Kata Kunci : Ergonomi, Budaya Sunda, Ergokultur, Kuliner ABSTRACT  The fast food business is growing rapidly in Bandung. Started by delivery-order activities of multinational fast food companies. Food ordered, delivered to all corners of the city. The fast food vendors, use traditional wheeled mode of transportation to reach the consumer's domicile, namely: carts, bicycles, motorcycles, triseda, and cars. The use of other modes of transport, adapted to the cruising area, duration of action, weight limits, volume, and type of cuisine. This business phenomenon has become an icon of urban culture in the city of Bandung, which support the Bandung city branding as a leading culinary tourism in Indonesia.  Many traders use trading facilities and the type of motorcycle they are, if not consider the factor of safety, comfort, hygiene and health. The problem is there is an issue of ergonomics and culture. With the approach of ergonomics studies and culture (cultural ergonomics; ergoculture), earned opportunities to show solutions through product design of trading facilities for fast food trade in accordance with the concept of Sundanese culinary culture. Implementation indigenous Sundanese culture obtained from delivery culinary tradition by using 'tetenong', which has a very ergonomic custom rules Keywords: Ergonomics, Sundanese culture, Ergoculture, Culinar
DESAIN WORKSTATION SAUNG KULINER BERDASAR KAJIAN EGO-KULTURAL SUNDA
AbstractOne of the causes of slums in the city of Bandung is the use of untreated tent stalls. The entrepreneurial society does not have the basic culinary culture tent use, because they do not have the sensitivity to maintain it. The tent stalls were originally temporary, has turned into a permanent. Through a review ofethnography, derived the concept of systematic ergonomic working in the kitchen, which is connected with the efficient use of workspace and effective use of a kitchen utensil. In the concept of Sundanese local wisdom, known as the hierarchy level of comfort based on individuals, families and communities, namely \u27genah-merenah-tumaninah\u27, characterized by the use of huts \u27badak heuay and jogo anjing,\u27 home stage \u27jolopong, babancong, sontong\u27, and building \u27galudra ngupuk, Jangga wirangga and towering ngapak\u27. This hierarchy shows the concept of stages in the culinary business Sundanese, according turnover and experience, the tavern, eating houses and restaurants. The design of furniture products in the aesthetic form of huts \u27badak heuay and jogo anjing\u27, This is one of the solutions in rediscovering saung that has been lost, because of eroded stall tent of a foreign culture.
Abstract  The kujang recognizable as a typical cultural artifact Sunda. Classification of Kujang is determined by functions, namely as weapons, agricultural tools and ceremonial tool. The functions of kujangs are determined based on user behavior that characterize a particular form, this phenomenon is interesting to traced, to determine the elements in form of Kujang huma pamangkas as agricultural tools who showing variability of functions, the study sought to explore the visual perception of some observers, through VAS approach (visual analog scale) and the ANOVA test (analysis of variance), towards some form of kujang pamangkas from several museums, This study concluded the fact the relationship between form with function (form follows function), which was preserved until the present into the design characteristics of traditional farming tools in west Java. Keyword: Kujang, huma, Sunda ABSTRAK  Kujang dikenali sebagai artefak khas budaya Sunda.
Bebegig Sukamantri: Astral Sunda Heritage in Indonesia
This article provides a glimpse into the story and meaning of the Bebegig Sukamantri Mask which is used in the art of a sustainable and fast-growing folk carnival in West Java, Indonesia. The masks used in the carnival are unique and are an expression of the cultural heritage left by the ancestors of the ancient Sundanese people in West Java.
Each mask creation, in various colors and shapes, derives from the face of Batarakala, who is a very well-known figure in Hindu culture and represents the god of anger. Based on the various shapes and colors of the masks, there are three groups, which are believed to relate to the mythology of the existence of astral creatures that protected ancient Sundanese people, namely Rakshasa for the nobility, Detya for the common people and Denawa for the clergy. The existence of these astral beings is found in the 15th-century ancient manuscript entitled Sanghyang Siksa Kanda ing Karesian (a clue to Reshi).
Preserving the Bebegig Sukamantri mask as part of ancient Sundanese cultural heritage is a worthwhile goal because of its uniqueness and its significance for future generations. It is, moreover, greatly appreciated as a cultural carnival event at both national and international level.
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
