Gushcha   Государственное учреждение «Украинский научно-исследовательский институт медицинской реабилитации и курортологи МЗ Украины», Одесса State Institution «Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Medical Rehabilitation and Resort Therapy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine», Odessa       Abstract           Experimental studies have established a mild calming effect of mineral water with a high content of organic substances "Zbruchanskaya" on the functional state of the central nervous system and the emotional strain of the animals. This character of the biological activity allowed us to determine the direction of further clinical trials. The group of persons with psycho-emotional disorders drank mineral water "Zbruchanskaya" a daily dose of 1% of body weight 3 times a day for 40 minutes before a meal, a course of 21 days. Application of mineral water "Zbruchanskaya" leads to the normalization of  psychoemotional condition at 80% of the investigated. At the end of treatment remained only weakly manifestation of psychoemotional disorders.   Keywords: functional state of the central nervous system and the emotional strain of experimental animals, correction of psycho-emotional disorders in patients, mineral water "Zbruchanskaya".            Реферат          Експериментальними дослідженнями встановлено м’який заспокійливий вплив мінеральної води з підвищеним умістом органічних речовин «Збручанська» на функціональний стан центральної нервової системи та емоційну напруженість тварин. Такий характер біологічної активності дозволив визначити напрямок подальших клінічних випробувань. У осіб з психо-емоційними розладами, які вживали мінеральну воду «Збручанська»  встановлено нормалізація психоемоційниого стану у 80 % випадків. Наприкінці лікування зберігались лише осточні прояви психоемоційних розладів.   Ключові слова: функціональний стан центральної нервової системи та емоційна напруга експериментальних тварин, корекція психоемоційних розладів у хворих, мінеральна вода «Збручанська»

Methods. The detoxifying function of the liver was studied by the duration of sleep of animals due to the action of anesthesia - intraperitoneal administration of sodium thiopental (estimate the rate of metabolism of thiopental, carried out by the cytochrome-P-450-dependent monooxygenase system of hepatocytes). The structural and functional state of the liver parenchyma was assessed according to the study of histological preparations. The results of the studies showed that under the influence of the external application of "Lamidin" in the test rats, the liver1s detoxification function is enhanced (significantly significant decrease in the duration of sleep of animals). At the same time, structural signs of increased functional activity of hepatocytes are determined in the parenchyma. Conclusions. The authors believe that "Lamidan", due to the peculiarities of its chemical composition, enhances the metabolic and functional activity of hepatocytes but does not damage the correlative relationships between the structure and function of hepatocytes. Gushcha   Государственное учреждение «Украинский научно-исследовательский институт медицинской реабилитации и курортологи МЗ Украины», Одесса State Institution «Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Medical Rehabilitation and Resort Therapy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine», Odessa             Abstract           The state of insulin resistance was reproduced in white Wistar rats by injection of alloxan in the original dosage. This state was characterized by increased level of glucose during glucose tolerance test. Two-week internal application of aqueous solution of Poltava bishofite prevented disruption of the basal level of glucose in the blood of rats. The obtained data served as an experimental justification of application of bishofite in clinical practice on patients with the syndrome of insulin resistance affected by nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Decrease in concentration of total cholesterol, triglycerides and tendency to decrease in low density lipoprotein were noted after one month of application of the Poltava bishofite by these patients. Glucose level of the blood serum in the treatment process did not change significantly but insulin level decreased significantly, i.e. effectiveness of insulin activity increased. This resulted in a decrease of HOMA-IR index especially for patients with baseline hyperinsulinemia with insulin level decreasing in 1.6 times during treatment.   Keywords: aqueous solution of Poltava bishofite, insulin resistance.   Реферат У белых крыс линии Вистар было воспроизведено состояние инсулинорезистентности путем введения аллоксана в оригинальной дозировке. Это состояние характеризовалось повышением уровня глюкозы при проведении теста толерантности к глюкозе. Двухнедельное внутреннее применение водного раствора Полтавского бишофита предотвращало нарушение базального уровня глюкозы в крови крыс. Полученные данные послужили експериментальным обоснованием применения бишофита в клинической практике у больных с синдромом инсулинорезистентности на фоне неалкогольной жировой болезни печени. У этих больных после месячного приема Полтавского бишофита было установлено уменьшение концентрации общего холестерина, триглицеридов, тенденция к уменьшению липопротеидов низкой плотности. Уровень  глюкозы сыворотки крови в процессе лечения существенно не изменился, но уровень инсулина значительно снизился, т.е., эффективность инсулиновой активности повысилась. Это привело к снижению индекса НОМА-IR особенно у больных с исходной гиперинсулинемией, у которых уровень инсулина в процессе лечения снизился в 1,6 раза.   Ключевые слова: водный раствор Полтавской бишофит, резистентность к инсулину

