Sananwetan Kota Blitar” ini ditulis oleh Octavia Wiji Putri Lestari, NIM
12402173600, yang dibimbing oleh Dr. Hj. Chusnul Chotimah, M.Ag.
Pertanian memiliki kontribusi yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia
untuk penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan karena sebagian besar penduduk di negara
Indonesia menggantungkan hidupnya pada sektor pertanian. Banyaknya lahan
pekarangan kosong yang tidak dimanfaatkan, menjadikan para perempuan untuk
mendirikan Kelompok Wanita Tani.
Fokus penelitian yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. Bagaimana
peran Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Lontar berseri dalam meningkatkan
kesejahteraan keluarga melalui bercocok tanam sayuran organik? 2. Bagaimana
peran Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Lontar berseri dalam meningkatkan
kesejahteraan keluarga melalui pengelolaan banksampah? 3. Apa saja faktor yang
mendukung dan menghambat anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Lontar
Berseri dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga?
Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.
Teknik yang digunakan dalam memperoleh data berupa observasi, wawancara dan
dokumentasi. Sumber datanya adalah data primer yang terdiri person, place, dan
data sekunder berasal dari laporan dan dokumen tertulis yang diperoleh dari
lapangan. Sedangkan analisis data nya menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles
dan Hubberman yang meliputi tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, tahap
penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1. Peran KWT Lontar Berseri
dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan adalah menambah pendapatan keluarga,
menambah wawasan tentang pertanian, pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan. 2. Peran
KWT Lontar Berseri dalam pengelolaan bank sampah adalah mengurangi limbah
plastik dan menambah kreativitas. 3. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat, faktor
pendukung kegiatan KWT adalah adanya dukungan dari pemerintah, tingginya
partisipasi anggota, dan peningkatan pendapatan, faktor penghambat yang dihadapi
KWT adalah persaingan antar anggota, kurang maksimal dalam pemasaran produk.

No full textKemajuan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang demildan pesatnya
kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan komunikasi informasi dengan
menggunakan alat elektronik pada jarak tertentu (telekomunikasi). Bermula dan
ditemukannya internet yang memungkinkan proses komunikasi secara global untuk
proses penjelajahan informasi, menjadi latar belakang dibangunnya jaringan lokal.
Namun demikian, untuk melakukan aktivitas telekomunikasi diperlukan sebuah
sistem telekomunikasi/jaringan yang baik. Komponen sistem telekomunikasi yang
baik, termasuk juga perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak khusus untuk
mengendalikan aktivitas dari sistem telekomunikasi/jaringan.
Sebagai perusahaan bisnis, PT. Indoguna Lestari, Surabaya menyadari betul
arti penting sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dalam sistem jaringan dengan harapan
sharing sumber daya informasi pada tiap-tiap departemen yang ada dapat terwujud.
Menghadapi kendala dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi/data pada tiap-tiap
departemen yang ada kedalam suatu sistem informasi perusahaan, membuat pihak
perusahaan untuk mencari solusi dengan membangun sebuah sistem jaringan lokal.
Disini penulis mencoba menganalisis kebutuhan dari PT. Indoguna Lestari,
Surabaya terhadap kebutuhannya akan sistem jaringan lokal dan selanjutnya
menawarkan rancangan usulan desain sistem jaringan agar tiap-tiap departemen yang
ada pada PT. Indoguna Lestari, Surabaya dapat saling bertukar data/file dan
informasi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, yang menggambarkan
sistem yang ada diharapkan diketahui kelemahan sistem yang sedang beijalan, dan
apakah sistem yang sedang beijalan tersebut efektif dan efisien, serta selanjutnya
juga berusaha untuk mendesain sistem jaringan yang baru dan diharapkan dapat
mempermudah kegiatan sistem informasi di PT. Indoguna Lestari, Surabaya.
Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa PT. Indoguna Lestari, Surabaya
belum memiliki atau menerapkan sistem jaringan komputer, dan masih
menggunakan cara manual dalam komunikasi data/file ke tiap-tiap departemen.
Diharapkan dengan adanya adanya/diterapkannya sistem jaringan ini mampu
meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi keija di PT. Indoguna Lestari, Surabaya
terutama dalam hal komunikasi data tiap-tiap departemen

