    PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI PEMANASAN GLOBAL

    Traditional learning that tends to be teacher-centered causes students to have difficulty linking theory with real life, so an innovative approach that encourages student activeness is needed, such as PBL combined with learning videos. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by learning videos in improving student learning outcomes on global warming material. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with participants of VII B class students totaling 28 students on global warming material at the junior high school level. With a learning achievement test based on Bloom's taxonomy (C1-C4). Cycle I used lecture-type videos, while Cycle II used animated videos, with data measured using learning outcomes tests. The results showed an increase in the average student learning outcomes from 5.53 in Cycle I to 7.53 in Cycle II. In addition, the number of students who reached the KKM increased from 7 students to 19 students. Thus, the application of the PBL model assisted by learning videos is effective in improving student learning outcomes on global warming materia

    In this era of globalization, schools are required to be creative and innovative in implementing technology in learning so that students are active and enthusiastic in the learning process. This study aims to determine how to improve student learning outcomes after going through the learning process by using Wordwall interactive games on simple aircraft material. This study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with two cycles. This research was conducted in one of the private MTs located in Kediri City. The subjects in this study were VIII A class students with a total of 18 students. The instrument used in this study is a student learning outcomes test instrument. The research instrument used is a student learning outcomes test. The results show an increase in student learning outcomes, this is indicated by an increase in the average score of cycle I and II by 21.6. In cycle I, the average score of student learning completeness reached 60.7 with 16 students below the KKM. After improvement in cycle II, the average score of completeness increased to 82 with 6 students below the KKM. The use of Wordwall interactive games on simple aircraft material can improve student learning outcomes. The use of Wordwall games is recommended as an innovative interactive learning media to improve student learning outcome

    This research is an experimental study which aims to determine the differences in Biology learning outcomes for Class X students at SMA Negeri 8 Gowa when using the Problem Solving learning method and the Course Review Horay method. The population in this study were all class X students of Gowa State High School, while the sample in this study was class The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis.The results of this research indicate that the comparison of the Problem Solving learning method and the Course Review Horay method has a significant influence on student learning outcomes. The learning outcomes of students using the Problem Solving method have an average pre-test score of 62.63 and post-test of 77.11, showing significant improvement and meeting the complete learning criteria. Meanwhile, students who used the Course Review Horay method showed an average pre-test score of 63.63 and post-test of 88.48, showing better improvement and achieving minimum completeness. Thus, it can be concluded that the Course Review Horay method is more effective in improving student learning outcomes than the Problem Solving method in the context of this researc

    The aim of this classroom action research is to determine the improvement in biology learning outcomes through Discovery Learning for class XII students at Makassar National High School. The subjects in this research were class Cycle I was held in 4 meetings and cycle II was also held in 4 meetings, including giving tests at the end of cycle I and cycle II. Data collection was carried out using student biology learning results tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis. The research results showed that the average value in cycle I was 64.75 which was in the medium category. In cycle II, the average value of biology learning outcomes was 76.62, which was in the high category. From the results of this research it can be concluded that by applying the Discovery Learning method in improving biology learning outcomes in class XII students at Makassar National High School can be increased to 80

    COLLABORATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING MENGGUNAKAN DECISION MAKING PROBLEM BERBANTUAN VIRTUAL LABORATORY DI MTSN 9 KEDIRI

    One of the skills needed to face challenges and competition in the 21st century is decision making skills. This skill is important because in many complex situations, the ability to make appropriate and effective decisions is necessary. This research aims to find out how collaborative problem solving uses virtual laboratory-assisted decision making problems to train decision making skills. The method used was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 40 students at MTsN 9 Kediri. The research instrument used is a decision making skill test in the form of a description consisting of indicators for determining criteria, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option, creating a decision matrix, and determining choices. The results of the analysis of the average N-gain value show a value of 0.73, meaning that students' decision making skills are in the high category. Thus, it can be concluded that collaborative problem solving using decision making problems assisted by a virtual laboratory is effective in improving students' decision making skills

