Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen roti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 5%, 10%, dan 15%  dandua kali pengulangan. Data dianalisa menggunakana analisa One Way ANOVA. Jika terdapat perbedaan antar perlakuan, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT/LSD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antar perlakuan pada kandungan protein, nilai cerna, sifat fisik warna dan tekstur, dan uji mutu hedonik rasa dan aroma pada roti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor. Kandungan protein tertinggi diperoleh dari roti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 15% dengan rerata nilai 9,82%. Nilai cerna tertinggi diperoleh dari roti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 15% dengan rerata nilai 93,35%. Nilai warnaL* (kecerahan) tertinggidiperolehdariroti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 5% dengan rerata nilai 46,25. Nilaiwarna a* (kemerahan) tertinggidiperolehdariroti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 5% dengan rerata nilai 18,95. Nilaiwarna b* (kekuningan) tertinggidiperolehdariroti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 10% dengan rerata nilai 28,2. Tekstur tertinggi diperoleh dari roti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 15% dengan rerata nilai 10,50 N/cm2. Ujimutu hedonikrasatertinggidiperolehdariroti tawar dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 5% dengan rerata nilai 3,67 dengan rasa gurih. This study was an experimental study of white bread flour with the addition of kelor leaves as much as 5%, 10%, and 15% and two repetitions. Data were analyzed using current One Way ANOVA analysis. If there are differences among the treatments, then continued with LSD / LSD. The results showed that there are differences among the treatments on protein content, digestibility values, physical properties of color and texture, and quality test hedonic flavor and aroma of the bread with the addition of kelor leaf powder. The highest protein content of white bread flour with the addition of Kelor leaves as much as 15% with a mean value of 9.82%. The highest digestibility values obtained from white bread flour with the addition of Kelor leaves as much as 15% with a mean value of 93.35%. Color value L * (brightness) obtained the highest of white bread flour with the addition of Kelor leaves as much as 5% with a mean value of 46.25.     Pembuatan Roti Tawar Dengan Penambahan Tepung Daun Kelor Sebagai Pewarna Dan Meningkatkan Nilai Gizi

    ABSTRAK   Daun kelor (Moringa Oliefera) merupakan tumbuhan yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai sayuran dan dikenal berkhasiat sebagai penawar kekuatan magis. Masing-masing bagian pohon kelor mulai dari daun, akar, hingga getahnya memiliki manfaat yang luar biasa atau sumber gizi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Roti tawar daun kelor merupakan olahan jenis bakery yang berwarna hijau muda, rasa gurih, aroma khas roti tawar dan bertekstur empuk. Penulisan ini merupakan laporan dari percobaan pendahuluan yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali dengan formulasi resep yang berbeda yaitu penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 20%, 15%, dan 10%. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembuatan tepung daun kelor, kandungan gizi daun kelor, warna roti tawar daun kelor, formulasi resep yang tepat untuk roti tawar daun kelor dan kesukaan konsumen terhadap warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur roti tawar daun kelor. Konsumen yang dijadikan objek pengambilan data uji kesukaan adalah masyarakat umum yang terdiri dari anak-anak, remaja dan orang dewasa sebanyak  90 konsumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kesukaan yang dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil yang dapat disampaikan pada penulisan ini adalah pembuatan tepung daun kelor menggunakan uji coba kedua yaitu daun kelor direbus menggunakan soda kue. Komponen gizi  daun kelor setelah mengalami proses pengeringan selain vitamin C, semua komponen gizi yaitu vitamin A, kalsium, kalium, protein dan zat besi mengalami peningkatan konsentrasi lebih dari dua kali lipat (Jonni, 2008). Formulasi resep yang tepat untuk pembuatan roti tawar daun kelor adalah formulasi resep yang ketiga yaitu menggunakan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 25 gram atau 10% dari berat bahan utama yaitu terigu protein tinggi. Warna hijau muda dari roti tawar daun kelor diperoleh dari tepung daun kelor itu sendiri. Sebagian besar konsumen (82,17%) menyukai warna roti tawar daun kelor. Sebagian konsumen 76,67% menyukai aroma roti tawar daun kelor. Sebagian besar konsumen 92% menyukai rasa roti tawar daun kelor. Sebagian besar konsumen 92,33% menyukai tekstur roti tawar daun kelor