    The relevance of studying the use of digital technologies in developing marketing strategies for agricultural enterprises lies in the growing importance of digital transformation in the farming sector. The article aims to study and analyse the use of digital technologies in developing marketing strategies for agricultural enterprises. The research hypothesis is that using digital technologies in developing marketing strategies for agricultural enterprises contributes to increasing the efficiency of marketing activities, improving communication with consumers and increasing the industry's competitiveness.This article examines modern digital technologies that can be used to develop marketing strategies for agricultural enterprises. The author provides examples of how social media platforms can attract consumers, showcase products, interact with customers and build a brand. It also describes using digital channels, such as email, content marketing, website advertising and search engine marketing, to attract new customers and improve sales. Data analytics and IoT technologies are considered tools for collecting and analysing market and customer information, which helps businesses improve their marketing strategies. In addition, the author highlights the use of virtual and augmented reality to present products and production processes to attract attention and create a positive brand image.The article discusses in detail the advantages of digital technologies in agriculture, such as attracting a larger audience, increasing brand awareness, improving the effectiveness of advertising, analysing data to improve strategies, and interacting with consumers. However, the author highlights disadvantages, such as technological dependence, competition and oversaturation, trust issues, human resource requirements, and costs. The use of digital technologies in developing marketing strategies for agricultural enterprises is an important area. They help agricultural enterprises attract more customers and improve analytics and data management. However, challenges related to infrastructure availability, consumer confidence, and the need for skilled staff must be considered. Overcoming these challenges can contribute to successfully implementing digital marketing strategies in agriculture.Актуальність дослідження використання цифрових технологій при розробці маркетингових стратегій сільськогосподарських підприємств полягає у зростаючому значенні цифрової трансформації в аграрному секторі. Метою статті є вивчення та аналіз використання цифрових технологій при розробці маркетингових стратегій сільськогосподарських підприємств. Гіпотеза дослідження: використання цифрових технологій при розробці маркетингових стратегій сільськогосподарських підприємств сприяє підвищенню ефективності маркетингових дій, покращенню комунікації зі споживачами та збільшенню конкурентоспроможності галузі.Ця стаття розглядає сучасні цифрові технології, які можуть бути застосовані при розробці маркетингових стратегій сільськогосподарських підприємств. Автор наводить приклади використання платформ соціальних медіа для залучення споживачів, показу продукції, взаємодії з клієнтами та побудови бренду. Також описується використання цифрових каналів, таких як електронна пошта, контент-маркетинг, реклама на сайтах та пошуковий маркетинг, для привернення нових клієнтів та покращення продажів. Аналітика даних та IoT-технології розглядаються як засоби для збору та аналізу інформації про ринок та споживачів, що допомагає підприємствам удосконалювати свої маркетингові стратегії. Крім того, автор виділяє використання віртуальної та доповненої реальності для презентації продукції та процесів виробництва з метою привернення уваги та створення позитивного іміджу бренду.У статті детально розглядаються переваги цифрових технологій у сільському господарстві, такі як залучення більшої аудиторії, збільшення свідомості про бренд, підвищення ефективності реклами, аналіз даних для удосконалення стратегій, взаємодія зі споживачами. Однак, автор також звертає увагу на деякі недоліки, такі як залежність від технологій, конкуренція та перенасиченість, проблеми з довірою, вимоги до кадрів, витрати.  Використання цифрових технологій при розробці маркетингових стратегій сільськогосподарських підприємств є важливим напрямом. Вони допомагають сільськогосподарським підприємствам залучати більше клієнтів, поліпшувати аналітику та управління даними. Однак, необхідно враховувати виклики, пов'язані з доступністю інфраструктури, довірою споживачів та необхідністю кваліфікованого персоналу. Подолання цих викликів може сприяти успішному впровадженню цифрових маркетингових стратегій у сільському господарстві

