UPAYA PERPUSTAKAAN RIFKA ANNISA DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGHAPUSAN KEKERASAN TERHADAP PEREMPUAN
Full text linkThe aim of this research was to know the efforts of Rifka Annisa Library to support the abolition of violance toward women, along with the obstacles encountered, and the support it received. This research was a qualitative descriptive research. The informants were librarian, volunteers, and the staffs of Rifka Annisa. The data collecting technique used observation, interview, and documentation. The data analisys used data reduction, data serving, and conclution and verification. In drawing a conclucion, the validity test of the data in this research used data credibility test with the prolongation of observation, source triangulation and member check. The conclucion that can be taken were: 1. Rifka Annisa Library has been working on to support the abolation of violance toward women, in a way: first, plan work program: organized activities, provided service, organized collection, and second, created strategies. 2. The library has several constraints such as: librarian, staff and Rifka Annisa institution. 3. The support that Rifka Annisa Library received from the internal, such as: librarian, the staff of Rifka Annisa and its institution as well as from the external, such as: researchers, other institution and society

Problems in this legal research is the procedures of legal assistance for children who were victims of bullying by Rifka Annisa (NGO), then anything obstacles faced by Rifka Annisa (NGO) in legal assistance for children who were victims of bullying. The purpose of legal research is to know how is the assistance law done by Rifka Annisa (NGO) subjects tested against children who were victims of bullying. Then to know the obstacles in technical legal assistance for children who were victims of bullying. This thesis conclude that procedure legal assistance run by Rifka Annisa (NGO) children who are victims of bullying. Procedures is run by Rifka Annisa (NGO) is depend on the needs of a child who are victims of the bullying. Rifka Annisa (NGO) will assist in psychology first when it is needed. The obstacles of Rifka Annisa (NGO) in running legal assistance to this casualties is the evidence, bullying is very difficult to be proved. The obstacles from the police is also in response of this casualties bullying and a victim of violence of others
UPAYA RIFKA ANNISA DALAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN KEKERASAN TERHADAP PEREMPUAN DI DIY
Full text linkABSTRAKArtikel ini berdasarkan penelitian yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan upaya LSM Rifka Annisa serta mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat yang dihadapi LSM Rifka Annisa dalam melakukan pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan terhadap perempuan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian tersebut adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu (1) Kepala Divisi Pengorganisasian Masyarakat dan Advokasi LSM Rifka Annisa serta (2) Kepala Divisi Pendampingan dan Bantuan Hukum LSM Rifka Annisa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data dengan menggunakan cross check. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis induktif melalui langkah-langkah seperti reduksi, kategorisasi, penyajian dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LSM Rifka Annisa melakukan upaya pencegahan melalui (a) Men Care (b) Prevention Plus dan (c) Rifka Media. Sedangkan untuk upaya penanganan dilakukan dengan program (a) Pendampingan yang terdiri dari pendampingan psikologi, hukum, dan medis (b) Support Group. Hambatan dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan yang dihadapi LSM Rifka Annisa terdiri dari hambatan internal dan eksternal. Hambatan internal berupa sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, keterbatasan anggaran, sulit berkomunikasi dengan korban. Sedangkan hambatan eksternal meliputi antusiasme masyarakat yang rendah, lingkungan yang tidak mendukung, serta perbedaan pandangan dengan mitra kerja.Kata Kunci: Pencegahan, Penanganan, Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan, Rifka Annis
PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN KORBAN KDRT DALAM PELAKSANAAN PENDAMPINGAN BERBASIS PERSPEKTIF GENDER DI LSM RIFKA ANNISA YOGYAKARTA
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pemberdayaan perempuan melalui kegiatan pendampingan pada korban KDRT di LSM Rifka Annisa Yogyakarta (2) dampak yang dialami korban KDRT setelah dilakukan pendampingan di LSM Rifka Annisa Yogyakarta (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan korban KDRT di LSM Rifka Annisa Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Setting penelitian yaitu aktivitas pendamping Rifka Annisa. informan dalam penelitian ini adalah staf, pendamping, korban dan relawan Rifka Annisa. peneliti merupakan instrumen utama dalam melakukan penelitian yang dibantu dengan pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yang digunakan yaitu reduksi, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi sumber dilakukan untuk menjelaskan keabsahan data dengan berbagai narasumber dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan korban KDRT berbasis perspektif gender meliputi a) persiapan pelaksanaan pendampingan b) pelaksanaan pendampingan c) evaluasi pendampingan. (2) perkembangan yang dialami korban KDRT saat melakukan pendampingan terdiri dari dampak positif dan negatif. (3) faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pendampingan terhadap korban KDRT meliputi a) korban/klien KDRT b) keluarga korban c) komunikasi d) pelaku kekerasan e) kerja sama berjejaring. (4) faktor yang mendukung pelaksanaan pendampingan korban KDRT meliputi a) pendamping/konselor b) divisi-divisi Rifka Annisa c) fasilitas d) sarana prasarana yang diberikan untuk korban. (5) pendampingan yang diberikan kepada keluarga dan lingkungan untuk membantu proses pemberdayaan perempuan korban KDRT.

