Effective Finite-Difference Methods For The Solutions Of Filtration Problems In Multilayer Domains
No full textIn papers [1,2] there were consider different assumptions for averaging methods along the vertical coordinate.These methods were applied for the mathematical simulation of the mass transfer process in multilayered underground systems. A specific feature of these problems is that it is necessity to solve the 3-D initial-boundary-value problems for parabolic type partial differential equations of second order with piece-wise parameters in multilayer domain.Therefore here an effective finite-difference method for solving a problem of the above type is developed.This method may be considered as a generalization of the method of finite volumes [3] for the layered systems. In the case of constant piece-wise coefficients we obtain the exact discrete approximation of steady-state 1-D boundary-value problem.This procedure allows to reduce the 3-D problem to a system of 2-D problems and the 2-D problem to a system of 1-D problems. 1. The Convergence And Stability Of Explicit Difference Schemes For Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation
No full textINTRODUCTION We consider the first boundary value problem for a nonlinear Schrodinger type equation. There are a lot of studies on the numerical solution of initial and initial--boundary problems for such equations [1--4]. We are interested in finite difference methods, that have some grid analogues of conservation laws. A three--layered explicit difference scheme of DuFort--Frankel--type is explicit, conditionally stable and have some grid conservation properties. This scheme was introduced for the Schrodinger equation in [3,4]. The consistency of this scheme requires the condition ø=h ! 0, where ø and h are time and space grid steps. In [4] the linear Schrodinger equations were investigated and stability of the schemes was proved. In [3] nonlinear equations were also discussed and the grid analogue of the conservative law in the space L 2 was obtained. But there were no proof of the convergence and

Processos de conhecimento associados à gestão para sustentabilidade: um estudo baseado na revisão sistemática de literatura

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento, Florianópolis, 2013A presente pesquisa, a partir de revisão sistemática de literatura, teve como objetivo identificar e analisar os processos de conhecimento que tem sido utilizados na gestão para sustentabilidade, buscando elucidar como esses processos contribuem para o desenvolvimento da gestão do conhecimento para sustentabilidade. No planejamento da pesquisa, definiu-se como termos chaves iniciais: gestão do conhecimento, os dez processos de conhecimento mais citados em frameworks de gestão do conhecimento baseado no estudo de Heisig (2009), combinados com os termos sustentabilidade e desenvolvimento sustentável. Foram coletados 226 artigos nas bases de dados Social Sciences Citation Index(SSCI) e Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED), pertencentes à plataforma de pesquisa ISI Web of Knowledge, no período de 1945 a 2012, e selecionados 94 artigos, entre estudos empíricos, tecnológicos, teóricos e de revisão de literatura. Os resultados apresentam análises descritivas quantitativas e qualitativas, além de análises do campo teórico, questões, objetivos e lacunas de pesquisa. Também foram identificados outros processos de conhecimento além daqueles selecionados na etapa de planejamento, que ampliam e enriquecem a visão do tema da pesquisa. Como maior aporte de uma revisão sistemática, a síntese é expressa em um framework conceitual, que reúne os elementos e as relações que dizem respeito à gestão dos processos de conhecimento associados à gestão para sustentabilidade. Nas considerações finais, a discussão aborda as contribuições e os limites da pesquisa, as implicações sociais e as sugestões para futuros estudos.Abstract: This study, based on literature systematic review, aims to identify and analyze the knowledge processes that have been used in management for sustainability, seeking to elucidate how these processes contribute to the development of knowledge management for sustainability. Instudy planning, it was defined as initial key terms: knowledge management,the ten most cited knowledge processes in knowledge management frameworks based on work by Heisig (2009), combined with the terms sustainability and sustainable development. We collected 226 articles in the database Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) and Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED), belonging to the research platform ISI Web of Knowledge, in the period from 1945 to 2012, and selected 94 articles, including empirical studies, technological studies, theoretical studies and literature review. The results present quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyzes, beyond analyzes of the theoretical field, research issues, objectives and gaps. Were also identified other knowledge processes beyond those selected in the planning stage, that expand and enrich the vision of the research topic. As a major input of a systematic review, the synthesis is expressed as a conceptual framework, which brings together the elements and relationships that relate to the management of knowledge processes associated with management for sustainability. In closing remarks, the discussion focuses onthe contributions and limitations of the research, the social implications and suggestions for future works

