Dekonstruksi Informasi Berita Opini “Perjuangan Berat Menjaga Bahasa Jawa
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to reveal the online news discourse contained in the "Kedaulatan Rakyat" newspaper entitled "Perjuangan Berat Menjaga Bahasa Jawa", which was published on November 30, 2023 and is on page 11. In this discourse, the researcher wants to deconstruct opinion news information in the realm of news structure, the purpose of using language in the article, and the style of language used by the author named Sarworo Soeprapto. The method used is the textual analysis method combined with the concept of deconstruction. While the qualitative method is a research procedure that produces descriptive data. The results of the study illustrate that the first structure in the form of an introduction is presented with a unique paragraph and attracts the attention of readers, namely in the form of a quote from a Javanese campursari song that is currently a hit, namely a song entitled "Nemen". The presentation of a brief background or context regarding the topic to be discussed and describing the issues or problems that are the focus of the opinion is presented appropriately. The second structure, the content section, reviews the author's opinions and views on the issues discussed with precise and clear explanations accompanied by the author's opinions and facts in the field. The third structure in the form of a conclusion, the author concludes and recapitulates the arguments explained and strengthens his opinion statement. The purpose of the article is to express the subjective opinion of the author, build awareness and understanding, and encourage change and action. In addition, the style of language also plays a role in this article. The use of good and easy-to-understand grammar but there is also an idiomatic style of language in the word 'macan ompong' which means someone who looks fierce and scary but actually can't do anything or more simply a ruler without power, something that looks strong but is actually weak. Practitioners of Javanese language stakeholders who have a strong role as motivators and language improvers are unable to show real action in the field on the grounds of weak funds and human resources

Данные сравнительного анализа используются для предложения рекомендаций по повышению устойчивости цепочки создания ценности компании Fenyang Huarui Rubber Product.The aim of the paper is to propose an action plan for enhancing the sustainability of the Fenyang Huarui Rubber Product Company, in order to help the company to achieve its strategic goals in the short-term (resumption of production) and long-term perspective (launch of IPO). This consulting project is based on the relevant theoretical frameworks such as triple bottom line, stakeholder approach, sustainable development goals and sustainable value chain, which are used to conduct an impact analysis of the tire manufacturing industry and particular Fenyang Huarui Rubber Product Company operations, as well as benchmarking analysis of international and local Chinese tire manufacturers. The author uses benchmarking companies’ operational practices as a reference to propose recommendations for enhancing the sustainability of the Fenyang Huarui Rubber Product Company’s value chain
Hukum jual beli ‘Asb ah-Fahl menurut pandangan Mazhab Syafi’i dan Mazhab Maliki

Prinsip dari hukum jual beli dalam islam adalah halal, transaksi ini berdasar firman Allah SWT yang artinya " Allah menghalalkan jual beli dan mengharamkan riba, Al Baqarah , 2:275). Dengan dihalalkan jual beli berarti agama membukakan jalan seluas luasnya bagi manusia untuk kemajuan dalam perkembangan dunia perekonomian. Dengan ditambah aturan dan penjelasan dari pelaksanaannya oleh Rasulullah SAW (Al Hadits), maka setiap penjual dan pembeli yang muslim berkewajiban mentaati seluruh aturan tersebut saat adanya transaksi. Maka dari itu para ulama sepakat mengenai kebolehan jual beli sebagai perkara yang telah dipraktekkan sejak zaman Nabi SAW hingga masa kini, namun dalam materi yang penulis paparkan adalah jual beli ‘asb al fahl yaitu jual beli sperma pejantan hewan, yang mana banyak ulama’ fiqh yang membahas masalah ini. Adapun pada kajian pustaka yang akan saya ambil yaitu dalam koridor pandangan mazhab Syafi’i dan mazhab Maliki.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, rumusan masalah yang dibangun oleh penulis, antara lain Bagaimana pendapat madzhab Syafi’i dan madzhab Maliki tentang jual beli ‘Asb al-fahl? Mengapa ada perbedaan pendapat madzhab Syafi’i dan madzhab Maliki tentang jual beli ‘Asb al-fahl?
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan komparatif. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu membandingkan pendapat hukum ‘asb al-fahl menurut mazhab Syafi’i dan mazhab Maliki, adapun yang di gali dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada kitab syafi’i muyassar karya wahbah zuhaili dan shahih fiqh sunnah karya Abu malik kamal. Kemudian di lakukan analisis komprehensif dengan pendekatan untuk di tarik kesimpulan dan analisis perbedaan pandangan.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa hukum jual beli ‘asb al-fahl di larang dalam pendapat mazhab Syafi’i di sini yaitu Wahbah Zuhaili dengan tegas mengharamkannya karena alasan asal hukum larangan adalah haram serta terdapat juga yang membolehkannya dengan alasan tertentu yaitu mazhab Maliki. Saran dalam penelitian selanjutnya agar bisa di kembangkan dan di jadikan sumber dalam penelitian jual beli ‘asb al-fahl karena suatu saat perkembangan dalam ilmu fiqh tentang masalah ini bisa saja berubah dan pengambilan hukumnya dengan cara berbeda. Dan semoga penelitian ini bisa bermanfaat bagi yang membacanya.
ABSTRACT
The principle of the law of buying and selling in Islam is halal, this transaction is based on the word of Allah SWT which means "God has permitted buying and selling and forbids usury, Al Baqarah, 2:275). the development of the world economy. With the addition of rules and explanations of their implementation by the Messenger of Allah (Al Hadith), every Muslim seller and buyer is obliged to obey all these rules when there is a transaction. Therefore, scholars agree on the permissibility of buying and selling as a matter that has been practiced since the time of the Prophet SAW until the present, but in the material that the author describes is the sale and purchase of 'asb al fahl, namely the sale and purchase of sperm from animal males, of which many scholars of fiqh discuss this issue. As for the literature review that I will take, namely in the corridor the views of the madzhab Shafi'i and madzhab Maliki.
Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem developed by the author, among others, What is the opinion of the Shafi'i and Maliki schools of thought regarding the sale and purchase of 'Asb al-fahl? Why are there differences of opinion between the Shafi'i and Maliki schools regarding the sale and purchase of 'Asb al-fahl?
This research is a descriptive analysis research with a comparative approach. Research that uses qualitative methods is to compare the legal opinions of 'asb al-fahl according to the madzhab Shafi'i and madzhab Maliki, while what is explored in this research is the book of Shafi'i Muyassar by Wahbah Zuhaili and Sahih fiqh sunnah by Abu Malik Kamal. Then carried out a comprehensive analysis with an approach to draw conclusions and analyze differences in views.
The results of the study conclude that the law of buying and selling 'asb al-fahl is prohibited in the opinion of the madzhab Shafi'i here, namely Wahbah Zuhaili strictly forbids it for reasons of origin of the prohibition law being haram and there are also those who allow it for certain reasons, namely the madzhab Maliki.Suggestions in further research so that it can be developed and used as a source in research on buying and selling 'asb al-fahl because one day developments in the science of fiqh on this issue may change and take the law in a different way. And hopefully this research can be useful for those who read it.