is illustration how woman is important to be an object of study. In the line with the
movement of struggle conducted by Rifka Annisa in advocating a policy of women�s
protection so this study of research will focus on the question how are the strategy and
obstacle of Rifka Annisa in conducting advocacy in the policy of women�s protection?.
By using the method of analysis framework so the research will answer the strategy and
obstacle in advocating the policy of women�s protection by Rifka Annisa.
This research is descriptive qualitative study so it will also see the movement of
women in Yogyakarta, then Rifka Annisa in profile and the appearance of it in the center
of women movement dynamics, three items are to see how far the development of female
movement in filling public spaces particularly Rifka Annisa.
Basically, policy of advocacy has its strategy. Rifka Annisa has certain advocacy
strategy in advocating the policy to realize the work of advocacy that will be done.
Strategy of advocacy is means or way in implementing advocacy in order that the
existence of relevancy between method of policy advocacy and program of policy
advocacy. Rifka Annisa besides has strategy of policy advocacy, it also has the obstacle
to advocate policy. The obstacle which is less of supporting from government is most
complicated problem in implementing policy advocacy. So that it is necessary the
existence of certain approach in answering the obstacle passed by.
Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that in analyzing strategy
done by Rifka Annisa in context review of mazhab then it becomes its rote of movement
based on the way of researcher thinking which has a concept of mahzab engagement. It is
in every item of Rifka Annisa has a close relation with strategy done in the stage of
implementing an advocacy, for instance in the condition of strategy involving
government or state in corporate of policy advocacy. Then it is related to the obstacle of
Rifka Annisa in advocating women�s policy, economically the researcher looks the
obstacle is political-dimensioned obstacle, so it is necessary the existence of an
alternative approach in the form of advocacy such as persuasive approach towards local
government by sharing symbiosis-mutualism relationship, for instance giving a freedom
for government to result the incentive from the result of a policy rule and Rifka Annisa
still keep on eye to the implementation of policy rule. In this context, it is related to
strategy and obstacle on advocacy of Rifka Annisa in advocating the policy of protection
towards women is policy advocacy in facing political interests

Domestic Violence Victims. Normative study was conducted, using secondary data consisting of
primary, secondary legal materials, and tertiary. Research and interviews, with the resources to
obtain information needed by the author, carried outing searching for thr source data, the authors
also use qualitative methods to think with deductive reasoning in drawing conclusions. The
conclusion is a form of protection provided Rifka Annisa Institute For Wife Victims of Domestic
violence is provide assistance to victims of domestic violence and provide protection in the form
of counseling to strengthen and provide security for victims, providing information on the rights
of victims to obtain protection, as well as delivering coordination with institutions and agencies –
agencies. If the victim’s lack of support from fmily and gets a serious threat then the victim will
be placed in shelter cooperation between the private parties and government. With a good
relationship good in will lead to better protection again. So that later is expected that domestic
violence will not happen again in a household