The object of this research in the styles of song language by Bunga Citra Lestari. This research is a library research because the research object is in the form of library material, namely the song lyrics text from Bunga Citra Lestari entitled “Karena Kucinta Kau”, “Cinta Sejati”, And “Terpanah Asmara”. This research in focused on the elements of language style in song lyrics by Bunga Citra Lestari. The author tries to research and uncover the style of language that exists in the song lyrics perfomed by Bunga Citra Lestari by using stylistic theory. The research method used is data collection, data analysis, and prestation of analysis results.
Based on the results of the analysis of this study it was found that there was a style of language used to express the style of language in song lyrics with four groups of language styles. On the lyrics of the song “Karena Kucinta Kau” based on the analysis of comparative language styles, there are two language styles that exist in song lyrics, namely personification and anticipation or prolepsis. Furthermore, the conflicting language style did not reveal any hyperbole language style. Then interrelated linguistic style is metonymy style. Style found there are three repetition styles of language namely alliteration, assonance, and anaphorical repetition language style. Language style in song lyrics “Cinta Sejati” there is a comparative style of parables and personifications. Hyperbole opposing language is found. Furthermore, it was found that there were metonemical linkages, as well as alliteration, assonance, and anaphoric repetitive language styles. On the song lyrics “Terpanah Asmara” based on the analysis of language styles, there is a comparative language style in song lyrics, which is the syles parables. There is a hyperbole conflict language. Metonemical linkages are found, and it is found that iteration styles are alliterations, assonance, and anaphora.

From the results of the study, the authors can conclude that the application of accounting by PT. Mitra Mandiri Darma Lestari is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

PROSES KREATIF DEE LESTARI DALAM MENULIS SERIAL SUPERNOVA (KAJIAN EKSPRESIF)
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (2) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (3) wujud proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, dan (4) teknik penceritaan Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data berupa wawancara dengan narasumber dan novel serial Supernova. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca catat dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri atas memilih data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahapan proses kreatif Dee Lestari terbagi menjadi empat tahapan yakni tahapan persiapan, inkubasi, iluminasi dan verifikasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses kreatif terbagi atas faktor internal terdiri atas suasana hati, pengalaman hidup, imajinasi dan intuisi. Sementara faktor eksternal terdiri atas jenis kelamin, umur, pandangan hidup, latar belakang sosial dan budaya serta dorongan menulis. Wujud proses kreatif dalam menulis serial Supernova terdiri atas empat elemen yakni tema, alur, latar, dan penokohan. Teknik penceritaan dalam menulis serial Supernova terbagi atas lima teknik, yakni teknik pemandangan, adegan, montase, kolase, dan asosiasi.Kata Kunci: proses kreatif, pengarang, kajian ekspresif, serial Supernova CREATIVE PROCESS OF DEE LESTARI IN WRITING SUPERNOVA SERIES (AN EXPRESSIVE STUDY) ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal (1) Dee Lestari's creative process in writing the Supernova series, (2) the factors that influence Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, (3) the creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, and (4) the technique telling Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data in this study were interviews with resource persons and serial novels Supernova. Data collection was done by reading note technique and interview. Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive consisting of selecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the stage of the creative process Dee Lestari was divided into four stages of preparation stage, incubation stage, illumination stage and verification stage. Factors that affect Dee Lestari's creative process are divided into internal factors comprising mood, life experience, imagination and intuition, while external factors consist of gender, age, life view, social and cultural background and writing impulse. The creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series consists of four elements, namely theme, plot, background, and characterization. The method of data used interviews and library research related to office management. The data had been collected by primary data and secondary data that analyze by using qualitatif method. Based on the analysis by the author shows that the lack of routine maintenance on the office machine PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari and found that the machines was not in good condition, so it can make the activities is inefficient condition, so the author suggest to PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari to make maintenance schedule, a work order for maintenance, note card for maintenance, and the maintenance report, maintenance is not only repairs but rather the prevention also

In this work the author applies descriptive research as research design, the data categories are primary and secondary data. In research the applied system development methodology is oriented in output, process and method which is also oriented to data output and “Waterfall” system development method, meanwhile the author uses rearch technics : field research and literate study.
According to the reporting of this work the author concludes that the credit puchasing system, which is applied in PT. Limas Citra Lestari, is still manually written on papers, therefor in the process mistakes occures often and it goes unefficiently, then author is interested to accomplish report for this work about Planning of Accounting Information System for Credit Purchasing with Application of Visual Basic 6.0 At PT.
