Busana muslimah memberikan simbol sebagai nilai-nilai agama
bagi pemakainya, karena busana muslimah bersumber pada ajaran agama
dan nilai-nilai mora yang tinggi. Maka busana muslimah dapat dikatakan
suatu simbol gerakan keagamaan pada seseorang. Selera terhadap estetika
dalam fashion muslim telah mengantarkan busana muslimah sebagai
busana yang berkelas dan menjadi kebutuhan setiap wanita muslim.
fashion diciptakan bukan untuk fungsi namun untuk estetika (keindahan),
dirancang bukan melindungi keindahan, namun untuk mengekspos
keindahan. Oleh karena itu Islam mengatur tata cara berpakaian, adab
kesopanan pakaian sebagai nilai-nilai Islam.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu representament
analisis dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce.
Dimana, penulis hanya berfokus dalam mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai Islam
dalam busana muslim karya desainer Dian Pelangi.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil data pada akun
instagram @dianpelangi, @dianpelangicom @pelangiasmara.id dan Buku
Brain Beauty Belief , jurnal-jurnal, majalah, dan sebagainya. Pesan�pesan yang disampaikan dapat dikaji ulang dan dipelajari, serta memiliki
daya persuasi yang lebih tinggi. Setiap gambar atau postingan memiliki
makna dari sebuah karya desainer, serta desainya sesuai dengan syariat
islam. Sehingga pembaca tidak hanya mendapat bacaan yang memberikan
informasi terkini melainkan belajar tentang Islam.
Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karya busana muslim, sedangkan
subjeknya yaitu desainer Dian Pelangi, penulis melihat karya desainer
sebagian besar menekankan pada modernisasi fashion muslim. Teknik
pengumpulan data yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis
Semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce.
Peneliti menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan analisis deskriptif kualitatif
dengan metode semiotika Charles sanders pierce terhadap teks dalam
karya busana muslim Dian Pelangi, maka a) representasi nilai-nilai islam
dalam karya busana dian pelangi, dapat kita lihat dari beberapa aspek
seperti, karakter, warna, motif, dan bentuk. Sedangkan untuk
mendeskripsikan busana muslim yang sesuai dengan identitas muslimah.
Menurut M. Quraish Shihab, ada tiga kriteria busana yang disinggung Al�Qur‘an: 1) memelihara pemakainya dari gangguan cuaca seperti panas
dan dingin. Serta segala sesuatu yang mengganggu jasmani.2)
menunjukkan identitas sehingga pemakainya dapat terpelihara dari
gangguan dan usilan.3)menutupi yang wajar(termasuk aurat) serta
menambah keindahan pemakainya.

ABSTRAC
Muslim clothing provides symbols as religious values for the
wearer, because Muslim clothing is rooted in religious teachings and
high moral values. So Muslim clothing can be said to be a symbol of a
person's religious movement. The taste for aesthetics in Muslim
fashion has brought Muslim clothing as a classy dress and the needs
of every Muslim woman. Fashion was created not for function but for
aesthetics (beauty), designed not to protect beauty, but to expose
beauty. Therefore, Islam regulates dress code, etiquette, dress code as
Islamic values
The theory used in this research is representation analysis using
semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Pierce. Where, the author only
focuses on describing Islamic values in Muslim clothing by designer
Dian Pelangi.
This research was conducted by taking data on Instagram
accounts @dianpelangi, @dianpelangicom , @pelangiasmara.id and
Brain Beauty Belief Books, journals, magazines, and so on. The
messages conveyed can be reviewed and studied, and have a higher
power of persuasion. Each image or post has the meaning of a
designer's work, and the design is in accordance with Islamic law. So
that readers not only get readings that provide the latest information
but learn about Islam.
The object in this study is the work of Muslim fashion, while the
subject is designer Dian Pelangi, the author sees that the designer's
work mostly emphasizes the modernization of Muslim fashion. The
data collection technique is descriptive qualitative with the method of
semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Pierce.
The researcher draws conclusions based on a qualitative
descriptive analysis using Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic method
of the text in the work of Dian Pelangi Muslim clothing, then a) the
representation of Islamic values in the work of Dian Pelangi, we can
see from several aspects such as character, color, motif, and shape.
Meanwhile, to describe Muslim clothing that is in accordance with
Muslim identity. According to M. Quraish Shihab, there are three
criteria for clothing mentioned in the Qur'an: 1) protecting the wearer
from weather disturbances such as heat and cold. As well as
everything that disturbs the body. 2) Shows identity so that the wearer
can be protected from distractions and pranks. 3) Covers what is
natural (including private parts) and adds to the beauty of the wearer.

