Full text linkTujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis Efektifitas dan Kontribusi Penerimaan BPHTB terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Jayapura selama tahun 2011 sampai 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif asosiatif dimana dari hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh akan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung dari Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Jayapura maupun litertur lainnya dari tahun 2011 sampai 2015. Hasil Penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai tingkat efektifitas dan kontribusi BPHTB terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah, tingkat efektifitas tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2012 yakni sebesar 151.59. Kontribusi dari hasil perhitungan dapat di ketahui bahwa kontribusi terbesar terjadi pada tahun 2015 yakni sebesar 14,52% dan terendah pada tahun 2011 yakni sebesar 2,78%

However, the reality that is happening now is that violence against minors seems to never remain silent and continues to occur everywhere. Various parties have taken preventive measures, such as the ratification of laws and regulations, assistance by non-governmental organizations and law enforcement (police) as well as groups related to children, various suggestions and recommendations submitted by experts. However, it seems that there are still many cases of violence against children. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, how are the efforts of the Pelalawan Police in tackling acts of violence against minors in the Legal Area of the Pelalawan Police and What are the inhibiting factors of the Pelalawan Police in tackling violence against minors in the Legal Area of the Pelalawan Police. The research method that the authors use in this study is a type of empirical legal research method. Judging from its type, this research is classified as observational or empirical research which is carried out by survey method, namely direct research with data collection tools in the form of interviews. This research is analytical descriptive in nature, namely where the author intends to describe or describe the prevention of violence against minors in the Pelalawan Police area. The results of the research and discussion that the author gets are the efforts of the Pelalawan Police in tackling cases of criminal acts of violence against minors, namely by 2 efforts, namely pre-emptive efforts, pre-emptive is police action to carry out police duties by prioritizing appeals and approaches to the community and Preventive efforts are preventive efforts by the police by carrying out surveillance in various places, as well as carrying out Police operations and Obstacles experienced by the Pelalawan Police in dealing with criminal acts of sexual violence against minors are Victims after reporting they do not continue the case, Victims do not want to give information to the police, most of the perpetrators of violence against children were not native to Pelalawan so it was difficult to trace their whereabouts, the perpetrators fled, and the perpetrators' families provided inappropriate information about the perpetrators

Membangun Komitmen Kerja Dalam Mengatasi Gap Antara Budaya Organisasi Dan Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua dimana komitmen kerja sebagai variable mediasinya.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua dengan sampel sebanyak 150 pegawai secara random sampling sementara data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner yang kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program Analisis Moment of Structural (AMOS) versi 22 berdasarkan kriteria Goodness Of Fit.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,581, budaya organisasi berpengarug positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,639, komitmen kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,284 serta dari hasi sobel test diperoleh nilai sobel test sebesar 2,0042 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen kerja berperan secara signifikan sebagai variabel mediasi antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci : Budaya organisasi, komitmen kerja, kinerja, AMO

FINISHING KRIYA KAYU BERPENDAR DALAM GELAP PADA TEMA KERUSAKAN ASTREOPORA
No full text Finishing works of wood crafts generally use materials that serve to coat and give the wood the color you want. In this creation, the author was inspired by the discovery of the phenomenon of coral fluorescence (coral reefs that can glow), but this beauty is not in line with the damage to corals, especially Astreopora. The concept of the work with double color effects is expected to educate the public and contribute to new knowledge about wood craft finishing techniques that glow in the dark. The creation method used is Practiced Based Research which is a way of doing or creating something based on things that must be researched and accountable. After carrying out the stages in research-based practice, there are several techniques and works with three types of finishing that are capable of producing fluorescent wood crafts in the dark : 1. Fluorescent fiber finishing, 2. Fluorescent Transparent Finishing, 3. Fluorescent resin finishing. Which is applied to Astreopora-themed wooden craft work. Finishing karya kayu pada umumnya menggunakan bahan-bahan yang berfungsi untuk melapisi dan memberi warna kayu sesuai yang diinginkan. Penulis terinspirasi pada fenomena fluoresensi karang (terumbu karang yang mampu bercahaya), namun keindahan tersebut tidak sejalan dengan kerusakan yang terjadi pada karang khususnya Astreopora. Finishing kayu bercahaya dengan dobel efek warna yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat mengedukasi masyarakat dan menyumbang pengetahuan baru tentang teknik finishing kayu. Metode penciptaan yang digunakan adalah Practiced Based Research yang merupakan cara melakukan atau menciptakan sesuatu berlandaskan pada hal-hal yang harus diteliti dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Setelah dilakukan tahapan-tahapan dalam praktik berbasis riset didapatkan hasil penelitian berupa tiga jenis finishing kayu yang dapat bercahaya dalam gelap, yaitu 1. Finishing serat bercahaya, 2. Finishing transparan bercahaya, 3. Finishing resin bercahaya,. Tiga tipe finishing ini diaplikasikan pada karya kriya kayu bertema kerusakan terumbu karang Astreopora
