No full textThis research aims to determine the quality of Administration System Services in Increasing Customer Satisfaction in the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sorong ULP Teminabuan. The research method used is qualitative. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service of PT. PLN (Perserp) UP3 Sorong ULP Teminabuan has run well following the standards at PT PLN. But some obstacles occur in the implementation, such as; lack of public awareness to cut down trees that obstruct electrical lines; natural conditions that cause the power outage; and lack of facilities and infrastructure. Nevertheless, employees always try to carry out their duties properly

Profil Pendidikan Karakter Mahasiswa Non Muslim dalam Implementasi Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan
No full textThis study aims to identify the profile of the implementation of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan education and to know the role of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan education in the formation of non-Muslim students character at Muhammadiyah University of Sorong. This research uses qualitative approach method with data collection technique through observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire (questionnaire). The result of the research shows that non-Muslim students already have religious attitude, honest (sidq), endeavor (jihad), good discipline, consistency (istiqomah) and tolerance (tassamuh) after getting Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan learning integrated with Islamic values and understand kemuhammadiyahan. The role of learning in integrating Islamic values and kemuhammadiyahan associated with character education shows that non-Muslim students while doing the tasks and lectures are given seriously and do not complain much, the students always do the job seriously without cheating, the students always believe in yourself , and mutual respect between one student with another student.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi Profil pelaksanaan pendidikan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan serta mengetahui peran pendidikan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa non-muslim di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket (kuesioner). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan informasi bahwa mahasiswa non muslim sudah memiliki sikap religius, jujur (sidq), berusaha keras (jihad), kedisiplinan, konsistensi (istiqomah), dan toleransi (tassamuh) yang baik setelah mendapatkan pembelajaran Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan paham akan kemuhammadiyahan. Peran pembelajaran dalam pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Islam dan kemuhammadiyahan yang dikaitkan dengan pendidikan karakter tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa non muslim ketika mengerjakan tugas dan perkuliahan yang diberikan dengan serius dan tidak banyak mengeluh, mahasiswa selalu mengerjakan tugas dengan serius tanpa menyontek, mahasiswa selalu percaya dengan diri sendiri, dan saling menghargai antara mahasiswa satu dengan mahasiswa yang lain

No full textThis thesis discussed the history of Political Biography of
Nadjamoeddin Daeng Malewa from 1907-1949. He was one of the nationality
characters of South Sulawesi. The issue in this research was: how the
nationality ideas of Nadjamoeddin Daeng Malewa in South Sulawesi were.
This problem was traced by using written sources such as archives,
magazines, and newspapers which were contemporaries of ANRI Jakarta,
Jakarta National Library, as well as Archives of South Sulawesi in
Makassar.
To analyze this problem, the author used a theoretical framework of
actor oriented. This approach focused more on what was done by the actor
in a political arena. In this context, a political competition was analyzed in
depth to see more detail what was done by an actor.
From the analysis process which had been done, it could be concluded
that the nationality ideas of Nadjamoeddin Daeng Malewa in South Sulawesi
were reflected in several interrelated parts. First: institutionalizing ethnic
unity in the Political Party, both locally and nationally. Second: Realizing
and improving education for native people. Third: Achieving native people's
economy by utilizing local potentials of Timur Besar societies. In an effort to
realize the ideas of nationality, these three interrelated concepts were used
by Nadjamoeddin Daeng Malewa as a pillar for the establishment of a
sovereign state institution politically, educationally, and economically. When
the country had been supported by these pillars, the society as a mass base
would be able to recognize themselves as a part of a large Indonesian nation
entity, capable of standing at the same height and sitting at the same
lowness with other nations, no exception with the Dutch Nation

Granting of credit, is a general procedure of credit regarding the terms, conditions or guidance of actions to e performed since the sumission of credit application by the customer until the paying off a credit y the bank.The title of this research is: Effectiveness of internal control of lending (case study at PT Bank BRI Daeng Sirua Makassar).As for the problem studied by the author is whether the internal control of credit extended by Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk Unit Daeng Sirua has been effective.This research uses descriptive qualitative with case study approach, with carat question and answer. The conclusion is obtained from the result of study, the effectiveness of internal control of the grant held by PT. Bank BRI Daeng Sirua Makassar in supporting the procedure of credit provision is quite effictive

Otto Pharmaceutical Industries cabang Sorong. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Sorong, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah pihak yang diteliti, yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries cabang Sorong. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara,dokumentasi, dan observasi. Jenis dan sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pimpinan adalah bagaimana dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawannya sehingga dapat mendukung keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Untuk itu pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sangat erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Karena semakin baik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja) maka semakin baik pula pengelolaan sumber daya yang lain, dan sebaliknya semakin buruk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia maka hal itu akan berakibat pengelolaan sumber daya yang lain akan semakin buruk
