectiveness of credit distribution is 57,8%

Ownership Concentration, Cash Holding dan Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan
Manufaktur Sub sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia tahun 2017-2020 serta mengetahui pengaruh Eco-Efficiency, Ownership
Concentration, Cash Holding terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini
yaitu sebanyak 15 Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub sector Makanan dan Minuman
yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2020. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian ini
menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total 8 perusahaan yang
memenuhi kriteria. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Analisis data
dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji
heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-t, uji-f,
dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 21.
Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian bahwa rata-rata Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub sektor
Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2020, Eco-Efficiency,
Ownership Concentration, Cash Holding menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan karena memberikan keuntungan dan
meningkatkan keunggulan perusahaan. This study aims to provide an overview of how Eco-Efficiency, Ownership
Concentration, Cash Holding and Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies in the
Food and Beverage Sub-sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in
2017-2020 and determine the effect of Eco-Efficiency, Ownership Concentration,
Cash Holding on The value of the company. The method of this research is as
many as 15 Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-sector that
are registered on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The sample selection method
for this study used a purposive sampling method with a total of 8 companies that
met the criteria. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out
using the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test,
heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis
test, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test using the IBM SPSS version
21 application. Based on the results of the study that the average Manufacturing
Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-sector listed on the IDX for 2017-2020,
Eco-Efficiency, Ownership Concentration, Cash Holdings show a positive and
significant influence on company value because they provide benefits and
increase company excellence
