Evaluation of The Strength of Existing Structure of Medan Club Wooden Building in Accordance with The Indonesian National Standard for Wooden Buildings SNI 7973 - 2013
As a construction material, wood was known and widely used before people became familiar with concrete and steel. The use of wood provided that it can safely withstand different working loads for a specified period of time. The Medan Club building is a cultural heritage of Japanese civilization which occupied Indonesia in the 19th century. This building gives us an understanding of the architectural styles and traditional construction techniques of Japanese society in the past. This research was conducted to evaluate the performance of structural components of iconic and historic buildings in the city of Medan which have been established since 1879. This research began with observations of the Medan Club building which is located on Jalan RA Kartini, Kelurahan Madras Hulu, Kecamatan Medan Polonia, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. After that, the problem of structural components which visually failed was formulated, after which it was continued with collecting field data in the form of data on the wood material of the Medan Club building and data on the size of the Medan Club building. Then structural modeling and analysis was carried out in Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2024 software. Next, corrected reference design values were calculated based on SNI 7973-2013. After obtaining the corrected reference design values, an evaluation of the strength of the structural components of the Medan Club building is carried out. If failure occurs in the structural components of the Medan Club building, structural strengthening will be carried out. The Medan Club beam structural components experienced excessive deflection based on the SNI 7973-2013 timber structure building construction requirements, the deflection value that occurred was 39 mm ≥ 28.23 mm. The solution to the failure of a beam whose deflection exceeds the allowable deflection is to install a steel plate next to the beam, with a plate measuring 20 mm x 200 mm and connected with a Shear Connector with a diameter of 16 mm with a distance between shear connectors of 300 mm. Reinforcement with steel plates installed next to the timber beams reduces the deflection that occurs in the beam, so that the deflection value that occurs in the beam becomes 16 mm ≤ 28.3.128 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang:Bencana alam yang terjadi tanggal 28 september 2018 yang terjadi di Palu, Sigi dan Donggala berdampak pada ratusan ribu korban jiwa dan dapat memicu terjadinya peningkatan tingkat kecemasan. Hal ini membuat peneliti ingin mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan pasca bencana alam pada siswa SMA Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Kecemasan Pasca Bencana Alam pada Siswa SMA Negeri Model Terpadu Madani pada Tahun 2019.
Metode: Jenis penelitian observasi deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability(purposive sampling). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Kuesioner HARS (Skala Penlaian Kecemasan Hamilton) dan Kuesioner Pengalaman Terkait Bencana Alam.
Hasil:Hasil penelitian ini adalah yang tidak mengalami kecemasan berjumlah 43 orang (47,8 %), dan yang mengalami kecemasan berjumlah 47 orang (52,2%) diantaranya adalah kecemasan ringan berjumlah 21 orang (23,3%), kecemasan sedang 15 orang (16,7%) & kecemasan berat berjumlah 11 orang (12,2 %). Dan di dominasi responden perempuan sebanyak 64 orang (71,1%), usia 16 tahun sebanyak 40 orang (44,4%) dan kelas 11 sebanyak 33 orang (73,3%).
Kesimpulan:Sebagian besar siswa SMA Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu mengalami kecemasan dan terbanyak ialah kecemasan ringan serta di dominasi responden Perempuan, Usia 16 Tahun dan Kelas 11.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Profitability Through Bibliometric Analysis
This study analyzes the development of research on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability conducted by Indonesian scholars during the 2010–2025 period using a bibliometric analysis approach based on Scopus data. A total of 84 articles were examined to identify publication trends, author productivity, and main research themes. The results indicate a significant increase in publications since 2016, peaking in 2020. The most influential authors include Maya Novitasari, Ardi Gunardi, and Veronica Siregar. The dominant research themes focus on the relationship between CSR and profitability, corporate governance, and sustainability. This study confirms that CSR is viewed not merely as a moral obligation but as a sustainable business strategy. However, research collaboration among Indonesian authors remains limited and should be expanded to strengthen Indonesia’s academic contribution to global CSR literature
Implementasi Peraturan Mentri Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal Dan Transmigrasi Nomor 2 Tahun 2016 Tentang Indeks Desa Membangun Di Desa Teluk Paman Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kabupaten Kampar