    Contact pressure effect on properties of the “bronze — steel” friction surfaces in the lubricant medium with nanoscale additives

    В работе приведены результаты исследований пар трения «бронза БрБ2 — сталь 45». Для определения зависимости влияния нагрузочно-скоростных режимов трибовзаимодействия была использована пластичная приработочная комплексная литиевая смазка третьего поколения OIMOL KL R 2 с ультрадисперсной алмазографитовой шихтой с концентрацией наноалмазов 0,5 %. Исследования показали, что в условиях граничного трения пары «бронза — сталь» модифицирование смазочного материала добавками ультрадисперсной алмазографитовой шихты эффективно при давлениях свыше 20 МПа. Установлено, что модифицированную смазку достаточно применять только на стадии приработки.= The paper presents the results of studies of friction pairs “bronze БрБ2 (BrB2) — steel 45”. To determine the dependence of the influence of the load-speed modes of tribo-interaction, a plastic running-in complex lithium lubricant of the third generation OIMOL KL R 2 was used with an ultrafine diamond-graphite charge with a concentration of nanodiamonds of 0.5 %. Studies have shown that under the boundary friction conditions of the “bronze — steel” pair, the modification of the lubricant with additives of ultrafine diamond-graphite charge is effective at pressures over 20 MPa. It has been established that it is sufficient to use the modified lubricant only at the running-in stage

Badiuk2 1 State Institution «Ukrainian Research Institute of Medical Rehabilitation Therapy of Ministry of Health of Ukraine», Odesa, Ukraine 2State Enterprise Ukrainian Research Institute for Medicine of Transport, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Odesa, Ukraine Abstract The article presents data on the effect of silicon-containing mineral waters (MW) and their artificial analogues with the corresponding content of metasilicic acid on the state of the stomach wall in the modeling of gastritis in white rats. It was established that the use of MW with different content of metasilicic acid has a unidirectional, positive effect on the course of gastritis. MW with greater mineralization, molarity and high content of methacrylic acid completely eliminate inflammation and moderately stimulate reparative processes. In the application of MW with less mineralization, molarity and lower content of metasilicic acid, there were definitive inflammation manifestations, but the manifestations of reparative processes were more pronounced. The same trend was observed with the use of artificial analogues - model solutions on distilled water with the corresponding content of metasilicic acid. It is determined the same restorative in the direction, but much weaker corrective effect than the corresponding MW.     Introduction: Neurosurgery is considered a technically demanding specialty; nonetheless, it also requires non-technical skills (NTSs) to reach mastery. Research question: This study seeks to understand how important NTSs are perceived by neurosurgeons across diverse roles and socio-economic backgrounds. The objective is to identify key NTSs and explore their role in surgical precision, teamwork, and collaboration. Material and method: An international survey involving 372 neurosurgeons from various socio-economic and cultural contexts was conducted. The extensive sample and inclusive methodology provide a comprehensive perspective on the perceived importance of NTSs in neurosurgery. Results: The survey results highlight the universal significance of NTSs among neurosurgeons. Attention to detail, humility, and self-awareness are considered essential for surgical precision, effective teamwork, and collaboration. The findings underscore the necessity for integrated training programs that combine NTSs with technical skills. Discussion and conclusion: The study emphasizes the importance of effective training methods such as simulations, mentorship, and role-playing in equipping neurosurgeons to navigate the complexities of their profession. Future research should focus on optimizing teaching methods for NTSs, comparing traditional courses, online modules, and hybrid training programs. Addressing the global disparity in neurosurgical care, particularly in low- and middle-income countries, is crucial for improving patient outcomes worldwide
