The Impact of Carrying Heavy Bags on Elementary School Students: Challenges and Solutions in the Digital Era
This literature review examines the impact of carrying heavy backpacks on primary school students and explores possible solutions in the digital age. Through a systematic analysis of 30 selected studies published between 2013 and 2024, this review finds that excessive backpack weight significantly affects students' physical health, psychological well-being and social development. The key results show a correlation between the weight of the bag more than 10% of the body weight of the students and an increased risk of musculoskeletal problems, decreased motivation to learn and reduced participation in the social activity. Innovative solutions such as the use of digital technologies, the reformulation of school curricula and the improvement of school infrastructure show that they can solve this problem. This review highlights the importance of a holistic approach involving all stakeholders to address the challenge of heavy bags in the digital age

Masyarakat muslim yakin bahwa kesenian Hadrah memberi dampak yang positif bagi kehidupan bermasyarakat. Keyakinan tersebut menjadi sebuah panutan untuk mengawali sesuatu yang baik. Dengan demikian masyarakat yang meyakini bahwa kesenian Hadrah membawa dampak positif secara tidak langsung mereka telah menerapkan tauladan dari Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Tauladan tersebut tercermin melalui syair, musik hingga gerakan ketika memainkan kesenian Hadrah ini. Pengalaman tersebut yang membuat pencipta terinspirasi dan selanjutnya diolah menjadi sebuah ide penciptaan karya seni yakni seni keramik.Sebelumnya penulis mempunyai pengalaman sebagai pelaku kesenian hadrah di tempat tinggal awalnya, proses belajar memainkan alat pada seni hadrah dilakukan oleh penulis dengan harapan bisa mengikuti kesenian hadrah ini sampai benar-benar bisa, akan tetapi hal itu tidak sesuai kemampuan, penulis berlatar belakang tidak intens dalam hal musik, sebagaimana penulis hanya bisa mengikuti melaui kalimat pujian yang ada dalam kesenian hadrah. Pada penciptaan keramik dengan tema kesenian Hadrah ini bermula dari eksplorasi atau menemukan suatu konsep penciptaan yang didalamnya terdapat suatu ide/gagasan, tema, objek penciptaan karya seni, dan kajian karya terdahulu. Hal tersebut sebagai dasar dalam proses penciptaan motif keramik seni. Metode penelitian penciptaan yang dipilih adalah pengembangan metode dari SP Gustami, yaitu eksplorasi, eksperimentasi/improvisasi dan perwujudan. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyusunan sebuah konsep bentuk berupa beberapa eksplorasi bentuk dan dilanjutkan pada tahap proses visualisasi awal, yakni meliputi pembuatan sketsaalternatif dan menentukan sketsa terpilih.Proses selanjutnya yakni pemindahan sketsa pada media keramik, yang digunakan adalah media keramik pembakaran tinggi stoneware. Tahap-tahap dalam pembuatan karya yaitu pembentukan, pengeringan, pembakaran biskuit, pengglasiran dan pembakaran suhu tinggi. Setelah semua proses dilalui dan karya sudah jadi dan menghasilkan delapan buah karya keramik, tahap selanjutnya adalah membuat deskripsi pada setiap karya yang meliputi penjelasan dan makna yang terkandung di dalam setiap karya.Dalam penciptaan karya keramik seni ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yang terkandung didalam syair kepada generasi sekakarang agar bisa meningkatkan keimanan dan melestarikan kebudayaan religi salah satunya kesenian Hadrah. The Muslim community is convinced that Hadrah has a positive impact on social life. That belief becomes a role model to start something good. Thus the people who believe that the art of Hadrah has a positive impact indirectly they have applied the example of Prophet Muhammad SAW in everyday life. The phrase is reflected through poetry, music to the movement when playing this Hadrah. The experience that makes the creator inspired and then processed into an idea of artwork creation that is ceramic art. Previously the author has experience as an artist of hadrah in his original residence, the process of learning to play a tool on the art of hadrah done by the author in the hope to follow this arts of hadrah until really can, but it does not match the ability, the writer background is not intense in music, as the author can only follow through the sentence of praise that existed in the arts of hadrah. In the creation of ceramics with the theme of Hadrahoriginated from exploration or find a concept of creation in which there is an idea, theme, object creation of artwork, and studies of previous work. It is as a basis in the process of creating ceramic art. The selected research method of creation is the development of methods of SP Gustami, namely exploration, experimentation / improvisation and embodiment. Furthermore, the preparation of a concept form of some form of exploration and continued at the stage of the initial visualization process, which includes making alternative sketches and determine the selected sketches. The next process is the removal of sketches on ceramic media, which is used is a high stoneware burning ceramic medium. Stages in the making of the work is the formation, drying, baking biscuits, grinding and high temperature combustion. After all the process is passed and the work is finished and produces eight pieces of ceramics, the next step is to make a description on each work that includes explanations and meanings contained in each work. In the creation of this ceramic art work, it is expected to provide the values of Islamic teachings contained in the verse to the next generation sekakarang in order to improve faith and preserve religious culture one of Hadrah
Study of Mechanical and Microstructural Properties of SMAW Welding with The Effect of Variations in Current Strength of 80A, 110A and 130A on A-36 Steel Material
Protective metal arc welding (SMAW) is a welding technique that uses flux and a gas arc to
protect metal from oxidizing gases, so it requires careful consideration of the strength of the
electric current. In this research the author used A36 low carbon steel material for the bicycle
frame because it has strong strength and is also associated with the quality of the steel which
can be modified in shape. has an affordable price on the market. This research was carried
out with the aim of analyzing welding results at variations in current strength of 80A, 110A,
and 130A in A36 steel welded joints using the SMAW welding method. SMAW welding,
hardness values at variations in current strength of 80A, 110A, and 130A in A36 steel welded
joints using the SMAW welding method, impact values at variations in current strength of
80A, 110A, and 130A in A36 steel welded joints using the SMAW welding method,