The Developing Village Index is a composite index formed based on three indices, namely the Social Resilience Index, the Economic Resilience Index and the Ecological / Environmental Resilience Index. Policy implementation is a complex activity with so many factors that influence the success of a policy implementation. Thus, the aim of this research is to know how to implement the policies of the Village Ministerial Regulation. This is to determine the obstacles to the implementation of the Village Ministerial Regulation in increasing the status of the Village in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. The indicators set in this study according to Edward III are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The key informant of the author is the Head of Teluk Paman Village with the author informants being the Village Secretary, the Village Chief, the Head of the BPD, the Village Facilitator, the Village Community Empowerment Service and the Teluk Paman Village Community. Data collection techniques, namely making observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the implementation of the Village Ministerial Regulation has not been going well, but there are obstacles, namely the lack of human resources who understand deeply about this Village Ministerial Regulation and the lack of facilities that support the Village Ministerial Regulation
Public Service Innovation Through the Implementation of the E-Boarding Pass System on Long Distance Trains at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero)
This article aims to find out how to innovate the implementation of the e-boarding pass system at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) whether delivered well to train users or not, until they switch from conventional ticket printing to ticket printing system via e-boarding pass with smartphone. The problem is focused on the e-boarding pass system which the author considers very innovative in utilizing technology that is growing every year, especially services must think how they optimize their services, one of which is by utilizing technology in changing the old system that is considered irrelevant to use and there are always problems in it by overhauling certain aspects such as purchasing and printing tickets manually through tellers are being changed to online based system ranging from purchasing or printing tickets. To approach the problem of the author using a theoretical reference from Cresswell by using a type of qualitative research that is a literature study that uses books and other literature as the main object, because the author uses literature research then the data obtained through books and literature that supports research. This paper concludes that policy innovations in the implementation of the e-boarding pass system whether it goes as expected
Estimation of Traffic Density Using CNN with Simple Architecture
Traffic congestion might be a problem that is commonly encountered in large cities. Currently, most traffic control systems are still unable to capture traffic data, which means that traffic lights cannot be programmed to be adaptive. In this research paper, a traffic density estimation system based on Convolutional Neural Network was created. In order to do so, a video frame from a road surveillance camera was divided into several blocks. The CNN was then used to predict whether each of those blocks was occupied by vehicles. By doing so, the traffic density of each frame is able to be estimated. The result showed that the simplest CNN model, which only consisted of 27,074 weights and biases, achieved the accuracy of 97.47% and 96.57% towards training and validation data, respectively. The processing speed itself is decent since the system was able to run at approximately 15.52 frames per second
SuroTex: Surrounding texture datasetMendeley Data
Texture analysis can be considered as one of the most important topics in the field of image processing and computer vision. However, the existing texture datasets such as KTH-TIPS, KTH-TIPS2, USPTex, DTD, and ALOT still have limitations which causes the resulting analysis on different texture classification algorithms to be somewhat unreliable. The two main reasons behind this problem are the limited number of texture classes and the non-uniformity of the image sizes. To address this issue, we introduce a new texture classification dataset named SuroTex (Surrounding Texture) Dataset. The dataset, which was collected back in November 2023 in Ulsan, South Korea, contains 5000 image textures. These number of samples are divided into 50 classes, each with 100 RGB samples of size 400 × 400 pixels. Future researchers can use SuroTex for a benchmark dataset both for general image classification or specifically for texture classification tasks. Additionally, models trained on this dataset can also act as a pre-trained model which can further be fine-tuned for similar purposes such as texture-based material classification
Deteksi Kondisi Uang Bagus Dan Rusak Dengan Pengolahan Citra Digital Berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)
Intisari— Peredaran uang tunai yang layak edar sangat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan kualitas transaksi keuangan. Namun, identifikasi kondisi uang kertas masih dilakukan secara manual, yang memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem deteksi kondisi uang berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk mengklasifikasikan uang dalam kondisi baik atau rusak secara otomatis. Dataset terdiri dari 500 gambar uang, yang diproses menggunakan augmentasi data dan dibagi menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data validasi. Model CNN yang dikembangkan memiliki lapisan utama seperti konvolusi, batch normalization, ReLU, pooling, dan fully connected layer, serta dilatih dengan optimizer Adam selama 50 epoch dengan learning rate 0.00001. Implementasi sistem dalam Graphical User Interface (GUI) berbasis MATLAB mempermudah penggunaannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi validasi 93%, precision 97%, dan recall 96%. Survei terhadap Bank Indonesia menunjukkan sistem ini mendapat skor sempurna dalam efisiensi, akurasi, kemudahan pengoperasian, dan kecepatan deteksi. Dengan hasil ini, sistem memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan dalam layanan kas keliling Bank Indonesia dan lembaga keuangan lainnya.