Get PDFSustainability is not a very useful parameter to evaluate the morality of an act, since it is an empty concept and it is linked with several heterogeneous matters. Meanwhile, the concept of sustainable development lacks specificity, as defined in terms of future needs, which are very difficult to predict. As a guide for our actions the concept of sustainable human development, formulated in terms of capabilities, philosophically grounded on an Aristotelian approach, will be more useful. This approach would also lead us to define a political theory for the common good, stating the centrality of the person in his entirety and complexity.La sostenibilidad, por sí misma, no es un criterio útil para evaluar la adecuación y moralidad de un acto, dado que se trata de un concepto abierto, necesitado de conexión con diversos elementos heterogéneos. Por su parte, el concepto de desarrollo sostenible carece de concreción, pues se define en términos de necesidades futuras de muy difícil predicción. Como guía de nuestras acciones será más útil el concepto de desarrollo humano sostenible, formulado en términos de capacidades, fundamentado filosóficamente en un enfoque aristotélico. Get PDFУ статті визначено, що неодмінною умовою здійснення мотиваційного процесу є наявність мотиваційних детермінант, які розділено на зовнішні (примушування та заохочення) та внутрішні (можливість отримати зиск або винагороду та переконання). Обґрунтовано, що загалом зовнішні мотиваційні детермінанти, які здійснюють вплив на керівників машинобудівних підприємств з метою реалізації заходів забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств, доцільно розділити на дві групи: такі, що формують негативну мотивацію і такі, що сприяють позитивній мотивації.
Виділено переваги впровадження заходів із забезпечення сталого розвитку машинобудівних підприємств, а саме: покращення фінансових показників діяльності; зниження операційних витрат; збільшення обсягів реалізації і покращення лояльності клієнтів; посилення іміджу бренду та репутації підприємства; підвищення продуктивності та якості праці; збільшення можливостей залучення та втримування працівників; зниження регулюючого нагляду; зниження відповідальності за безпечність продукції; вихід на ринок капіталу.
Досліджено фактори демотивації реалізації заходів на рівні підприємства з метою забезпечення сталого розвитку, які розділено на стримуючі і дестимулюючі або знижуючі.В статье определено, что непременным условием осуществления
мотивационного процесса является наличие мотивационных детерминант, которые
разделены на внешние (принуждение и поощрение) и внутренние (возможность получить
выгоду или вознаграждение и убеждения). Обосновано, что в целом внешние мотивационные
детерминанты, которые оказывают влияние на руководителей машиностроительных
предприятий с целью реализации мер обеспечения устойчивого развития предприятий,
целесообразно разделить на две группы: те, которые формируют негативную мотивацию и
такие, что способствуют положительной мотивации.
Выделены преимущества внедрения мероприятий по обеспечению устойчивого развития
машиностроительных предприятий, а именно: улучшение финансовых показателей
деятельности; снижение операционных расходов; увеличение объемов реализации и улучшения
лояльности клиентов; усиление имиджа бренда и репутации предприятия; повышение
производительности и качества труда; увеличение возможностей привлечения и содержание
работников; снижение регулирующего надзора; снижение ответственности за безопасность
продукции; выход на рынок капитала.
Исследованы факторы демотивации принятия мер на уровне предприятия с целью
обеспечения устойчивого развития, которые разделены на сдерживающие и дестимулирующие
или понижающие.In the article have been substantiated that the essential condition for
motivation process is the presence of motivational determinants, which are divided into external
(coercion and encouragement) and internal (the possibility of gaining or rewarding and
persuasive). In general, those external motivational determinants that influence the leaders of
machine-building enterprises to implement measures for ensuring the sustainable development
of enterprises were divided into two groups: those that form negative motivation and those that
promote positive motivation.
The paper reiterates that the advantages of implementing measures to ensure the
sustainable development of machine-building enterprises, are: improvement of financial
performance indicators; reduction of operating expenses; increase sales volumes and improve
customer loyalty; strengthening the image of the brand and the reputation of the company;
increase in productivity and quality of work; increasing opportunities for attracting and
retaining employees; reducing regulatory oversight; reduction of responsibility for product
safety; entry into the capital market.
There have been investigated the factors that demotivate to implement the measures to
ensure sustainable development of enterprise, which are divided into restraining and destimulating

No full textEl alcance central de esta investigación fue realizar un análisis crítico de los niveles, dimensiones e indicadores de sostenibilidad. Los procedimientos metodológicos utilizados abarcan la investigación cualitativa y bibliográfica. Los principales resultados indican que los niveles de sustentabilidad están relacionados con el reemplazo, o no, de capital natural con otros capitales existentes, y el nivel más adecuado en la práctica sería un promedio entre el nivel fuerte y débil de sustentabilidad. Las dimensiones de sostenibilidad del Triple Bottom Line están relacionadas con la delimitación del área de cobertura y la sostenibilidad se centra en la vitalidad de los sistemas (mantenimiento, protección y preservación). En el proceso de elaboración e identificación de indicadores de sostenibilidad, se deben observar las cualidades y características deseables, con un enfoque híbrido de arriba hacia abajo y de abajo hacia arriba. En este sentido, las concepciones de los términos de sostenibilidad son escasas y dispersas en la literatura. Esta investigación recopiló las definiciones de niveles, dimensiones e indicadores de sostenibilidad para ayudar a los investigadores y consultores en su comprensión.O escopo central desta pesquisa compreendeu a realização de uma análise crítica dos níveis, dimensões e indicadores de sustentabilidade. Os procedimentos metodológicos utilizados abrangem a pesquisa qualitativa e bibliográfica. Os principais resultados apontam que os níveis de sustentabilidade se relacionam à substituição, ou não, do capital natural por outros capitais existentes e o nível mais adequado na prática seria uma média entre o nível forte e fraco de sustentabilidade. As dimensões Triple Bottom Line da sustentabilidade relacionam-se à delimitação da área de abrangência e a sustentabilidade concentra-se na vitalidade dos sistemas (mantendo, protegendo e preservando). No processo de elaboração e identificação dos indicadores de sustentabilidade deve-se observar as qualidades desejáveis e suas características, com abordagem híbrida da top-down e bottom-up. Neste sentido, as concepções dos termos da sustentabilidade são escassas e dispersos na literatura. Esta pesquisa compilou as definições dos níveis, dimensões e dos indicadores de sustentabilidade para auxiliar pesquisadores e consultores no seu entendimento
