Komunitas Gojek Paus di Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian
ini adalah Komunitas Gojek Paus sebanyak 15 orang. Pengambilan sampel
menggunakan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah
metode eksperimen dengan bentuk pre-experimental design dan dengan
jenis desain one group pretest – posttest. Pengumpulan data dilakukan
dengan menggunakan tes (prestest dan posttest) yang dianalisis dengan
menggunakan Uji – t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penelitian
keterampilan Water Transfer Printing mampu meningkatkan life skill
Komunitas Gojek Paus. Oleh karena itu, Komunitas Gojek Paus perlu
mengetahui kebutuhan yang diperlukan dalam mengadakan pelatihan
sehingga dapat mengembangkan program keterampilan baru pada
Komunitas Gojek Paus untuk mendapatkan program keterampilan yang ideal
dan efektif dalam proses memberdayakan masyarakat.

This experimental study aims to determine the increase in the life skills of the
Gojek Paus Community in Jatinegara, East Jakarta. The sample in this study
was the Gojek Paus Community as many as 15 people. Sampling using
Saturated Sampling Technique. The method used is an experimental method
with the form of pre-experimental design and with the type of design one
group pretest – posttest. Data collection was done using tests (pretest and
posttest) which are analyzed using t – test. The results showed that water
transfer printing skills training was able to improve the life skill off Gojek Paus
Community. Therefore, The Gojek Paus community needs to know the needs
needed to hold training so that they can develop new skills programs in the
Gojek Paus Community for get the ideal skills program and effective in the
process of empowering the community

No full textDe periode 722-31 in Italië is een onrustige tijd. De Byzantijnse keizer Leo III initieerde nieuwe belastingen in het jaar 722 en introduceerde het iconoclasme 726 of 727. De relatie tussen paus Gregorius II en keizer leo III kwam hierdoor op gespannen voet te staan. De Longobardische koning Liutprand riep zich in deze periode uit als beschermer van de paus, wist zijn gebied uit te breiden en onderwierp de autonome hertogdommen Benevento en Spoleto. Deze turbulente periode wordt vanuit twee perspectieven geanalyseerd, namelijk die van Gregorius II en Liutprand. Een blik wordt geworpen op de voorafgaande eeuwen zodat verschillende handelingen en gedachtegoed in de periode 722-31 beter kan worden begrepen

Penelitian ini dilakukan di home industry usaha tahu. Masalah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah pendapatan yang diterima setiap bulannya selalu berubah-ubah, yang diakibatkan oleh naik turunya omset penjualan sehingga mengalami fluktuasi pada pendapatan. Lokasi penelitian ini di usaha tahu di Jalan Paus Kecamayan Marpoyan Damai. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penjualan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu di Jalan Paus, bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi syariah tentang penjualan usaha tahu terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu di Jalan Paus Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah penjualan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu di Jalan Paus Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Untuk mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi syariah penjualan usaha tahu terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu di Jalan Paus Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah seluruh penjualan dan pendapatan pada usaha tahu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu data time series penjualan tahun 2016 - 2018 selama 36 bulan, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling, pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan metode kuantitatif yaitu pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, koefsien korelasi, pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS 21.00
Dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana Y= 0,326 + 1,050X disimpulkan bahwa penjualan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu eka. Berdasarkan uji t nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 13,797 > 2,03224 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara penjualan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu eka. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi pengaruh variabel penjualan (X) terhadap variabel pendapatan sebesar 72%. Sedangkan Sisanya sebesar 28% perubahan nilai variabel dependen Y (pendapatan) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Koefisien korelasi bahwa korelasi antara variabel independen (penjualan) dan variabel dependen (pendapatan) memiliki hubungan sangat kuat.
Menurut tinjauan ekonomi syariah penjualan tahu yang dilakukannya sudah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah, 1. Rabbaniyyah, 2. Akhlaqiyyah, 3. Al-waqi’iyyah, sedangkan makanan yang diperjual belikan merupakan makanan yang halal.

Heterogeneous and tissue-specific regulation of effector T cell responses by IFN-gamma during Plasmodium berghei ANKA infection.
No full textIFN-γ and T cells are both required for the development of experimental cerebral malaria during Plasmodium berghei ANKA infection. Surprisingly, however, the role of IFN-γ in shaping the effector CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cell response during this infection has not been examined in detail. To address this, we have compared the effector T cell responses in wild-type and IFN-γ(-/-) mice during P. berghei ANKA infection. The expansion of splenic CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells during P. berghei ANKA infection was unaffected by the absence of IFN-γ, but the contraction phase of the T cell response was significantly attenuated. Splenic T cell activation and effector function were essentially normal in IFN-γ(-/-) mice; however, the migration to, and accumulation of, effector CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells in the lung, liver, and brain was altered in IFN-γ(-/-) mice. Interestingly, activation and accumulation of T cells in various nonlymphoid organs was differently affected by lack of IFN-γ, suggesting that IFN-γ influences T cell effector function to varying levels in different anatomical locations. Importantly, control of splenic T cell numbers during P. berghei ANKA infection depended on active IFN-γ-dependent environmental signals--leading to T cell apoptosis--rather than upon intrinsic alterations in T cell programming. To our knowledge, this is the first study to fully investigate the role of IFN-γ in modulating T cell function during P. berghei ANKA infection and reveals that IFN-γ is required for efficient contraction of the pool of activated T cells

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu produk dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi syariah mengenai pengaruh mutu produk dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen Rashiq Store Jalan Paus Pekanbaru. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari konsumen Rashiq Store. Jumlah sampel 100 orang konsumen Rashiq Store. Dalam menentukan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data Accidental Sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil persamaan regresi Y = -5.955 + 0,517 X_1 + 0,519 X_2. Dengan menggunakan uji parsial diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mutu produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen yaitu dengan nilai t hitung 5,610 > t tabel yaitu 1,660 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 t tabel yaitu 1,660 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dan keputusannya menolak Ho dan menerima Ha.
Pengujian secara bersama-sama dari variabel produk, harga dan loyalitas konsumen, ditunjukkan dengan F hitung sebesar 57.162 dan sig. F 0,000. Dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 53,4% artinya kontribusi yang diberikan oleh mutu produk dan harga secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 53,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,6 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian.
Kesimpulannya bahwa mutu produk dan harga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Rashiq Store Jalan Paus Pekanbaru. Menurut tinjauan ekonomi Islam, loyalitas konsumen dan Rashiq Store Jalan Paus Pekanbaru dapat terjalin salah satunya dengan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai syariah dalam setiap aktivitas pembelian atau konsumsi yang dilakukan. Saran-saran yang dapat diberikan guna perkembangan dan penentuan kebijaksanaan di masa mendatang adalah, perusahaan harus memperhatikan kualitas produk, harga, inovasi agar konsumen puas dan tetap menggunakan produk pakaian dari Rashiq Store dan tidak berpindah ke merek atau toko yang lain.

Measuring industry-science links through inventor-author relations: A profiling method
No full textIn this pilot study we examine the performance of text-based profiling in recovering a set of validated inventor-author links. In a first step we match patents and publications solely based on their similarity in content. Next, we compare inventor and author names on the highest ranked matches for the occurrence of name matches. Finally, we compare these candidate matches with the names listed in a validated set of inventor-author names. Our text-based profile methodology performs significantly better than a random matching of patents and publications, suggesting that text-based profiling is a valuable complementary tool to the name searches used in previous studies.innovation; industry-science links; text-based profiling;