    This research was conducted at the Sungguminasa traditional market, Gowa Regency because of its strategic location and the product prices offered are more economical. This research aims to inventory the types of fish in the Sungguminasa Gowa Traditional Market to be used as teaching material for students studying the Vertebrate Taxonomy course. Data collection techniques to obtain data are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation with sources. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the research showed that the types of fish found at the research location were layang fish, cakalang fish, sibula’ fish, banjara’ fish, mairo fish, katombo fish, eja  fish, katamba fish, bunga baru fish, jabiri fish, sunrili batang fish, tawassang fish, and sinrili fish. . Based on the research results, it was concluded that there are 13 types of fish which are vertebrates which can be used as material in making the Vertebrate Taxonomy module

    This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with several stages in each cycle, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the implementation of the Humanizing the Classroom learning model can improve the biology learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Makassar. The subjects of this research are 28 eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Makassar in the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection technique used is the biology learning outcomes test conducted at the end of each cycle. The results of the research show an improvement in the biology learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Makassar. This improvement can be seen from the average class score, which was 71% in cycle I and increased to 79.10% in cycle II. Additionally, there was an increase in the percentage of biology learning mastery among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Makassar, from 64.28% in cycle I to 89.28% in cycle II

    Measuring student success in their learning activities requires a success measurement tool which we usually call learning evaluation. The use of learning assessments will also serve as a reference point in the future for educators, allowing them to further improve the learning processes that have been carried out. Thus, the aim of this research is to determine the stages of development and feasibility of learning-based evaluation wordwall on class IV science lesson material at SDN Banjarsari 01. This type of research R&D using a development model ADDIE. ADDIE is an extension of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. The research was conducted at SDN Banjarsari 01 in class IV in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research subjects in this study were fourth grade students. Tests, questionnaires, validation sheets are data collection techniques used in research. The results of the feasibility test from expert validators, namely material validators obtained a percentage of 89.3%, and media validators obtained a percentage of 87.7% entering the very valid category. The assessment results from the teacher response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 98%, while the assessment of responses from students had a percentage score of 65.42%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the wordwall-based learning evaluation development product is suitable for use in learning evaluation activities in class IV at SDN Banjarsari 01

    The increase in world population and human activities are driving an increase in fossil energy consumption. This has an impact on the depletion of fossil energy reserves and exacerbates global warming. As an alternative, the use of palm oil waste to produce bioethanol can be an environmentally friendly solution. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding Bacillus cereus bacteria concentration in the fermentation of palm oil solid waste on bioethanol levels, to determine the concentration of Bacillus cereus bacteria that can produce the highest bioethanol, to determine the potential of research results as learning materials for high school grade XII. This study is an experimental study with independent variables, namely the concentration of Bacillus cereus bacteria 0%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10% of 500 mL of substrate volume, while the dependent variables are the levels of reducing sugar and bioethanol levels. Reducing sugar is measured using the Nelson Somogy method while Bioethanol uses the micro conway diffusion method. Analysis of the potential of learning materials from the research results uses the principles of relevance, consistency, and adequacy. The results showed that the concentration of Bacillus cereus bacteria affected the levels of bioethanol from palm oil solid waste. The treatment of 5% concentration of Bacillus cereus bacteria produced the highest levels of reducing sugar and bioethanol. The resulting reduced sugar content was 0.0086% and the resulting bioethanol content was 0.275%. The research results fulfill the principles of learning materials so that they have the potential to be used as biotechnology learning materials for class XII student

    PENERAPAN MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SMA NEGERI 8 LUWU TIMUR

    The learning model is a method used so that student learning activities and achievements can change for the better, one of which is using the Discovery Learning model. The purpose of this research is to increase the activity and learning outcomes of Biology by applying the Discovery Learning model in class XII IPA2 SMA Negeri 8 Luwu Timur, Academic Year 2021/2022. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were class XII IPA2, totalling 35 people. The instruments used were observation sheets for observing student activities and learning outcomes tests in the form of multiple-choice questions. The results of the study showed that student activity data increased from cycle I to cycle II. The learning outcomes of class XII IPA2 SMA Negeri 8 Luwu Timur in cell division material from an average value of 76 in cycle I increased to 85.14 in cycle II and the indicator of success increased from 57.18% in cycle I to 82 .85% in cycle II. It was concluded that the Discovery Learning Model can increase student learning activities and outcomes with an Indicator of success exceeding 80
