Manfaat dan Usulan Penerapan Quality Control Circle (QCC) pada Industri Penerbangan di Indonesia: A Literature Review
Quality Control Circle (QCC) is a routine activity that is carried out systematically in various manufacturing industries by employees in the department, which is a demand from the current conditions of the manufacturing industry which are currently developing in various industries. Quality products in accordance with applicable regulations can overcome problems regarding quality, which is an action to improve quality aimed at increasing competition in gaining consumer loyalty. The purpose of this article is to explore the benefits and proposals for implementing QCC or what is known as the quality control group, which is a method to improve product quality, productivity and reduce product defects in various industries to provide recommendations to the aviation industry in Indonesia. Writing articles in this study by conducting literature reviews from international journals and national journals in various industries, by collecting and analyzing then concluding as many as 21 journals published in 2010 to 2023 regarding the implementation of QCC. Journals that have been collected are then analyzed by looking for research objectives and results then drawing conclusions from various journals, with analysis of literature reviews that can improve product quality, productivity, and reduce product defects in various industries so that researchers recommend the application of the QCC method in the aviation industry based on on a literature review
The Application of Using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools : Research Issues and Literature Review
A large company or industry must be able to overcome and
resolve any problems that are being faced or in the future. Given
that quality is the main thing that will measure the success of a
company. One of the methods used in quality control is Statistical
Process Control (SPC). The method to be used for this study is
the study of literature. The method used is to review the 2016-
2020 research papers that consistently apply the SPC method and
have been published. The literature review process in this study
combines published and relevant literature meta-analyses to
provide some evidence of the effect of the existence of the
implementation of the SPC method with several classifications.
The classification includes the growth of research publications in
the manufacturing sector and other sectors. The results of
research literature that have been published from 2015 - 2020 is
this research is useful as a basis for developing knowledge, gaps
in views, providing evidence of effects, and if done well, has the
capacity to be applied as further research ideas. An objective
application of the SPC method can result in the elimination of
waste as reduce defect and increasing quality and improving
process. Subjective application of the SPC method requires high
process commitment because the SPC method implements must be
carried out continuously

Penerapan Traceability System Pada Industri Otomotif Berbasis Industri 4.0
The automotive industry is one of the industrial sectors that can support income for countries in the world. In developments in the industry, every product produced is inseparable from end user/customer complaints due to defective components that pass the Quality Control Final Inspection check so that the product is sent to the customer. This must be anticipated because it greatly influences the level of customer satisfaction and will affect sales. Technological developments that are a challenge for the industry include the ability to present information relating to the history and movement of an item or object through each stage of the production and distribution process. This system requires supply chain actors to know who supplies the automotive industry and to whom the finished product is sent, so that each actor has access to information both upstream and downstream. The data and information needed in this research are research variables, dimensions and indicators, research variables and dimensions are taken from theoretical concepts, all operational indicators are used as guidelines that are in accordance with the concept. Through the implementation of the Traceability System, it will be easier to find the root cause and the ability to trace the process where the problematic material was produced, so that we can respond quickly and accurately to market claims from customers because each process has been integrated with the Barcode system. The supporting systems and devices are needed for a smooth traceability process. Through the implementation of the Traceability System, it is hoped that similar complaints from End Users/Customers will not occur again afterwards so that it will further increase customer trust which will have an impact on increasing orders which will directly increase company profits.

Reducing The Operational Stop Time of Hauller Komatsu Hd465-7 by Using the Six Sigma’s Approach in PT X
An operational stop time is a condition where heavy equipment is not working as usual. It is important to avoid this condition since excessive idling wastes an enormous amount of fuel and money. However, the operational stop time of a dump truck Hauller HD465-7 is 2.83 minutes, which is far above the normal standard. This project aims to optimize the improvement of an operational stop time by using a Six Sigma method with optimize plan selection. This will return the operational stop time to the standard range within 1.25 to 1.65 minutes. These steps of define, measure, analyze, improve, and control are applied to the standardization process according to the rules and criteria established by the Six Sigma. The result found that the Six Sigma’s approach which was applied in PT X has reduced the cost from US963,000 every month. An improvement have been made to matching fleet by combining six fleet of dump trucks at driving speed of 22 km per hour and the average simulated haul distance was 2,000 meters
A Systematic Literature Review of Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA)
Many organizations measure and assess organizational performance as a strategy to improve competitiveness globally, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) is a prestigious award regarding quality management created in the USA. This paper reviews 50 journals on MBNQA from various countries and found that about 48% of researchers use the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) approach to measure organizational performance. We also compare MBNQA with other quality awards such as the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and the Deming Prize to illustrate what criteria we can use in improving Business Excellent Models (BEM). Peran penting desain industri dalam merancang produk-produk kreatif dan maketable dan tantangan bagi para engineer, industrial designer, dan para praktisi industri lokal yang cenderung hanya sebagai assembly industry(industri perakitan) juga diulas dan disajikan dengan bahasa yang sederhana dan mudah dimengerti.
