kā arī, cik efektīvi darbojas „Sony” mārketings Latvijas tirgū.
Autore darbā apskata mārketinga stratēģijas veidus, tirgū ieiešanas instrumentus un pieejas.
Raksturo „Sony” kā starptautisku uzņēmumu, apraksta tā attīstību, koncepciju. Izpēta tā
globālo uzbūvi, kā tas iegājis ASV, Eiropas un Baltijas valstu tirgū, kādu mārketinga stratēģiju
pielietojis.

The subject of this diploma work is about “SONY`s” marketing strategy.
This work analyses and investigates “SONY`s” international marketing strategy, as well
as the effectiveness of marketing strategy in Latvia.
Author examines different types of marketing strategies, market penetration instruments
and approaches. Also describes “SONY” as international company, considers its development
and conception. Looks deeper in global “SONY`s” structure, used methods to penetrate USA,
European and Baltic markets and the applied marketing strategies.
Author gives her opinion, how effective is “SONY`s” marketing strategy, gives proposals
that might help to regain their leading position within international market.

As an author always articulates his writing with idioms that reflect a specific time period and a given social group, Sony Labou Tansi talks about “tropicalité”, and gives himself the goal to create multiple “tropicalités”
Sony Labou Tansi, afflux des écrits et flux de l’écriture
This appraisal of archives left by Sony Labou Tansi consists of two parts. The first one appears as a history of maintenance and of promotion of Tansi’s writings, which are an immense and unknown land. Their eventful history starts, where the literary production ends: upon the death of Sony Labou Tansi in 1995. Physically, the writings are put down in schoolchild notebooks, thrown as they came at the bottom of a little library at the author’s house of Makélékélé in Brazzaville. With no date, sometimes with no title on them, these notebooks appear as a real challenge for genetic critic, who is trying to class them, to make up their stocklist, to scan and to publish them. Reconstructing their history through multiple versions and successive transformations ends up with tracing a map of a textual labyrinth consisting not only of literary production of Sony Labou Tansi, broken up between France and the Congo, but also on notebooks and letters given by the author to the crowd of his friend readers and his publishers. In the second part of the article, we set out to retrace the creative process, to reconstruct the vitalist and hypertextual logic of Tansi’s writing. If Sony Labou Tansi used to write as you breath, his writing with its improvised aspect, described by the genetic criticism as « à processus », comes, from anthropological point of view, close to the scriptural prediction: a speech-writing in continuous progression – against the progress; never turning back towards reading

Determination of Unsaturated Soil Properties and Slope Deformation Analysis Due to the Effect of Varies Rainfall
AbstractRecently, landslides often occurs in natural slope in Indonesia, which is associated with the coming rainy season. The increment of ground water level caused by rainfall has affected the properties and behavior of soil especially the unsaturated soil. Generally, the stability of slope is evaluated based on safety factor, but the deformation occure at the soil can also be a good interest in asses the stability of slope. This research is focused to observe the change of pore water pressure and associate deformation considering the hydro-mechanical properties of unsaturated soil due to the effect of varies rainfall. In this research, numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the deformation of the slope affected by pore water pressure change due to rainfall using software-based Finite Element Method of SIGMA/W and SEEP/W from GEO-SLOPE 2004. Unsaturated soil properties, such as Soil Water Characteristic Curve (SWCC) and Hydraulic Conductivity function are obtained from laboratory test and also predicted based on grain-size distribution using psycho-empirical method in SOILVISION Database. HAVARA is used to help rainfall data analysis using statistic approach. Rainfall model is used to vary the moisture content to model unsaturated soil condition. There are six rainfall models, consists of one steady state model and followed by five transient model to accommodate the pore water pressure changes due to rainfall. The results show that rainfall with intensity near saturated permeability of soil gives more significant influence in increasing pore water pressure and deformation than normal rainfall even with long duration. Proposed countermeasure by providing counterweight and sub drain do not significantly take effect the deformation, but it could improves the safety factor significantly, so that the slope is more in stable condition
Le ventre dans l’écriture de Sony Labou Tansi et Tchicaya U Tam'si
L’auteur francophone n’est pas un simple traducteur ; son positionnement d’écrivain dans une langue qui n’est pas la sienne brouille les contours de cette fonction. On voudrait ici rendre compte de cette dynamique singulière, à partir du champ sémantique du ventre, central dans l’œuvre de Tchicaya U Tam’si et de Sony Labou Tansi, auquel ces deux auteurs ont consacré deux de leurs ouvrages au titre homonyme, le Ventre (1964) et Sa majesté le ventre (1972).A French-speaking author is not a simple translator of his culture into French: his positioning of the writer in a language which is not his mother tongue, blurs the outline of translator’s craft. The article presents this particular dynamics using the semantic field of the belly, which is central in the literary production of Tchicaya U Tam’si and Sony Labou Tansi. Both authors devoted to this theme their homonymous writings: Le Ventre (The Belly, 1978) and Sa Majesté le ventre (His Majesty, the Belly, 1972)
PENENTUAN NILAI CBR LAPANGAN HASIL UJI DCP BERDASARKAN JENIS TANAH
Tanah merupakan bagian dari pekerjaan konstruksi jalan yaitu sebagai subgrade. Untuk mengetahuidaya dukung subgrade yang memenuhi persyaratan harus dilakukan uji CBR di lapangan. Pengujiantidak langsung melalui uji DCP dapat memberikan nilai CBR lapangan dengan menganalisa data ujiDCP dengan metode Surat Edaran Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.04/SE/M/2010 tentang Pedoman CaraUji California Bearing Ratio (CBR) dengan Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP), dinamakan metode 1,dan metode TRRL (metode 2). Untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan dari kedua metode tersebut.Sedangkan jenis tanah subgrade yang digunakan, akan ditinjau parameter tanah yang dapat memberikankorelasi terhadap nilai CBR hasil uji DCP. Dari beberapa lokasi penelitian yang dilakukan baik langsungmaupun tidak langsung didapatkan bahwa nilai CBR hasil uji DCP yang dianalisa dengan 2 metode,memberikan nilai perbedaan yang kecil, dimana nilai CBR lapangan dengan metode memberiakn nilailebih beasr dari metode 1. Sedangkan dari data parameter tanah subgrade yang diguankan, kadar butiranhalus tanah dan kadar lempung tanah yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan nilai tersebut dengan nilaiCBR rata-rata dari kedua metode.