Digital Innovation and Global Expansion: An Empirical Study of Indonesian Firms' International Diversification (2015-2023)
This research investigates the ramifications of digital technological innovation on the international diversification strategies employed by Indonesian enterprises between the years 2015 and 2023. By applying the resource-based theory alongside the dynamic capabilities framework, we scrutinize the manner in which digital innovations function as strategic assets that facilitate the international expansion of firms. Employing a panel dataset comprising non-financial corporations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, we examine the mediating influence of digital transformation and information asymmetry, as well as the moderating effects attributed to ownership status and industry classification on this nexus. Our empirical findings indicate that digital technological innovation exerts a favorable impact on international diversification, with digital transformation and diminished information asymmetry serving as mediating factors. Furthermore, the degree of this impact exhibits variability contingent upon the type of ownership and industry, revealing a pronounced effect within state-owned enterprises and traditional sectors as opposed to private and digitized industries. These findings highlight the transformative potential of digital technologies in enhancing access to global markets and illuminate the distinctive challenges and prospects present within the Indonesian context. This study offers significant insights for managerial and policy-making practices, accentuating the critical role of digital innovation in formulating strategies aimed at global expansion. Additionally, it contributes to the existing literature on international business by integrating the dynamics of digital innovation within the paradigm of international diversification, particularly within the framework of an emerging market environment
Digital Strategic Alignment in Smart Ecosystems: A Synthesis of Strategic Capabilities and Emerging Technologies
Background: The rapid development of AI, IoT, Big Data, and Blockchain is reshaping business and management. While research has emphasized technical aspects, less is known about their strategic implications. This study explores how firms adapt managerial strategies within smart ecosystems.Purpose: The study examines how organizations adjust strategic management to sustain competitiveness amid digital transformation, focusing on managerial perspectives in areas such as AI governance, data-driven decisions, and ecosystem collaboration.Design/Methodology/Approach: A Systematic Literature Review (2010–2024) was conducted using peer-reviewed sources. Selected studies addressed strategic management excluding purely technical works and were categorized into AI strategy, Big Data analytics, Blockchain governance, and business models.Findings/Result: Digital technologies enhance agility and innovation but pose challenges in cybersecurity, regulation, and interoperability. The study applies Dynamic Capabilities, Resource-Based View, and Ecosystem Perspectives, identifying gaps in AI governance, SME digital adoption, and sustainability.Conclusion: Five strategic priorities emerge: predictive AI, real-time Big Data insights, secure Blockchain applications, robust cybersecurity, and dynamic capabilities. Firms leveraging collaborative and platform-based strategies adapt more effectively, though SMEs face significant constraints.Originality/Value (State of the art): Unlike prior research emphasizing technical dimensions, this study highlights strategic implications of digital technologies for competitive advantage and sustainability. The SLR reveals key trends, challenges, and opportunities, offering actionable insights for managers and policymakers.

The 1945 Constitution of The Republic of Indonesia and The Constituent Assembly (In The Study of The Composition of Islamic Political Parties In The 1955 and 2024 Elections)
The Republic of Indonesia is a country founded on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as its constitutional foundation. Throughout its history, Indonesian Muslims have played a crucial role in shaping the nation's foundation, notably through the Constituent Assembly. According to Article 134 of the 1950 United States of Indonesia Law regarding the Amendments to the Provisional Constitution of the United States of Indonesia, the Constituent Assembly, together with the government, was tasked with promptly establishing a new Constitution to replace the Provisional Constitution. The Constituent Assembly was established during the Liberal Democracy period from 1950 to 1959, following the 1955 General Elections, which involved various political parties, groups, institutions, and individuals. The four major parties that garnered the most votes were the Indonesian National Party (PNI), the Indonesian Muslim League (Masyumi), Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI), representing three major ideological streams: Nationalist, Islamic, and Socialist-Communist. In this context, the author will analyze the composition of Islamic political parties in the 2024 General Elections to understand how the dynamics of Islamic parties and their representation might influence policy formulation and the direction of governance in contemporary Indonesia

Implementation of The Principle of Balance Between Lenders and Peer To Peer (P2p) Lending Companies: Contract Analysis of Electronic Loan Distribution At PT. Pintar Inovasi Digital (Asetku)
Peer To Peer (P2P) Lending is the result of the development of digital technology which is a solution for people who need funds quickly without having to go through convoluted procedures such as banking institutions. In P2P lending activities, there are several parties, namely Lenders, Organizing Companies, and Borrowers who are related to law. Based on POJK Number 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Borrowing and Borrowing Services, in P2P Lending there are two kinds of legal relationships, one of which is the legal relationship between the Lender and the P2P Lending Company as outlined in the Electronic Loan Distribution Contract. In making the contract, the application of the principle of balance is important in order to create balance for the parties to the contract. This research uses a descriptive normative legal research method. Secondary data in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials were collected using library research techniques. Data analysis was performed using qualitative data analysis methods. The study results shows that the Electronic Loan Distribution Contract Number PPP/PID/2021/07/Lending Transaction TD29585580030360 between Lenders and P2P lending companies does not fulfill the overall balance principle. It was found after looking at the three aspects used as test factors for the application of the principle of balance in the form of the actions of the parties, the contents of the contract, and the execution of the contract. The principle of balance is met in the first (actions of the parties) and third (execution of the contract) aspects. Regarding the second aspect, namely the contents of the contract, the author finds that the principle of balance has not been fully implemented, because the contract is in a standard form made unilaterally by a P2P lending company for Lenders. Failure to apply the principle of balance in a contract can result in the contract becoming null and voidable or null and void
