Mangrove forest ecosystem is a type of forest that are mostly located along the
coast or a river that survival is affected by the tide. ecosystems mangrove in hamlet II of
sembilan island has long used surrounding peoples for land aquaculture and for firewood.
This research aims to determine the structure and composition of mangrove vegetation,
water conditions, soil pH conditions along the substrate. This study was conducted in
March 2016 to May 2016. The study was conducted with a purposive random sampling
method by means of mangrove vegetation observation and measurement of water quality
parameters, substrates and soil pH. Mangrove species found at the study site as many as 27
species of the A. ebracteus, A. ilicifolius A. aureum, A. cornilatum, A. floridum, A. alba,
A. lanata, A.marina, A. officinalis, B. cylindrica, B. gymnorhyza, C.
decandra, C.tagal, E. agallocha, L. littorea, L. racemosa, N. Fruticans, R.
apiculata, R. stylosa, R. mucronata, S. hidrophidacae, S. portucastrum, S. alba, S.
caseolaris, S. ovata, X. granatum, X. mollucensis. Based on ministerial decree of living
environment No. 201 In 2004, the density of mangrove in Hamlet II of Sembilan Island
Village included in the category of very dense (both categories). Mangrove substrate types

This paper has purpose to know about the impact service quality of customer satisfaction in PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. The writer take the title to find out how the impact of service quality on satisfaction. The method used is a descriptive analysis with searching trought library,observation and quetioner. Technical analysis used of data is descriptive analysis, the data has been collected will be processed with SPSS. In this study the author used technical data analysis correlation.
From the results of this study it can be concluded that the prence of a positive relationship between service quality on customer satisfaction by 5,293 and the magnitude of impact of service quality to customer PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol conducted customer satisfaction levels by 29,2% while the remaining 70,8% influenced by other factors
Analisis Keterampilan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi Mahasiswa Dalam Menyelesaikan Pewarnaan Titik r-Dinamis Ditinjau Dari Kemampuan Berpikir Reflektif dan Penerapan Discovery Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan level keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi
mahasiswa yang berkemampuan berpikir reflektif dalam menyelesaiakan soal
pewarnaan titik r-dinamis dari kelas eksperimen, terdapat 11,11% siswa yang
memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah, dan 88,89% memiliki kemampuan
berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan kemampuan berpikir reflektif mereka 25% dari
rendah tingkat, 68,75% tingkat sedang, 6,25% dari tingkat tinggi. Dari kelas
kontrol, terdapat 27,78% siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah
dan 72,22% siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan
kemampuan berpikir reflektif mereka adalah 53,85% level rendah, dan 46,15%
level sedang.
Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi mahasiswa dalam
menyelesaikan pewarnaan titik r-dinamis yang berkemampuan berpikir reflektif dan
yang tidak pada tahap pos tes dengan nilai signifikansi uji independent sample t
tes 0,05 dimana nilai tersebut ≤0,05.