Full text linkThe Movement of Nongovernmental Organizations Rifka Annisa in the protection of women victims of violence became a form of deep concern for the emergence of patriarchal culture that strengthens the position of men and weakens the position of women. As a result vulnerable women become victims of violence. The Rifka Annisa Movement plays an active role in providing protection to women victims of violence in the form of mentoring and prevention. The problem formulation in this study is how the non-governmental organization Rifka Annisa protection movement in 2019-2020 against the protection of women victims of violence in the review maqâsid asy-syarî'ah.
This type of research is a library research using philosophical approach method with a review of the asy-syarî'ah maqâ-syarî'ah, i.e. the data obtained on the protection movement of non-governmental organization Rifka Annisa analyzed using the theory of maqa-syari'ah Asy-Syatibi, the purpose of which is to find the essence of a fact and the data obtained and then determine its suitability. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data in the form of books, literatures, magazines, and newspapers. The data collection method used is documentation.
The results of this study showed that the movement of Nongovernmental Organization Rifka Annisa in the protection of women victims of violence in the form of mentoring and prevention. Mentoring is carried out directly whether it is legal, medical, and psychological assistance. Furthermore, the movement to protect women victims of violence carried out by Rifka Annisa is one of the manifestations of the fulfillment of human needs that arearuriyat (primary), the process of protection carried out by Rifka Annisa is the provision of assistance to women victims of violence in the review of maqa aid asy-syari'ah aimed at protecting the rights of victims by protecting the existence of life, reason and human property in accordance with the purposes of Islamic law

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya korban pelecehan seksual yang mengalami masa krisis yang harus ditangani dengan segera, sehingga korban pelecehan seksual mampu kembali berdaya dan percaya diri untuk menjalani kehidupan dalam bermasyarakat. Pelayanan Rifka Annisa ini akan membantu korban untuk melalui masa kritisnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan metode penanganan yang dilakukan konselor Rifka Annisa terhadap korban pelecehan seksual yang mengalami krisis. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor. Objek penelitian ini adalah metode penanganan krisis yang dilakukan terhadap korban pelecehan seksual di Rifka Annisa. Teknik pengumpulan data ini melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data penelitian dengan menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan metode penanganan krisis yang digunakan konselor Rifka Annisa WCC Yogyakarta terhadap korban pelecehan seksual, yaitu: menyadarkan konseli dengan situasi, memberikan dukungan secara emosional yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu individu atau konseli dan support system (dukungan kelompok), menggunakan cara parsial (penyelesaian dari bagian ke menyeluruh), menggunakan komunikasi harapan, memberikan informasi sesuai fakta dan memperkuat perilaku adaptif
Advocacy of violence against women through the implementation of cyber public relations at the Rifka Annisa women's Crisis Center
Full text linkThis research examines the implementation of Cyber Public Relations at the Rifka Annisa Women's Crisis Center (Rifka Annisa WCC) in advocating public awareness of violence against women. This study aims to identify the obstacles Rifka Annisa WCC faces in managing Cyber Public Relations activities, analyze how they address those obstacles, and examine the impact of Cyber Public Relations implementation on advocacy of violence against women.. This research employs a qualitative case study method through observation and in-depth interviews with Rifka Annisa WCC's media officer. The study objectives are presented using the concepts of Cyber Public Relations and Social Media. The study results found that the lack of human resources in managing social media hindered Rifka Annisa WCC in optimizing Cyber Public Relations activities to advocates public awareness. To address this obstacle, Rifka Annisa WCC focuses on using Instagram as an online advocacy tool. Furthermore, the application of Cyber Public Relations in Rifka Annisa WCC's advocacy activities had a significant impact on aspects of community literacy regarding the discourse on violence against women, as well as changes in the behavior of victims of violence and the larger community in responding to violence against women