أصل حكم البيع في الإسلام حلال، لقوله سبحانه وتعالى:﴿… وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا … ﴾. ولهذا، فتح الدين للناس أوسع الطريق للتقدم في تنمية الاقتصاد العالمي. ومع زيادة البيانات والإرشادات فيه من الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، فطاعة المسلمين بما أمره صلى الله عليه وسلم فيه وهو واجب. لذلك اتفق العلماء على اباحة البيع وحله الذي هو موجود منذ عصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إلي عصرنا الحاضر، ولكن قام الكاتب بالبحث عن بيع عسب الفحل الذي هو بيع سلالة الخيل، أنه أمر مختلف فيه عند أهل العلم. وأما هنا أراجع إلى أقوال في المذهبي الشافعي والمالكي.
انطلاقا من الخلفية المذكورة أعلاه ، فإن صياغة المشكلة من قبل المؤلف ، من بين أمور أخرى ، ما هو رأي المذهب الشافعي والمالكي في بيع وشراء عصب الفحل؟ لماذا توجد خلافات بين المذهب الشافعي والمالكي في بيع وشراء عصب الفحل؟
كان البحث تحليليا وصفيا بمنهج مقارن، أنه البحث الذي يستخدم المنهج النوعي الذي هو مقارنة أقوال العلماء عن بيع عسب الفحل عند المذهبي الشافعي والمالكي، وأما ما تم تناوله في هذا البحث هو في كتاب "الفقه الشافعي الميسر" للشيخ وهبة الزحيلي و كتاب "صحيح فقه السنة" للشيخ أبي مالك كمال. ثم تم إجراء البحث تحليل شامل بالمنهج لاستخلاص النتائج وتحليل الاختلافات في وجهات النظر.
وخلاصة نتيجة البحث تخبر بأن بيع عسب الفحل محرم منهي عند المذهب الشافعي، يعني قول الشيخ وهبة الزحيلي بتحريمه لأن الأصل في النهي للتحريم، وقال المذهب المالكي بإباحته لأسباب آخر. اقتراحات في مزيد من البحث حتى يمكن تطويره واستخدامه كمصدر في بحث بيع عسب الفحل لأن التطورات في علم الفقه في يوم من الأيام قد تتغير وتأخذ القانون بشكل مختلف. أسأل الله تعلى أن ينفعنا جميعا بهذا البحث بقرائته

