Reconciliation of Time Perspectives as a Criterion for Therapy Completion
Giancarlo Trombini, the main author of this article, has demonstrated in a series of empirical studies based on treatment examples from psychoanalytic psychotherapy that the development of relational dynamics in therapy can be assessed in an objectively verifiable way using a phenomenological criterion based on the narrative content of each session. This criterion is the comparison between the manifest dream and the subsequent associations (MDAC; Trombini, 2010, 2014, 2015).
This is a contribution to the reflexive pole of analytic psychotherapy, which is, after all, characterized by a constant oscillation between the pole of reflection and the pole of a “dreaming reception.” The present contribution continues this research with the treatment of the concluding phase of therapy, which is related to certain turning points in the processes of change in therapy (Di Chiara, 2003)
The poverty of territorialism and the future of European spatial integration
This symposium presents the results of a roundtable of well-known European spatial planning scholars critically engaging with Andreas Faludi’s The Poverty of Territorialism. A Neo-Medieval View of Europe and of European Spatial Planning (2018). The book allows readers to rethink the current debates surrounding territorialism in the context of the European Union, as well as its implications for democracy. In particular, it argues that the open-ended character of the European project requires continuous efforts to (re)conceptualize spatial relations both inside and outside of existing administrative containers, in turn putting the democratic control of state territories and their development in question. Shedding a light on the above, this contribution presents some of the discussion that emerged during the roundtable. Its convenor (Giancarlo Cotella) introduces the aims and scope of the event, before leaving the floor to the critical considerations proposed by one of the participants (Eva Purkarthofer). Finally, the author of the book is given the chance to reply

At this time, technological advances spread quicky are accompanied by changes of mobile-user habits that only use mobile devices which are usually only used for call and short message purposes to support daily activities. The development of Islam is also very rapid, through television and online media. Meanwhile the people were less understanding about Islamic term. String matching algorithm is the part of important things which used in research process such as data type and text by using islamic dictionary. To make it easier for users to found Islamic definition, the author make an Android based offline dictionary application by applying the algorithm Apostolico-Giancarlo and Raita algorithm. The result of researches that the running time of algoritma raita fastest than algoritma apostolico Giancarlo. The average running time for the Apostolico-Giancarlo algorithm is 4.5 ms and Raita algorithm is 4 ms.83 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
Dix ans de terrorisme en Italie
Ten Years of Terrorism in Italy, by Giancarlo Pertegato
Born in the early seventies, leftist terrorist movements, dominated by the Red Brigades, took Italy by surprise. First using terrorism as armed propaganda, from 1974-1975 they began « attacking the very heart of the State » and the whole country was shaken by their violence. Rightist terrorism appeared in the mid-seventies and followed in the footsteps of the leftist variety. It is astounding to the author after studying the history of this phenomenon that modem Italy, not renowned for the strength of its national unity, could have withstood and in fact found the force to overcome the vast wave of terrorism which threatened to destroy it.Né au tout début des années 70, le terrorisme de gauche, dominé par les Brigades rouges, surprend l'Italie. Pertegato Giancarlo. Introduction to the Mechanics of Space Robots
This text is based on the research work of the author in the field of space robots. It started as a collection of notes of the lectures on Space Robotics given by the author to the students of the International Master on Space Exploration and Development Systems (SEEDS) but evolved to a research monograph on the subject. Its aim is the study of the automatic machines aimed to operate both autonomously and as a support to astronauts in space exploration and exploitation missions, with particular attention to the devices designed for planetary environment, including small planets, comets and asteroids. This material was then completed and made more systematic so that it can hopefully be useful not only to the students of that course but also to those who have an interest in the wide and much interdisciplinary field of space robotics, and in particular in its mechanical aspects. The focus is drawn mainly on the mechanics of space robots: the author is well aware that, even in this specific field, it is far from being complete and that robots, like all mechatronic systems, are so integrated that no single aspect can be dealt separately. Many important aspects are either dealt with only marginally or altogether left out. The very important topics of the control and the behavior of robots, for instance, are only marginally touched, even if their