    Straipsnyje nagrinėjami ir plačiai cituojami septyni suomių rašytojos Mailos Talvio laiškai lenkų prozininkei Elizai Orzeszkowai, kuriuos autorė aptiko Lenkijos Mokslų Akademijos Literatūros instituto Elizos Orzeszkowos archyve. The author of the article has found the letters in Eliza Orzeszkowa's archive of the Institute of Literature, Polish Science Academy. Although it may seem that the letters are personal, the correspondence provides a lot of information about the literary and cultural links between these two writers, reveal the details of spiritual and everyday life of people in Poland, Lithuania and Finland at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The letters also present the evidence of the efforts of Maila Talvio and her husband and linguist Jooseppi Julius Mikkola to make the Polish writer more popular in Finland by translating and publishing her works. The author of the article also uses some other sources of information reflecting the relationship between the two writer

    Ioanna Tsatsos was an important Greek poet of the 20th century whose work has not been sufficiently studied. The author is still associated with the political figure of her husband Constantinos Tsatsos or that of her brother, the poet Yorgos Seferis. We consider, however, that her poetic work is not at all unworthy of that of other poets of her generation. We offer here a first approach to her poetry, both from the formal and thematic point of view, in order to provide a general view of the poetic work of this autor.Ioanna Tsatsos fue una importante poetisa griega del siglo XX cuya obra no ha sido suficientemente estudiada. La autora sigue hoy día asociada a la figura política de su marido Constantinos Tsatsos o a la de su hermano, el poeta Yorgos Seferis.     Aportes de la terapia ocupacional en la calidad de vida de pacientes adolescentes con diagnóstico de epilepsia

    El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo describir los aportes de la terapia ocupacional en la calidad de vida de los adolescentes con diagnóstico de epilepsia. Para ello se implementó la metodología basada en un diseño de tipo bibliográfico sistemático para identificar artículos relevantes que fueron abordados de manera crítica. Inicialmente, se implementó como estrategia, la búsqueda simple de información y posteriormente, la búsqueda avanzada, considerando los siguientes criterios de inclusión: publicación en revistas científicas de relevancia; identificación precisa del autor; año de publicación entre 5 y 10 años de antigüedad; en poblaciones adolescentes e intervenciones de terapia ocupacional. Los resultados obtenidos, permitieron concluir que la calidad de vida en los adolescentes con diagnóstico de epilepsia, se ve afectada dado los múltiples cambios físicos y psicosociales que experimentan. Otros aspectos a considerar son el tipo de epilepsia y los efectos secundarios por la ingesta de fármacos. En cuanto a la calidad de vida, esta se ve afectada por las comorbilidades que se presentan en la epilepsia. En el caso particular de adolescentes con epilepsia las dimensiones: ambiental, psicológica, física y social del paciente se ven afectadas. La estrategia usada en adolescentes con epilepsia ha sido basada en la medida canadiense del desempeño ocupacional, además se suma como estrategia se asume las actividades de ocio. Entre las recomendaciones principales destaca: Conformar un equipo multidisciplinario que incluya terapeutas ocupacionales, que actúen como facilitadores en el manejo terapéutico de las personas con este tipo de afectaciones.The present research work aims to describe the contributions of occupational therapy in the quality of life of adolescents with a diagnosis of epilepsy. For this, the methodology based on a systematic bibliographic design was implemented in order to identify relevant articles that were critically approached. Initially, the simple search for information was implemented as a strategy and later, the advanced search, considering the following inclusion criteria: publication in relevant scientific journals; precise identification of the author; year of publication between 5 and 10 years old; in adolescent populations and occupational therapy interventions. The results obtained allowed to conclude that the quality of life in adolescents diagnosed with epilepsy is affected by the multiple physical and psychosocial changes they experience. The type of epilepsy and side effects from taking drugs are other aspects to be considered. On the other hand, the quality of life is affected by the comorbidities that occur in epilepsy. In the particular case of adolescents with epilepsy, the environmental, psychological, physical and social dimensions of the patient are affected. The strategy used in adolescents with epilepsy has been based on the Canadian measure of occupational performance, and leisure activities are also added as a strategy. Among the main recommendations are: To form a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, who act as facilitators in the therapeutic management of people with this type of affectation

    U radu se analiziraju novi izazovi koji su se otvorili novim informacijskim i komunikacijskim tehnologijama. Otvorio se i čitav niz novih pravnih pitanja. Prvu skupinu koja je analizirana u radu čine pitanja zaštite dostojanstva i osobnih podataka zaposlenika i poslodavčeve kontrole i nadziranja zaposlenika tijekom radnog vremena. Drugu skupinu pitanja čini upotreba interneta, intraneta i e-maila za vrijeme radnoga vremena u privatne svrhe te ova zloporaba kao razlog otkaza o radu. Analizira se recentna sudska praksa njemačkih sudova i hrvatska rješenja de lege lata te daju prijedlozi de lege ferendaIn the article the author analyses new challenges which came out by a breakthrough of new information and communication technologies. The whole range of legal issues appeared also. The first group of issues which has been analysed in the article consists of issues concerning the protection of employees’ dignity and their personal data as well as issues concerning the employer’s control and supervision of employees during the working time. The author pays a special attention to Internet using and writing e-mails for private purposes during the working time and to their misuse being a basis for employee’s dismissal.     The articulation work, education and technology: an analysis from the assumptions of Makarenko

