Get PDFPurpose of this paper is to see the effectiveness of the principal's leadership in
improving teacher achievement at SMK Putra Anda Binjai. This research took place at
SMK Putra Anda Binjai which is located on JL. WR Mongonsidi No. 22, Satria
Village, Binjai City Regency. The research was conducted on June 9, 2021. The subject
of this research is the school owner who acts as a leader at SMK Putra Anda Binjai. The
data collection technique is by interview. The results of this study are: (1). The
leadership behavior at SMK Putra Anda Binjai in teacher performance management is
to always provide direction to teacher activities and student activities at school, provide
motivation to teachers in carrying out learning at school, always communicate well
with all teachers at school, be disciplined and firm in every decision making at school,
and Create a family relationship in the school both to teachers, students and other staff.
(2). The influence on teacher performance in schools can be seen from four aspects,
namely discipline aspects, religious aspects, cooperation aspects, leadership aspects. (3).
The forms of principal performance management strategies in improving teacher
performance are 1) strategies for providing allowances/salaries/rewards, 2) paying
attention to teachers, 3) providing teacher training in honing teacher skills, 4)
empowering teachers in decision making

perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI SMK
Putra Anda Binjai Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah
siswa SMK Putra Anda Binjai sedangkan objeknya adalah pengaruh pemanfaatan
perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa
kelas XI yang berjumlah 47 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui
angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas untuk setiap butir angket menggunakan
rumus korelasi product moment. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah
analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi. Setelah melakukan
penelitian, penulis mendapat kesimpulan akhir bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh
yang signifikan dari pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar
akuntansi siswa kelas XI, dengan mengetahui bahwa nilai r square = 0,001 jauh lebih
kecil darupada rtabel pada taraf 5% dan pada taraf 1% yaitu 0,288 > 0,001 <
0,372. Maka, dengan ini disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat adanya penagaruh
pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas
XI SMK Putra Anda Binja

mengetahui Pengaruh Metode BelajarAktif Quiz Team Terhadap Hasil Belajar
Siswa Kelas XI Ak SMK Putra Anda Binjai Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 pada
pokok materi Akuntansi perusahan jasa Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Putra Anda yang beralamat di Jl. WR.
Mongonsidi No. 22 Binjai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa
kelas XI Ak SMK yang berjumlah 40 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan
adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Ak SMK yang berjumlah 40 sebagai sampel
penelitian. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan tes tertulis
yang berbentuk lembar kerja siswa yang terdiri dari 15 item angket dan 9 item pre
test, 9 item post test yang terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya.
Dari hasil analisis pada angket metode pembelajaran diperoleh skor setelah
menggunakan metode pembelajaran Quiz Team nilai rata – rata 34,225 dan
standar deviasi 10,98. Pre test diperoleh nilai rata-rata 71, dan standar deviasi
10,16. Sedangkan post test nilai rata-rata 85 dan standar deviasi 11,96 dalam
pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung 14,989 dan bila dikonsultasikan dengan nilai
tabel “t” pada taraf signifikan 0,05, dengan db = N – 1 = 39 maka ttabel = 1,685
dengan demikian thitung > ttabel (14,989 > 1,685), sehingga kesimpulannya adalah :
“Ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di kelas XI SMK Putra Anda Binjai. setelah
menggunakan Metode Belajar Aktif Quiz Team Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa

Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Audio Visual Terhadap Kemampuan Mengolah Kulit Pie di SMK Putra Anda Binjai
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kemampuan mengolah kulit pie siswa yang menggunakan media power point pada pelajaran bakery pastry (2) Kemampuan mengolah kulit pie siswa yang menggunakan media audio visual pada pelajaran bakery pastry (3) Pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan mengolah membuat kulit pie pada mata pelajaran bakery pastry. Lokasi penelitian SMK Putra Anda Binjai. Waktu penelitian Agustus 2020. Pengambilan sampel secara teknik random sampling. Dengan jumlah 50 orang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan. Teknik analisis data secara deskripsi, uji kecenderungan, uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengolah kulit pie pada kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan media Microsoft Power Point diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 77,68 dan standar deviasi 2,58 dengan tingkat kecenderungan nilai kategori cukup sebesar 48%. Sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan media audio visual diperoleh nilai rata-rata 90,26 dan standar deviasi 2,78 dengan tingkat kecenderungan nilai kategori tinggi sebesar 36%. Dari hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung ttabel (6,24 1,708) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunan media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap kemampuan mengolah bakery pastry di SMK Putra Anda Binja

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