Optimasi Metode Kmeans Dengan Algoritma Artificial Bee Colony Untuk Pengelompokkan Penyebaran Covid-19 Pada Provinsi Di Indonesia

April tahun 2020 sampai bulan Agustus 2020. Hasil yang didapat pada optimasi
Artificial Bee Colony KM dalam menentukan cluster terendah terjadi pada 10 cluster
dengan nilai davies bouldin index sebasar 2.0218

No full textThis paper explains and describes how to analyze the concept of ecosufism: the harmony of God, nature and humans in the view of Seyyed Hossein Nasr. Nasr's concept of ecosufism started when he saw that humans were hit by a spiritual crisis that had an impact on the surrounding environment. So that the lack of spiritual value in humans makes an environmental crisis. Therefore, Nasr offers a teaching on how humans should be ethical and take care of nature properly in the form of issuing the concept of ecosufism. So that in the form of the ecosufism movement, it will create a harmony between God, nature and humans. In order to create peace and harmony with nature, humans must first submit and obey God's commands. In this discussion the author uses the library method by using various related sources in the form of books, journals and articles. Thus, this paper tries to explain how the concept of ecosufism pioneered by Seyyed Hossein Nasr and how the harmony of God, nature and humans.

The study aims to map the theoretical foundation, identify thematic trends, and reveal significant design gaps in this research field. Bibliometric Analysis was applied to 77 documents indexed in the Scopus database, covering the period from 2015 to 2025. The analysis applied included publication performance analysis, author co-citation analysis to uncover the intellectual structure, and keyword co-occurrence analysis for thematic trend mapping. The results show a significant surge in publications post-2021, reaching 23 documents in 2024, with Uzbekistan as the largest volume contributor. Co-citation analysis confirms that the intellectual structure of this field is shaped by authors from East Asia. The thematic cluster analysis reveals a dominant focus on AI technology, adaptive pedagogy, and learner performance. This study concludes that despite the field having a stable theoretical foundation, there is a mismatch in geographical and thematic focus, leading to fundamental design gaps. These crucial gaps include a lack of attention to children's data ethics, the integration of the teacher's role, and pedagogical design models that are less suited to the elementary education contex

Social media has become an important tool in the marketing business.
The two main benefits of marketing in social media are in the form of
increased exposure or exposure and the level of emergence of
information. However, social media also has two sides of the coin, the
other is profitable, but it also brings potential fraud. There are
various types of fraud modes carried out by unscrupulous individuals
by utilizing social media as a means of buying and selling. The
formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How is the use of social
media as a means of marketing products among women entrepreneurs
in the prespactive Islamic economy? 2) What is the impact of
marketing products using social media?
This research is a type of qualitative research, where the author
immediately plunges into the field (field research). Data sources come
from primary and secondary data sources. The data collection
methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data
processing is carried out by descriptive analysis method.
The results of the study concluded that: 1) The impact of marketing
products using social media has implications in two impacts, namely
positive impacts and negative impacts. The positive impact received
by Indah Jilbab store is in the form of an increase in income or profit
from product sales, getting free pronosi facilities and being able to
reach a wider market. The negative impact is the occurrence of
unhealthy business competition where exposure to business 2) The use
of social media as a means of marketing products among women
entrepreneurs in an Islamic economic perspective, is in accordance
with Islamic sharia values. The use of social media is done by
maximizing content, making it an advertising medium, used to
introduce products with quality and also designs that are not