    This dissertation aims to analyze the articulation between work, education and technology under the premises of Makarenko, in relation to promoting human emancipation. The dialectical historical materialism was chosen because it resembles a social model of an individual in relation the world that will be learned and lived by the same emancipated. Thus, through the relation of the subject to the social environment, it is recognized as an emancipated social being; however, it is reiterated that it is the circumstances and types of relationship that the subject maintains with the social environment that enable its emancipation (or not). The proposed analysis operates with the assumptions of Anton Semichovich Makarenko (1888-1939), a Russian educator who, since childhood, has taken a stand for the struggle of the working class. The methodological proposal of this research is based on the conceptual analysis on the proposed theme, based on the bibliographic review of the theme. The construction of this dissertation is done in two chapters, namely: in the first, the categories of work, education and technology based on dialectical historical materialism are conceptualized and the articulation between them based on the main works of Marx, Lukács and Makarenko is analyzed. In the second, the study of the works of Makarenko begins to deepen, starting from the panorama of events that determined the educational practice of the author. Some of the conceptions and difficulties regarding the implementation of a socialist pedagogy are analyzed, especially those related to the life and work experience of this author, as well as the relation of the discipline and collective categories. Finally, the articulation of the concepts of discipline, collectiveness, work and technology in Makarenko's pedagogy is analyzed, based on polytechnic education focused on human emancipation. It is considered that the problem of violence and delinquency faced by Makarenko, while recognizing and / or transposing the peculiarities of the context of his lived time, has today the same degree of importance for our society. Structural difficulties (lack of a decent work perspective, abandonment of the basic services for the poor), material (pauperization of the population) and affective (family disruption) in which our children and adolescents live today compel most youngsters to violence and delinquency. However, the prospects of the State's response to a solution of such questions are few. In such context, rescuing the assumptions of Makarenko’s socialist pedagogy, supported in articulation between work, education and technology, makes sense, and should help us think about the socio-pedagogical issues of reality and the chance of human emancipation.Esta dissertação tem por objetivo analisar a articulação entre trabalho, educação e tecnologia sob as premissas de Makarenko, em relação a promover a emancipação humana. Optou-se pelo referencial do materialismo histórico-dialético, pois esta concepção se insere no posicionamento social do indivíduo frente ao mundo, a ser apreendido e vivenciado pelo mesmo enquanto sujeito emancipado. Sendo assim, através da relação do sujeito com o meio social é que este se reconhece como ser social emancipado; no entanto, reitera-se que são as circunstâncias e os tipos de relação que este mantém com o meio social que possibilitam a sua emancipação (ou não). A análise proposta opera com os pressupostos de Anton Semiónovitch Makarenko (1888-1939), educador russo que desde jovem assumiu uma postura pela luta da classe trabalhadora. A proposta metodológica desta pesquisa parte da análise conceitual a respeito do tema proposto, baseada na revisão bibliográfica da temática. Esta dissertação está organizada em dois capítulos, a saber: no primeiro, conceituam-se as categorias trabalho, educação e tecnologia apoiados no materialismo histórico e analisa-se a articulação entre estas com base nas obras de Marx, Lukács e Makarenko. No segundo, inicia-se o aprofundamento do estudo das obras de Makarenko, a partir do panorama de acontecimentos que determinaram a prática educativa do referido autor. Analisa-se algumas das concepções e dificuldades quanto à implementação de uma pedagogia socialista, sobretudo as que dizem respeito à experiência de vida e de trabalho deste autor, bem como a relação das categorias disciplina e coletividade. Por fim, analisa-se a articulação dos conceitos disciplina, coletividade, trabalho e tecnologia na pedagogia de Makarenko, tendo como base a educação politécnica voltada para a emancipação humana. Considera-se que o problema da violência e delinquência enfrentada por Makarenko, sem deixar de reconhecer e/ou transpor as peculiaridades do contexto de sua época vivida, tem na atualidade o mesmo grau de importância para a nossa sociedade. As dificuldades estruturais (ausência de perspectiva de trabalho digno, abandono pelo Estado dos serviços básicos para as populações carentes), materiais (pauperização da população) e afetivas (desestrutura familiar) em que nossas crianças e adolescentes vivem atualmente, compelem a maioria dos jovens para a violência e delinquência. Contudo, as perspectivas de respostas do Estado para a solução de tais problemas são ínfimas. Neste contexto, resgatar os pressupostos da pedagogia socialista de Makarenko, apoiado na articulação entre trabalho, educação e tecnologia faz sentido, e pode contribuir para pensar as questões sócio pedagógicas da realidade atual e da possibilidade da emancipação humana