Terdapat pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap
keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan pewarnaan
titik r-dinamis yang berkemampuan berpikir reflektif dengan hasil uji regresi model
pembelajaran untuk kelas eksperimen

Production of Methyl Laurate From Coconut Cream Through Fractionation of Methyl Ester
This paper concerns the production of methyl laurate from coconut cream through fractionation of methyl esters. Coconut oil was produced by wet processing of coconut cream. The esters were prepared by reacting coconut oil and methanol using homogeneous catalyst KOH in a batch reactor, followed by fractionation of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) at various reduced pressures applying differential batch vacuum distillation. Experimental data were compared with simulation of a batch distillation employing the simple Raoult's model and modified Raoult's model of phase equilibria. Activity coefficients (γi) were determined by optimization to refine the models. The modified Rault's model with activity coefficients gave better agreement with the experimental data, giving the value of γi between 0,56-0,73. For a given boiling temperature, lower operating pressure produced higher purity of C10 and C12 FAME for respective distillates
Periphyton Diversity and Its Relationship with Water Quality in The Deli River, North Sumatra Province
Periphyton are microorganisms, both plants and animals, that live attached to, move freely or are attached to the surface of objects in rivers such as rocks, wood, stems of aquatic plants, and so on. Because periphyton is relatively immobile, the abundance and composition of periphyton in waters is influenced by the quality of the waters in which they live. To determine periphyton diversity, it can be assessed using population density, relative density, Shannon-Weinner diversity index, and dominance index and PCA (Principal Component Analysis). The aim of this research is to determine the diversity of periphyton and its relationship with water quality in the Deli River, North Sumatra Province. This research uses quantitative descriptive where the author describes or concludes the data in the form of numbers. The research was carried out in July-August 2023 using a purposive sampling method, namely by selecting 18 points along the Deli River. Physical and chemical water parameters were also measured in the form of temperature, pH, DO, depth, current speed, brightness, depth, nitrate and phosate. The results of this research show that there are three classes, namely the Bacillariophyceae class, the Chlorophyceae class and the Cyanophyceae class. Laju Dekomposisi Serasah Daun Rhizophora apiculata dan Kontribusi terhadap Unsur Hara di Perairan Pulau Sembilan Kecamatan Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat
The mangrove litter which has been decomposed contributes organic matter as
source of nutrients, mangrove and natural food source for many species of fish
and other organisms in the mangrove ecosystem.The purpose of this research is to
know the decomposition rate of R. apiculata litter leaf and to know the nutrient
content of carbon (C), nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) in the R. apiculata litter
leaf which been released during the decomposition time. This research was done
at the waters of the Island Sembilan Districs Langkat District Pangkalan Susu,
North Sumatra Province during March until June 2016. This research used
purposive sampling method at three stations and the determination of the station is
done by seeing the availability of R. apiculata at the waters of the Island
Sembilan.The results showed that the decomposition rate of R. apiculata litter leaf
on day 75 are 8,53 in stasiun I, 8,58 in station II and 10,18 in III station. The
fastest decomposition rate is the station I with 10,18 and the slowest
decomposition rate is the station I with 8,53. The nutrient of carbon during
decomposition in 75 days are 17,41 % at station I, 15,84% at station II and 17,41
% at station III. Nutrient of nitrogen which beendecomposed on day 75 are 0,98 %
in station I, 1,18 % in station II and 1,18 % in station III. Nutrient of phosphorus
during decomposition in 75 days are 0,08 % in station I, 0,09 % in station II and

Spatial Model of Mangrove Density Change in the Mangrove Ecosystem Area of Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang Regency
Research on Spatial Model of Mangrove Density Change in the Pantai Labu
Mangrove Ecosystem Area, Deli Serdang Regency using the spatial data model
analysis method with remote sensing using Sentinel 2A satellite imagery. Data
collection using purposive sampling method and field observations using Canopy
Cover Free application analyzing vegetation density data using Line transect
method. This research was conducted from October 2023 to February 2024. This
research uses mangrove density vegetation analysis, statistical analysis, regression
and data validation tests to form a spatial model of mangrove density changes in
the Labu Beach Mangrove Ecosystem Area of Deli Serdang Regency in 2016 and
2023 using Sentinel 2A satellite imagery and to determine the density and type of
mangroves in the Labu Beach Mangrove Ecosystem Area of Deli Serdang Regency.