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi industri dan teknologi
informasi melahirkan peradaban baru bagi umat manusia,
kemajuan ini memberikan tantangan dan peluang yang kompleks
dalam dakwah. Aktivitas dakwah tidak lagi terbatas pada
penyampaian lisan dari mimbar ke mimbar atau hanya di majelis
taklim. Penyampaian dakwah telah meluas ke cara-cara modern,
termasuk melalui desain komunikasi visual. Penerapan desain
komunikasi visual pada media digital juga menjadi suatu
keunggulan dalam penyajian informasi. Setiap elemen yang
tertuang dalam karya desain komunikasi visual memiliki maksud
dan tujuan tertentu sesuai dengan pesan yang ingin disampaikan.
Penelitian ini meneliti tentang apa saja pesan dakwah yang
terdapat dalam elemen desain komunikasi visual pada konten
instagram @gendhukstory berdasarkan analisis semiotika
Ferdinand De Saussure. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui apa saja pesan dakwah yang terdapat pada elemen
desain komunikasi visual pada akun instagram @gendhukstory
berdasarkan analisis semiotika Ferdinand De Saussure. Penelitian
ini termasuk jenis penelitian pustaka (Libarary Research) bersifat
deskriptif. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis semiotika
Ferdinand De Saussure, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna
pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam elemen desain komunikasi
visual pada akun instagram @gendhukstory. Analisis semiotika
Ferdinand De Saussure, mengklasifikasikan makna Penanda
(signifier) dan Petanda (signified). Teknik pengumpulan data pada
penelitian ini menggunkan teknik interview (wawancara) dan
dokumentasi. Penulis juga mengumpulkan sebanyak mungkin
referensi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini seperti: buku-buku
referensi, jurnal, artikel ilmiah dan internet.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sesuai
dengan analisis semiotika Ferdinand De Saussure pada postingan
akun instagram @gendhukstory, makna penanda yang dihasilkan
dan tergambar jelas dari akun instagram @gendhukstory adalah
desainer kebanyakan menggunakan font si kancil berupa jenis
huruf Sans Serif, penggunaan ilustrasi kartun perempuan muslimah
sebagai penguat dan latar warna (background) mayoritas abu-abu
dan putih. Makna petanda pada akun instagram @gendhukstory
menginterpretasikan makna ajakan kepada sesama muslim untuk
melakukan amar ma‟ruf nahi munkar. Serta terdapat pesan dakwah

yang terdiri dari pesan akidah (Mengingat kehidupan akhirat,
mengingat Allah, mengingat takdir Allah), akhlak (Menjaga lisan,
memberi harta untuk orang lain, dan sabar dalam menghadapi ujian
dari Allah), dan syariah (Mencari rezeki yang halal, beribadah, dan
menjalankan ibadah haji atau umrah sebagai bagian dari ketaatan
kepada Allah). Postingan pada akun instagram @gendhukstory
antara elemen tipografi, ilustrasi, dan warna, saling berkaitan
sehingga dapat memperoleh suatu makna sesuai dengan pesan
dakwah yang ingin disampaikan.

ABSTRACT
The rapid progress of industrial technology and
information technology gave birth to a new civilization for
mankind, this progress provides complex challenges and
opportunities in da‟wah. Dawah activities are no longer limited to
oral delivery from pulpit to pulpit or only in taklim assemblies. The
delivery of da'wah has expanded to modern ways, including
through visual communication design. The application of visual
communication design to digital media is also an advantage in
presenting information. Each element contained in the work of
visual communication design has a specific purpose and purpose in
accordance with the message to be conveyed.
This study examines what da‟wah messages are contained
in visual communication design elements on @gendhukstory
Instagram content based on Ferdinand De Saussure‟s semiotic
analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out what da‟wah
messages are contained in the visual communication design
elements on the @gendhukstory Instagram account based on
Ferdinand De Saussure‟s semiotic analysis. This research is a
descriptive type of library research (Libarary Research). The data
analysis technique uses Ferdinand De Saussure‟s semiotic analysis,
which aims to analyze the meaning of da‟wah messages contained
in visual communication design elements on the @gendhukstory
Instagram account. Ferdinand De Saussure‟s semiotic analysis
classifies the meaning of signifier and signified. The data
collection technique in this research uses interview and
documentation techniques. The author also collected as many
references as possible related to this research such as: reference
books, journals, scientific articles and the internet.
The results of this study indicate that in accordance with
Ferdinand De Saussure‟s semiotic analysis of the @gendhukstory
Instagram account posts, the meaning of the signifier produced and
clearly illustrated from the @gendhukstory Instagram account is
that the designer mostly uses the deer font in the form of Sans Serif
typeface, the use of cartoon illustrations of Muslim women as
reinforcement and the background color (background) is mostly
gray and white. The meaning of the sign on the @gendhukstory
Instagram account interprets the meaning of an invitation to fellow
Muslims to do amar ma‟ruf nahi munkar. And there is a da‟wah
message consisting of the message of akidah (Remembering the

afterlife, remembering Allah, remembering Allah‟s destiny),
akhlak (Keeping the tongue, giving wealth to others, and being
patient in facing trials from Allah), and sharia (Seeking halal
sustenance, worshiping, and performing Hajj or Umrah as part of
obedience to Allah). Posts on the @gendhukstory Instagram
account between typographic elements, illustrations, and colors,
are interrelated so that they can obtain a meaning in accordance
with the da‟wah message to be conveyed.