influence on the mechanical aspect to which this book is dedicated is not at all marginal. The structure of the book is so organized: ∙ Chapter 1: a very short introductory overview of human and robotic space exploration, stressing the need for man-machine cooperation in exploration. The various types of robotic missions in LEO, deep space and on planets and their basic requirements are shortly summarized. ∙ Chapter 2 deals in a synthetic way with the main characteristics of the environments space robots are facing and will face in the future. Since space environment is a specialized subject, dealt with in many books, this subject is only briefly summarized. ∙ The configurations of robot arms and the basic kinematic and dynamic relationships needed for their design are described in Chapter 3. ∙ Chapter 4 is devoted to the study of mobility on planetary surfaces, using different kind of supporting devices, like wheels, legs and aerodynamic or aerostatic devices. ∙ The basic characteristics of wheeled robots and vehicles are summarized in Chapter 5. The behavior of wheeled devices is studied in its various aspects, like longitudinal, lateral and suspension dynamics. The consequences of operating wheeled machines in the various environments are analyzed in some detail. The chapter is concluded by a description of the only vehicle that successfully carried humans on the surface of the Moon, the Apollo Lunar Roving Vehicle. ∙ Vehicles and robots that use legs, tracks or other devices to move on a solid surface are described in Chapter 6. Since a great number of different architectures were proposed and sometimes even used in the past, not all the possible configurations are illustrated: the choice was based on the actual existing applications and on the perspectives of future use. ∙ Chapter 7 is devoted to a short overview of the transducers used for actuation and sensing in space robots. ∙ A short overview of the energy sources and storage devices that can be used for space robots is reported in Chapter 8. The book includes two appendices summarizing the theoretical formulations allowing to write mathematical models of space robots including a variety of mechanical components, such as arms, legs, etc. The author found it necessary to include them since the participants to the course in Space Exploration and Development Systems have a much varied background and what may seem obvious to some students, could be difficult for other ones. In a similar ways, some of the readers of thi
Robust a-posteriori estimator for advection-diffusion-reaction problems
We propose an almost-robust residual-based a-posteriori estimator for the advection-diffusion-reaction model problem. The theory is developed in the one-dimensional setting. The numerical error is measured with respect to a norm which was introduced by the author in 2005 and somehow plays the role that the energy norm has with respect to symmetric and coercive differential operators. In particular, the mentioned norm possesses features that allow us to obtain a meaningful a-posteriori estimator, robust up to a root log(Pe) factor, where Pe is the global Peclet number of the problem. Various numerical tests are performed in one dimension, to confirm the theoretical results and show that the proposed estimator performs better than the usual one known in literature. We also consider a possible two-dimensional extension of our result and only present a few basic numerical tests, indicating that the estimator seems to preserve the good features of the one-dimensional setting
La sfida di Anna (Tb 2,11–14)
In Tb 1,11–14 the words that Hannah says to her husband resemble those of Job’s wife (Job 2,9). That of Hannah is the defiance of a lively faith, attentive to people and to the situations of life, more that in complying with the law, in the rites and works of justice. This was the primitive sense of her words; in fact, the author of Tobit constructed her portrait on the original archetype of Job’s wife, that can be seen in Old Greek (OG) and in his addiction in v. 9a–e, by contaminating them. A reworking of Hannah’s image is totally positive in vv. 11–13: there it’s reinterpreted in the light of the new portrait of Job’s wife, reworked with misogynist accents by Jewish tradition and incorporated in the MT and in the ecclesiastical Greek of the LXX, where her words, rather than an exhortation, they are a curse against Yhwh, responsible for Job’s suffering
Dante in tipografia. Errori, omissioni e varianti nell’edizione Brescia, Bonino Bonini, 1487
Writing in 1903 Charles Gérard described «un exemplaire exceptionnel et vraisemblablement unique dans son genre» of the edition of the Commedia completed by the printer Bonino Bonini in Brescia on 31 May 1487, which contained a woodcut on the verso of leaf l5 which Gérard wrote was «nouveau absolument inconnu». The present article takes Gérard as its starting point in order to look again at the edition. Almost all the surviving copies (90 out of an estimated total of 115) have been examined according to the principles of analytical and textual bibliography; in the process a series of errors and omissions as well as substantial variants in the illustrative woodcuts have been found which have enabled the author to reconstruct an overview of the edition and the history of its printing process
