PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SMP TERHADAP KINERJA GURU BAHASA INDONESIA DI KABUPATEN GOWA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan membahas tentang (1) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala SMP terhadap Kinerja Guru Bahasa Indonesia di Kabupaten Gowa (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh antara variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala SMP dan variabel kinerja guru bahasa Indonesia di Kabupaten Gowa.Data yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui survei dengan menggunakan angket yang didistribusikan ke 100 guru bahasa Indonesia dari 50 SMP di Kabupaten Gowa. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan multidisipliner. Analisis dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah. Pertama penulis melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap sifat-sifat pengukuran melalui analisis faktor konfirmatori. Kedua, penulis melakukan verifikasi model dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktur atau SEM (structural equation modeling). Akhirnya, penulis melakukan jastifikasi atas hasil analisis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan Kepala SMP serta iklim organisasi SMP di Kabupaten Gowa secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru bahasa Indonesia, (2) Pengaruh antar variabel, secara parsial memperlihatkan nilai yang bervariasi. Iklim kerja memiliki tingkat pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap kinerja guru bahasa Indonesia diantara variabel yang diteliti. Implikasi penelitian memperlihatkan perlunya seseorang pemimpin memperhatikan bawahannya melalui proses penciptaan dan pencitraan iklim kerja yang kondusif serta perhatian yang tinggi terhadap peluang pengembangan karier, pembelajaran berkelanjutan, dan kesejahteraan bawahan

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model with image media on poetry writing skills in grade IV students of SD Negeri Tombolo, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a pre-experiment with a One-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection uses a test instrument. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The subjects in this study were 20 grade IV students of SD Negeri Tombolo, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The results showed that the application of the discovery learning model using image media had an effect on poetry writing skills as seen from the comparison of pretest and posttest scores. pre-test results, the average value of student learning outcomes 59 very poor, namely 0.00%, less 20%, sufficient 60%, good 20%, and very good 0%, while the average value of the post-test results was 82.7. In addition, the t-test calculation was also obtained at 11.72. With a frequency (df) of 20 - 2 = 18, at a significance level of 0.05, ttable = 1.73 is obtained. Therefore, tcount>ttable at a significance level of 0.05. It can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model using picture media in grade IV students of Tombolo Elementary School has an effect on poetry writing skills
PENGARUH METODE READING ALOUD DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode Reading aloud dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terhadap keterampilan membaca pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas V SD Negeri Rappokalling 67/1, Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, yaitu jenis Pre-Experimental Design. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri Rappokalling 67/1, Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode Reading aloud dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terhadap keterampilan membaca pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas V SD Negeri Rappokalling 67/1, Kota Makassar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keterampilan membaca siswa sebelum menggunakan metode Reading aloud pada saat Pretest menunjukkan masih berada pada kategori rendah, di mana rata-rata hasil keterampilan membaca siswa sebelum menggunakan metode Reading aloud yaitu 52,66 dan setelah diterapkan metode Reading aloud pada saat Posttest menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan, di mana diperoleh rata-rata hasil keterampilan membaca siswa setelah diterapkannya metode Reading aloud yaitu 84,66. Pada uji Paired Sample T Test dapat dilihat bahwa nilai t hitung = -15.677, sedangkan nilai t tabel = 2,093. Artinya, hipotesis diterima karena t hitung < t tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