    Perencanaan pembangunan Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang memerlukan pertimbangan ekonomi dan finansial untuk menghindari adanya penanaman modal yang terlalu besar. Analisis kelayakan ini sangat penting bagi masyarakat pengguna jalan, pemerintah, dan investor. Pertimbangan ekonomi dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui manfaat dari adanya Jalan Tol Pandaan - Malang terhadap masyarakat sekitar, sedangkan pertimbangan finansial dibutuhkan sebagai acuan dalam investasi agar jalan tol ini merupakan perencanaan yang efisien. Oleh karena itu perlu dilaksanakan studi kelayakan dari adanya Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang agar mengetahui apakah jalan tol ini layak untuk dibangun. Pada tugas akhir ini, akan dianalisis kelayakan Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang dengan merekapitulasi data-data volume kendaraan di jalan eksisting jalan dari Kecamatan Pandaan sampai Kota Malang dengan pembagian ruas tertentu yang nantinya akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap jalan tol rencana. Data-data ini berupa data sekunder dari survey traffic counting, yang didapatkan dari Laboratorium Perhubungan Departemen Teknik Sipil ITS. Kemudian menghitung derajat kejenuhan dari jalan eksisting sebelum dibangun Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang untuk mengetahui kinerja lalu lintas jalan tersebut. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan untuk mengetahui presentase perpindahan kendaraan dari jalan eksisting ke Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang dengan analisis trip assignment menggunakan 3 metode, yaitu Metode Smock, Metode Davidson, dan Metode JICA I. Namun akhirnya menggunakan Metode Smock. Dari analisis trip assignment maka didapatkan volume kendaraan yang akan melewati jalan tol rencana, sehingga dapat menghitung derajat kejenuhan dari jalan tol rencana. Setelah itu, menghitung penghematan (saving) biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) dan nilai waktu, mengitung pemasukan dari tarif jalan tol, serta menghitung besarnya pengeluaran dari biaya pembebasan lahan, biaya pembangunan konstruksi, dan biaya pemeliharaan operasional Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang. Dalam menentukan kelayakan dengan adanya Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang ditinjau dari dua segi, yaitu ekonomi dan finansial. Dari segi ekonomi, maka diperlukan analisis biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK) dan nilai waktu (time value) dengan metode Jasa Marga. Kemudian menentukan BCR dan NPV sebagai acuan kelayakannya. Sedangkan dari segi finansial perlu menganalisis pemasukan dari tarif tol sebagai benefit dari dibangunnya jalan tol tersebut dan menggunakan parameter BCR, NPV, Payback Period, dan IRR sebagai acuan kelayakannya. Dari hasil analisis, didapatkan untuk kelayakan ekonomi BCR sebesar 2,796 > 1 dan nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 15.531.872.832.729 > 0. Untuk kelayakan finansial didapatkan nilai BCR sebesar 2,938 > 1, nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 16.760.098.491.986 > 0 dan nilai IRR sebesar 11,926% > 4,86% (MARR). Serta waktu Payback Period selama 17 tahun 6 bulan 22 hari. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan pembangunan Jalan Tol Pandaan – Malang dikatakan layak dari segi ekonomi dan finansial. ================================================================================================ Pandaan – Malang Toll Road needs economic and financial feasibilty as its consideration to avoid too much investment. This feasibility analysis is very important for the community of road user, the government, and investors. Economic feasibility is needed to determine the benefits of the Pandaan - Malang Toll Road for its surrounding, while financial feasibility is needed as a reference for investor to make it more efficient in investing for Pandaan data volume kendaraan– Malang Toll Road. In this final project, the feasibility of Pandaan - Malang Toll Road will be analyzed by recapitulating vehicle volume data on the existing road from Pandaan Subdistrict to Malang City with the division of certain sections which will later affect the planned toll road. These data are in the form of secondary data from the traffic counting survey, which was obtained from the Transportation Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Department of ITS. Then calculate the degree of saturation of the existing road before the Pandaan - Malang Toll Road was built to determine the road traffic performance. After that, the calculation is done to find out the percentage of vehicle movements from the existing road to Pandaan - Malang Toll Road with trip assignment analysis using 3 methods, namely the Smock Method, the Davidson Method, and the JICA Method I. But finally using the Smock Method. From the trip assignment analysis, the volume of vehicles that will pass the planned toll road is obtained, so that it can calculate the degree of saturation of the planned toll road. After that, calculate the savings of vehicle operating costs (BOK) and time value, calculate the income from toll road tariffs, and calculate the amount of expenses from land acquisition costs, construction costs, and operational maintenance costs of Pandaan - Malang Toll Road. In determining the feasibility of the Pandaan - Malang Toll Road from two based, namely economic and financial. From based on economic, it is necessary to analyze vehicle operating costs (BOK) and time value the author used Jasa Marga Method. Then determine BCR and NPV as a reference for their feasibility. While from based on finance, it is necessary to analyze the income from toll tariff as a benefit of the construction of the toll road and use parameters BCR, NPV, and IRR as a reference for their feasibility.     