The results showed that the vegetation density (canopy cover) of the mangrove
ecosystem area of Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang Regency in several areas decreased
and increased due to various anthropogenic activities and natural activities with a
comparison of 2016 and 2023. The percentage change in mangrove density in 2016
and 2023 in the low density class increased by 2,33%, medium density decreased
by 9,49%, and high density increased by 7,13%. The findings of mangroves found
at the research site consist of true mangroves and mangroves (not true). There are
14 types of true mangroves at the research site, including ; A. ebrateatus, A.
ilicifolius, B. gymnorhiza, B. sexangular, C. tagal, R. stylosa, R. apiculata, A. alba,
A. lanata, A. corniculatum, S. hydrophylacea, X. granatum, L. racemose, A.
speciosum sedangkan jenis mangrove tidak sejati adalah H.tiliaceus. It is expected
that the management and rehabilitation policy of mangrove ecosystems in Pantai
Labu will prevent the occurrence of various unfavorable impacts in order to

Pengembangan Materi Ajar Tema Indahnya Keragaman Di Negeriku Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Bondowoso Kelas IV SDN Tamanan 01
Pada kurikulum 2013, guru kelas IV di SDN Tamanan 01 hanya berpacu pada buku tematik yang telah disediakan pemerintah dalam proses pembelajaran. Buku Siswa yang diberikan oleh pemerintah digunakan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Sedangkan daerah tempat tinggal dan lingkungan siswa sangat beragam namun kearifan lokal pada masing-masing daerah siswa tidak termuat dalam buku tersebut. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan materi ajar tematik berbasis kearifan lokal Bondowoso pada tema Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku untuk kelas IV SD, selanjutnya dari hasil pengembangan tersebut diukur validitas materi ajar tematik berbasis kearifan lokal Bondowoso, hasil belajar siswa, dan respon siswa untuk mengukur kelayakan materi ajar yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah dijelaskan, maka rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah proses dan hasil pengembangan materi ajar tema Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku berbasis kearifan lokal Bondowoso kelas IV SDN Tamanan 01.
Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur penelitian pengembangan ini adalah pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) model Borg and Gall. Ketujuh tahapan pengembangan Borg & Gall (dalam Gooch,2012:85) yaitu sebagai berikut : (1) Analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan untuk mengetahui data dan informasi yang tepat berkaitan dengan kebutuhan produk tertentu yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan dalam melakukan penelitian pengembangan. (2) Perencanaan dan desain produk, membuat perencanaan desain produk yang dikembangkan dengan mengulas materi, pemilihan gambar pendukung, membuat desain layout, penyusunan kalimat yang komunikatif dan hal lainnya yang disajikan dalam materi ajar
Kajian Kesesuaian Ekowisata Mangrove di Pantai Bali Desa Mesjid Lama Kecamatan Talawi Kabupaten Batu Bara Provinsi Sumatera Utara
Bali Beach is a beach located in Batu Bara with an area of approximately 637.22
ha which is a coastal area about 30.6% of the total area of its territory. This study aims
to determine the potential of mangrove ecosystem ecotourism as an object, calculate the
suitability and mangrove eco-tourism carrying capacity, inventory of facilities and
supporting infrastructure in Bali Beach and create patterns of mangrove ecotourism
management at Bali Beach. Potential of mangrove obtained by transect measurements
of mangrove while the tour suitability obtained by using mangrove ecotourism
suitability criteria and supported by interviews with the community and visitors to
establish the carrying capacity of the area and the concept of management. The study
was conducted in March to April 2014. The method used was purposive sampling for
potential mangrove and interviews. Stations used consisted of the first station (located
in the eastern part of Bali Beach), station II (located in the middle of Bali Beach) and
station III(located at the West Coast of Bali Beach). Mangrove species found include:
Excoecaria agallocha, Avicennia marina, A. lanata, Bruguiera sexangula, B.
cylindrica, Rhizophora mucronata, Aegiceras corniculatum, A. Officinalis, R. stylosa,
Ceriops tagal with a population density values exceeding 1000 trees / ha. Suitability
Index tour of mangrove 69.23% at the station I Unconditional Under category, 94.87%
at station II and III to Category Match. Carrying capacity (DDK) of 8 persons / day on
the first station, 37 people / day at station II and 16 persons / day at station III. The
concept of ecotourism management determined Bali beach entirely to local