To increase students' reading abilities at the fundamental grade 10 level according to the CEFR Level, the aim of this study is to give an overview of how critical thinking is incorporated in the use of microlearning material objects. The results are anticipated to be used as a guide by the corporate community, government, and academia in promoting, developing, and putting into practice microlearning in English reading. Two different sets of analysis were performed for this investigation. The author begins by reviewing the instructional materials of English Reading in light of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The author also looks at the stages of adopting microlearning in learning from a variety of sources. According to the results of the reviews on microlearning, there are various methods and forms of microlearning that may be utilized to create learning materials for reading. From a work-based learning standpoint, microlearning has been identified as a key topic in talent development. To assist people in learning on the correct road through accurate knowledge and ethical reasoning, policy makers, educators, researchers, and participants should look into strategies to encourage, generate, and apply microlearning

The method of the approach that the author shared juridical approach was empirical. The type of research used in this study the author is using this type of descriptive research. The location of the research in the area of the law in the Polresta of Surakarta and Wonogiri Polres. Using primary data and secondary data. Method of data collection in this research study library and using the technique of field studies by means of interviews and observations with the interviewees considered knowing sat problems. Based on the results of the research and the discussion then it can be inferred that these forms of criminal acts of exploitation of minors in the city of Solo in the outline can be classified as acts of economic exploitation and acts of sexual exploitation. Constraints of law enforcement against criminal acts of exploitation of minors affected by the factors constraints derived from the offender, the victims, and the law enforcement agencies. Evaluasi Penangkal Petir Eksternal dengan Membandingkan Metode Sudut Proteksi, Metode Jala-Jala dan Bola Bergulir (Studi Kasus Gedung Biro Rektor USU)
Get PDFGeographically Indonesia is located on the equator with a tropical climate and high humidity, this causes Indonesia to be included as a region that has high thunder days per year and has a density of lightning strikes. Medan City is one of the largest cities in Indonesia which is potentially prone to lightning due to the growth of convective clouds around the slopes of the mountains. In this study carried out a related analysis and compared the protection angle method and the rolling ball method in the Rector's Bureau building at the University of North Sumatra by evaluating the external lightning protection system by comparing the protection angle method, the nets method and the rolling ball and also the author will design a system protection against the danger of lightning strikes at the Rector's Bureau Building, University of North Sumatra. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the Rector's Bureau Building at the University of North Sumatra has a lightning strike area of around 33,493.23 m2 with an average lightning strike to the ground of around 38.63 strikes per square kilometer per year, the efficiency of the protection system in the building is around 0.92 and enters into level of protection level 2. Using the angle of protection method in the Rector's Bureau Building, University of North Sumatra, there are still several rooms on the right and left sides on the 3rd and 4th floors that still have the potential to be hit by lightning by installing the 1st lightning rod with a height of 9 meters and 2nd lightning rod with a height of 22 meters. Installation using the rolling ball method no longer has the potential to be hit by lightning by installing 47 Splitzen on the roof of the building. While the rolling ball method can identify areas that need protection, the rolling ball method can be applied to all types of building designs. This is different from the angle of protection method which is limited to evaluating the effectiveness of the designed lightning protection system. No full textPerusahaan berkewajiban meningkatkan kinerja operasional untuk memperoleh laba keuangan. Namun perkembangan era modern perusahaan memiliki peran tanggung jawab yang lebih luas dalam hal aktivitas ekonomi dan turut andil sebagai bagian dari aktivitas sosial masyarakat yaitu dengan adanya penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi CSR dan tren pemetaan kajian berdasarkan publikasi ilmiah. Peneliti menganalisis publikasi ilmiah sebanyak 165 dokumen yang terbit pada 2008-2023 dengan pendekatan bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa tren penelitian mengenai CSR cukup berkembang signifikan selama 16 tahun. Berdasarkan visualisasi network co-author diperoleh terdapat 9 penulis pada penelitian ini yang paling banyak menulis artikel CSR. International Journal of Bank Marketing menjadi jurnal dengan jumlah terbitan artikel CSR paling banyak yaitu 6 dokumen. Berdasarkan pemetaan bibliometrik diperoleh hasil bahwa perusahaan dalam berbagai sektor sudah melaksanakan CSR dengan program yang beragam. Namun perlu ada peningkatan dalam melaporkan aktivitas CSR kepada masyarakat. Kata kunci yang belum banyak dibahas terkait CSR yaitu Firm Value, Zakat, CSR Information, Employee, dan Customer. Sehingga dapat dijadikan rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian CSR lebih dalam yang berkaitan dengan topik-topik tersebut

No full textThe purpose of this paper is to present the scenarios involved with energetic measurements as well as the global coefficient of performance of a refrigerating installation for cooling glycol water in a slaughterhouse. The operating conditions and the running times of 4 screws compressors which absorb a total power of 1200 kw are presented and analysed as a function of a method of regulation adopted. The author has also made measurements of the cooling efficiency of the glycol water, the subcooling of the refrigerant fluid and, in addition, presents thermal exchanges taking place in the rapid cooling chain for pork carcasses.Présentation des résultats des investigations thermodynamiques et énergétiques des installations frigorifiques d'un abattoir, dont les opérations de refroidissement et de climatisation sont opérées par l'intermédiaire d'un fluide frigoporteur (eau glycolée).