This research is conducted as a means of: (1) classifying the form of expressive speech on Youtube Najwa Shihab, (2) describing the form of expressive speech actsas an alternative material for Indonesian language lessons in junior high school, especially in response text. The author in this research uses descriptive method be-cause it focuses on the process rather than the result. Expressive speech acts in Mata Najwa youtube became the subject of this research. The researcher found 51conversations that contain expressive speech acts. Nineteen expressive speech acts complain using the words breathing problems, feeling tired, underappreciated, etc.Seventeen expressive speech acts criticize. Seventeen speech acts criticize using thewords indifferent government, government makes it difficult, community disputes, etc. Six speech acts of wishing use the words on time,recovery, democratic process,etc. Five speech acts praised using the words myriad achievements, confident, im- provement, etc. One speech act of blaming uses the word foolish investment. One speech act flattered using the word infrastructure 2 prowess. One speech act of thank-ing uses the word gratitude of the people. It has the ability to invAde the host, Salmonellosis is highly influenced by the combination of chromosome and plasmid in which Salmonella Pathogenesis Islands (SPIs) are the biggest gene in the chromosome that are responsible to build specific interaction between Salmonella and the host. This research performed detection on virulence and specific genes in the SPIs area using PCR method for two Salmonella spp. bacterial isolates originated from Jember which were KP2 and P21D. Seven pairs of primers including stn, fimA, spvR (virulence genes), invA, ivaB, spvC, and fliC-d (specific genes) were used. The result revealed that P21D bacteria containing 3 virulence genes i.e. stn, fimA, and spvR. Meanwhile, only two virulent genes stn, and spvR were present in KP2 bacteria. For the detection of specific genes, three genes invA, ivaB, and spvC were present while fliC-d genes were not detected. Only two, invA, and ivaB genes were detected in P21D bacteria, while spvC, and fliC-d were not detected

    Monitoring Viral Load RNA And Cd4+ Count on HIV Patients Receiving ARV Therapy

    Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that threatens the quality of human life. HIV is a retrovirus that uses RNA as its genome so this virus can replicate very well. HIV will cause persistent disease so HIV-confirmed patients must be taking medication for life. HIV patients need to receive therapy and monitor Viral Load RNA and CD4+ count levels. Generally, routine checks are carried out every 3-6 months. Viral Load RNA levels show how much virus is in the blood while CD4+ count represents patient immunity. Normally Viral Load RNA and CD4+ count will show the same results inversely proportional. The higher the Viral Load RNA and the lower the CD4+ count, the more the patient's condition will get worse, and vice versa. Papua is one of the provinces in Indonesia with the highest HIV rate with faster spread compared to other provinces. To overcome this problem, the government has provided free therapy for the Indonesian people. This therapy called antiretroviral can be obtained free of charge and must be taken by people all patients are HIV positive Aims: To determine Viral Load RNA levels and CD4+ count in HIV patients treated with ARV at Abepura District Hospital. Place and Duration of Study: The research was carried out in the VCT medical records section of Abepura Regional Hospital from August 2023 to November 2023. Methodology: This type of research is descriptive-analytical research with a design cross-sectional retrospective study using secondary data in the form of Abepura Regional Hospital medical records. The population in this study was treated HIV-positive patients ARVs at Abepura Regional Hospital from 2019 to 2022. This research uses a total sampling method. The research sample in this study were medical records of patients who were positive for HIV/AIDS and had been treated with ARVs at Abepura Regional Hospital from 2019 to 2022 Results: The results were obtained with more diverse patient characteristics female (52.9%), aged 25—49 years (68.6%), and heterosexual (81.4%). Overall the therapy showed success with an increase in undetected RNA patients were 24% and an increase in patients with normal CD4+ count of as much as 76% during three years of monitoring. The success of this therapy can occur if there is compliance in taking medication from the patient, there is good cooperation between staff health and patients, as well as support from the patient environment. Conclusion: Data collection for this research will start from August 2023 until September 2023 and be obtained from hospital medical records Abepura Regional General. In this study, patients who were HIV positive and 85 people received ARV therapy at Abepura District Hospital There were 70 research samples that met the routine inclusion criteria control every 6 months.     Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap layanan perpustakaan, khususnya dalam proses peminjaman buku. CozyBook, sebagai platform peminjaman buku online, mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan (AI) melalui Gemini API untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi AI dalam layanan CozyBook dan efeknya terhadap efektivitas layanan. Metode prototype digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem, dengan penggunaan Visual Studio Code, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, dan XAMPP sebagai alat pembangunan website. Implementasi AI terdiri dari pengaturan kunci API, penerapan API AI Gemini, dan inisialisasi model generatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI melalui API dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam menemukan dan meminjam buku secara online, serta memberikan respons yang cepat dan relevan melalui chatbot.