kenyataanya masih terdapat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri
Sipil terhadap ketentuan masuk kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menganalisis
mengenai implementasi Pasal 4 Huruf F Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun
2021 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam perspektif Siyāsah
Tanfiżiyyah yang berfokus pada analisis hukum Islam terhadap Peraturan

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research).
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi
atau gambaran mengenai objek penelitian secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi,
pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahap editing dan sistemazing, sedangkan
analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin memiliki pengaruh yang
sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Penanaman
Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Lampung. Secara umum
tingkat kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil berada pada dalam kategori baik. Hal
ini dapat dilihat dari minimnya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri
Sipil di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi
Lampung, baik pelanggaran ringan maupun pelanggaran berat. Dengan demikian
Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu
Pintu Provinsi Lampung telah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik namun dapat
dikatakan belum optimal. Dikarenakan masih adanya Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang
masuk kerja terlambat dan masih melakukan pelanggaran lainnya
sebagaimanadiatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 tentang
disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil.

ABSTRACT
Civil Servants are required to uphold the unity and integrity of the nation,
be loyal, and adhere to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of
Indonesia. The Indonesian government has issued Article 4 Letter F of
Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021, which states that "every Civil
Servant is required to attend work and comply with working hours regulations."
However, in reality, there are still violations committed by Civil Servants
regarding attendance at work. In this study, the author analyzes the
implementation of Article 4 Letter F of Government Regulation Number 94 of
2021 concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants from the perspective of Siyāsah
Tanfiżiyyah, which focuses on the analysis of Islamic law regarding the
Government Regulation.
This research aims to understand how the implementation of the
Government Regulation is carried out and the principles of Islamic law that can be
applied in practice. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is
the implementation of Article 4 Letter F of Government Regulation Number 94 of
2021 concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants in the Investment and One-Stop
Integrated Service Office of Lampung Province? (2) The implementation of
Article 4 Letter F of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning the
discipline of civil servants from the perspective of Siyāsah Tanfiżiyyah in the
Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Lampung Province? This
research uses field research methods. This research is descriptive-analytical in
nature, aiming to create a systematic, factual, and accurate description or
depiction of the research object. Data collection is conducted using interview and
documentation methods, data processing is carried out through editing and
systematizing stages, while data analysis is performed qualitatively.
The results of this study indicate that discipline has a very significant
impact on the performance of Civil Servants at the Investment and One-Stop
Integrated Service Office of Lampung Province. In general, the level of discipline
among Civil Servants is categorized as good. This can be seen from the minimal
violations committed by Civil Servants at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated
Service Office of Lampung Province, both minor and major violations. Thus, the
Civil Servants at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of
Lampung Province have performed their duties well, but it can be said that they
have not yet reached optimal levels. Due to the continued presence of civil
servants arriving late to work and committing other violations as regulated in
Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning the discipline of civil
servants.

Mathematics is one of the compulsory subjects taught at all levels of education. a model is needed
to support students' needs to improve students' understanding of concepts. The CORE learning
model with the Student facilitator and explaining strategy is very good in improving students'
understanding of mathematical concepts. The purpose of this study was to determine the
effectiveness of the CORE model with a student facilitator and explaining strategy on students'
understanding of mathematical concepts. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasiexperimental approach and a non-equivalent control group design. the author conducted a test of
validity, normality, homogeneity and reliability of the test to determine the correctness and
suitability of the instrument used. From the calculation results, the results of the test have a valid
value and have a normal distribution. For the homogeneity and reliability test, all items were
homogeneous. The calculation using the Crombach alpha reliability test was obtained for all items
more than 0.05, so all items on the test were appropriate or reliable. It is known that the results of
the t-test analysis in the experimental class have an average value (mean) of 63.7 post-test and
pre-test of 47.5, the increase in the average result is known to be 16.2 for all test results. In
addition, from the results of the percentage of the effectiveness of the model category, the result is
a value of 63.75. So, from these results the category of effectiveness of the learning model is
included in the category of quite effective.
