Exploring consumer intentions to adopt telepharmacy services and development strategic recommendations: three theoretical approaches
In the new normal era, telepharmacy represents an online platform for pharmaceutical services that offer various options and opportunities for pharmacists and pharmacies. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention to adopt telepharmacy services using 3 theoretical approaches, namely DeLone and McLean, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The method used in this study was a cross-sectional survey; the sample used was 560 respondents. The primary data used in this study was through questionnaire. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out using a statistical approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The empirical model was analyzed and interpreted in two stages. First, evaluate the measurement model. Second, analysis the structural model, path coefficients, and determining the fit model. The results show that Facilitating condition, easy skillful; Efficacy response, social influence, and support; Promised time, system quality; Understanding, proficient, confident, and information quality are significantly influence the intention to adopt telepharmacy services
Title Formulasi dan evaluasi granul effervescent ekstrak daun binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Tenore) Steen.)
The purpose of this research are to find out whether the formulation of effervescent granules from binahong leaves extract has met the standards for effervescent granules and determine the best formulation of effervescent granules. This research is descriptive experimental with data collection from evaluation of effervescent granules. To be able to make effervescent granules, extraction of binahong leaves must be made first. The extracts resulted from a maseration method with 70% ethanol. The effervescent granules formulation were made by 3 design based on their concentration F1 7.4%; F2 14.8%; and F3 22.2%. Effervescent granules of binahong leaves extract are prepared by using wet granulation method. Several physical tests were carried out on the results of effervescent granules of binahong leaves, including organoleptic test, moisture content test, pour volume test, volume of shringkage test, flow capacity test, dispersion test, and pH. The test results showed that all the effervescent granules of binahong leaves (Anredera cordifolia (Tenore) Steen.) have met the standard requirements as good granules. The third formula became the best formulation, With the best value in moisture content test, volume of shringkage test, flow capacity test, and pH
Adaptation and validation of the telepharmacy service adoption behavior questionnaire during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis
Telepharmacy is an online application used to provide pharmaceutical services in the modern era. Therefore, this study aims to develop a questionnaire on a research model that integrates three well-known theories, namely the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), the protection motivation theory (PMT), and the DeLone and McLean information success model, to determine factors that influence people’s behavior towards the adoption of telepharmacy services. A cross-sectional observational method was used with the purposive sampling technique. A total of 118 participants who were at least 18 years old received the questionnaire. They were selected using convenience sampling from a variety of population groupings. Data analysis was then performed with the exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Factor extraction was carried out using principal component analysis and varimax rotation. The results show 8 factors consisting of social influence and support 15.54%; understanding of proficiency, confidence and quality of information 11.06%; condition of facilities and skills 6.64%; severity and suffering 7.87%; time opportunity support and system quality 7.74%; intention to adopt telepharmacy 7.34%; perceived vulnerability 6.80%; and attitude 6.37%. Furthermore, the overall construct formed can explain 72.40% of the total variance. These results indicate that the telepharmacy service adoption behavior questionnaire is valid and reliable
Effectiveness of banana leaves extract (Musa paradisiaca L.) for wound healing
Banana leaves (Musa Paradisiaca, L.) has not been widely used in the treatment purpose of this study was to examine the wound healing activity of the gel of banana leaves (Musa paradiasiaca L.) and determine the most effective concentration for wound healing.Target research is to provide natural wound treatment alternatives. The method used is eksperimental.Prosedur research study began with the identification of a banana leaf, banana leaf extraction, formulation of banana leaf extract gel with a concentration of 1%, 5%, 10% and testing to the test animals were harmed .Animal test are grouped into 5 groups the negative control group (base gel), a positive control (bioplacenton), and 3 groups treatment. Measuring of diameter wound on day-1 through day 7. The observation was tested by using ANOVA and Post Hoc Tukey HSD. ANOVA test results showed a significant difference between the mean percentage of wound healing all groups Treatment .The result of Post hoc Tukey HSD at the 95% confidence level showed significant differences in the negative control group when compared to the positive control group and the treatment group gel 5% and 10% .It indicates that the positive control, gel 5% and 10% have a wound healing effect. Positive control group compared with the group treated gel 5% and 10% showed significant differences that the average value of the percentage of wound healing is higher than the positive control treatment group. It means the difference meant that the positive control has better activity. While the group gel 5% when compared with the 10% gel group no significant difference in this case means the group gel 5% with 10% having a comparable effectiveness of wound healing
